Ministry

A rather different kind of metal from the big four of thrash metal we're used to (Anthrax,Iron Maiden,Metallica,Sabbath etc...)....but still a pretty good industrial metal band....i think its better than fear factory or KMFDM....really awesome band led by Al Jourgensen....sadly i have recently heard Ministry is coming to an end :no:

Their best albums are (in my opinion) 'The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste' and 'The Land of Rape and Honey' (that's the better one).

Oh and yes i know those aren't the REAL big four but i just used em as examples to prove my point..

Ministry rule! I will be very sad to see it all come to an end... but I hear there's a new RevCo album and tour on the way, so we may yet get a Ministry-ish fix.

I hate using the term Industrial Metal because it's just a big ugly grey area... one thing's for sure though, Ministry and KMFDM are both in leagues of their own and I don't think you can snub one in favour of the other. KMFDM will never be pigeon-holed... the world rotates to the ultra heavy beat!
