kala, your base is incredibly funny :rotfl:. Might I suggest though, that you make the time between each frame slightly longer, because I think it rushes through just a tad bit fast.

lol, yea I agree with Rell, it is brilliant but if you make it stay longer on Malfoy's first frame it will be easier to read. You may want to slow down the whole thing. I had that problem, well a bit worse, last week with my text, it really was funny but you couldn't read it, and of course it got no votes...

Really it is great though!

LunanNeville, could you repost that icon a bit slower - I really want to read it, because it looked funny!

There are very few pictures of her from the movie that are good to use. The one I used came from the entry on her at the hp-lexicon. There's another image of her there, as well as some really good fan arts of her at deviantart.com. Look enough and you'll find something you like.

As much as I enjoy doing this contest, I'm gonna have to sit this one out. I've got an extention on geting my 100 icons (http://community.livejournal.com/icons100/) done but have 65 little teenie ones to do by the 25th. I hate small sizes and I don't want to just slap something together on each one. Then, I'll start the next hundred on something else. Maybe lost boys. ;) This and abt 4 or 5 other challenges is keeping me way, way busy. Next week.

I also will not be voting or doing this entry... I have a very bad fear of spiders.

For those of you not wanting to enter because of fear of spiders, you don't have to put actual spiders in your art. Work with the fear. Creepy text, dark shadows, caves, etc. Create the unseen. The unknown, or potential threat is often scarier then seeing a spider itself. Just my thoughts...

Theme Hanging Maraudian i like the almost total absense of color here. uhm, the slight blurriness actually works with the over all effect.

Base Goodglinda Very nicely done and the use of the nitnoi space to the left is very attractive. (LoonieLass I like your bringing Prof Tre into close proximity to Neville.)

Text Maraudian I like the echo of the brooch/clasp in the cloak as part of the filler for the extra space and the play of black and white. (I was torn between this and LunaNeville, but I just couldn't read LN's text easily.)

Emotional Loonielass This was cleverly done and that shade of green is perfect for the uhm subject.

I've seen that graphic somewhere before Kitunen as is. Since I was looking for something else I didn't snag it and now I wish I had. There are some interesting possibilities.

That's weird...I know I've looked through the photos from that photoshoot before, and I could've sworn there were no peacocks in that picture...but I just went to look at the photoshoot on MN again, and they were there!
