Akon

Anyone like Akon? I don't find him to be like other rap artists. He's got kind of a different style, IMO. I love Dangerous and Don't Matter.

No other Akon fans out there?? I think his music has continued to improve as has he as an artist. His earlier hits such as "Smack That" were very popular, but not necessarily good music. I think "Don't Matter" is one of his best songs, and it sends a somewhat decent message.

Akon is one of the few R & B artists that I can stand :) It's not my type of music at all but I quite like Right Now, and Beautiful. I like how there is a bit of a dance element to his songs.

Smack That is an okay song and Beautiful is pretty good (although a bit repetitive), but Right Now is just pointless and overplayed. Don't like it at all.

Hmmm Akon is my nephew's favorite singer... he has lots of songs and ringtones of Akon and he really like singing songs of Akon (http://www.infibeam.com/Books/info/Mary-Boone/Akon/1584156309.html).... I saw some of his video songs and hear songs as well... His personality is really awesome...

I haven't heard proper rap in mainstream music for a long long time...It's all polluted with this Auto-Tune, and they over use it so much, it makes for quite unpleasant listening

I can't stand Akon. I think the tunes of his songs are AMAZING, but the lyrics are ridiculously sexist.

Akon is one of the great singer of all time, his songs are really heart touching.
