Anyone here a fan?
Personally I hate it, but as a web host sadly I have to use it as there isn't a viable alternative in my eyes. I've used ALP for a period and it served a purpose, since June we switched to WHMCS despite my feelings about it and I have to say that the clients do love it.
I find it overly complicated from an Admin point of view but exceptionally easy to navigate from a user point of view.
