Favorite Molly moments

When she laid the smack down on Bellatrix and cursed her...(okay the spell may not have been a curse but there was cursing involved...Go Molly)

Of course, her defeat of Bellatrix was one of my favourite Molly moments! And I couldn't really say this is one of my favourites, but one of the saddest Molly moments was her encounter with the boggart at grimmauld place.

Well, "Not my daughter, you *****!" is kind of a given, isn't it? :lol: Before DH, I thought maybe Neville would take Bella down, but I think Molly was a good choice. :tu:

Um, there's another one I quite like. :whistle:

:lol::love:Absolutely love that woman! It was awesome and shocking at the same time. And what is funny to me is my mom would probably say the same thing if she were in Molly's shoes. Hey if I were in her shoes I would most likely say the same thing.

One of my favorite moments is when she hugs Harry after he returns from the third task and he realizes that's what it must be like to have a mother hug him.

I love the part when she welcomed Rufus Scrimgeour when he came to visit Harry at the burrow.

My favorite Molly moment would probably be the first year train scene. She's such a kind woman to notice that Harry was a little overwhelmed and instinctly took him under her wing. Without Molly, who knows, maybe Ron and Harry would not have been such close friends.

Obviously the famous sentence from Deathly Hallows... which also has to be my favorite Molly scene.

And I almost peed my pants when I read the one about dress robes...

She's the quintessential mother in the series, and she may as well be Harry's adoptive mother (I guess she becomes his mother in law, doesn't she??).

I'm not sure I can pick one. I think I pretty much loved everything about Molly. She's the kind of mother we'd all be so lucky to have.

Giving Harry the watch proves to me that she counted him as family. Not just "Ron's friend" or the kid who didn't have anyone else. But family to the end. You don't give an heirloom to just anyone.

Of course, there's "NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU *****!", with the "Bella smack down", lol. I was laughing so hard during that part! "Fine," snapped Mrs. Weasley. "Go naked. And, Harry, make sure you get a picture of him [Ron]. Goodness knows I could do with a laugh." That one too...

I really hope that the Molly-Bella duel is in the movie.

I really love Mrs. Weasley and everything about her throughout the series.
But what really made me have a strongest degree of respect was the DH scene when she fought against Bellatrix :)

These are my favorites, too. Along with anytime that she and Arthur were together. They were so much in love. But, since he was like a big kid himself when it came to all things Muggle, Mollwobbles had to keep in line sometimes, too.

I liked the fact that every Christmas Harry got a hand-knitted sweater, and some type of food, either a big box of fudge or mince pies, and for Easter, he got a chocolate egg. Molly loved to feed people.

"NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU B**CH!" has become legendary - I love Molly Weasley :)

In the movies, I love her howler to Ron in CoS!

I also liked in OotP, when she told Sirius that Harry was almost like a son to her.

[Fred and George have just appeared out of thin air and Mrs Weasley screams] Just because you can use magic now does not mean you have to whip your wands out for everything!

That's more heartening to me than "NOT MY DAUGHTER..."

Molly finishing off Bellatrix is fabulous!

I love the fact that Molly and Bill show up as Harry's surrogate family before the third task. Molly talks about how she and Arthur were out for a nighttime stroll after hours when they were at Hogwarts...and that Arthur still has the marks from his punishment after he was caught.

One of my favorite Molly quotes: "If I see you do that again, I'll jinx your fingers together!" HBP, Ch. 6.
