Hello, and welcome to my mediocre collection of photos. I've dabbled in the photographic arts for a little while, and I thought I'd share some of my work with you guys. Comments/&CC are always appreciated and loved!

My favorite styles are, but not limited to Landscape and Still Life.

Please keep in mind these photos (not the thumbnails) have been downsized to 15-20% of their original size, excluding the picture of the rabbit, which was downsized to 60% and cropped.

Please click thumbnails to see larger images.

I don't know much about photography, but I really love your pictures esepecially the cat one.
I use to have a black and white cat a long time ago before he ran away.

Isn't it? :3 I was so glad to have gotten so close, plus my zoom is amazing. Every once in a while when looking at the gnome, I think of Ron in COS saying "You mean those fat little santa clauses holding fishing poles?" xD

Thanks guys, I'll post more photos when I get back from New York this weekend.

I like the one called...icy tree flowers, was it? That one's deadly, it looks like an enchanted forest.

In your other shots I'm missing some perspective. It seems like you've zoomed in too much, sort of cut off the corners or something. The first one would've looked great from a lower angle. What do they call it, frog view? Just a bit lower than it is now. Cos it looks kind of flat. You choose lovely things to photograph though.

I read in a magazine about a photographer. He gave ten tips for better photos. One of them was "don't be afraid to get close - really close". On the bunny one, I think that applies. I like how the bunny isn't centered but I still feel like there's too much background in focus.

Don't get me wrong, now; I like where you're coming from. But maybe you could read up on angles and shadows/light. I think you could get some really deadly shots then.

If so, that is one of my absolute favorites as well.

Thanks for all the tips! :) The full size picture is actually closer to the bunny, but in my excitement of getting so close, I think I used Digital Zoom (blegh) by accident, and the full size picture isn't the greatest quality.
