Someone watch this anime ? That's one of my favorites. It's about Hideki Motosuwa, he moved to Tokyo to study and.... you should watch it :D
Sorry for my English .. it's bad because I'm from Poland and speaking Polish, not English :/

Cobits is a much loved anime. I saw the first volume and enjoyed it but didn't stick with it because it is not the type of anime I usually get into. But it is excellent if you like that style.

This is possibly my favorite Anime! I love Chi (I think that is her name), and Hideki is hillarious!

Of course, I have only seen episodes 1 through 8, but I still love it!

I read the manga and watched its anime. The series was okay, but too predictable, which seems to be typical of CLAMP series. I wasn't very fond of the ending, and was hoping that...Hideki wouldn't fall for Chi and hook up with her, so to speak, but it's still funny how good ole Hideki will remain a virgin, probably, due to where Chi's switch is.

... I have the whole series on DVD.. it's pretty cute, and I like it a lot.. Haven't seen the whole thing though..
I'm a huge fan of all things CLAMP. =)

How comes that I missed this thread????

I finished watching Chobits just now and I love it. I own the first few mangas, but didn't buy new ones for years, so I started to watch the Anime now. It's the best anime I watch for a long time.

I love Sumomo and Kotoko together. They are funny.
Hideki falling for Chi was really predictable, but it's what I wanted. Chi and Hideki are so cute together.
I like how everyone is connected with eachother in a way.

I just wanted to start a general CLAMP thread for their work and then I saw this thread.

I loved the art style of the manga (lovely example of CLAMP's transition to their later style), and it's a bittersweet kind of story which means it's not the kind of anime I'll return to- but it's certainly one I'll remember really fondly. The anime had some silly filler episodes though, compared to the manga (but I think that's a general problem with all anime). And Chii is adorable- if anyone wants to read/watch more stuff set in the Chobits world, I recommend Angelic Layer, it's set some years before the events of Chobits and has a couple of the characters from that series, including Chitose.

I really enjoyed Chobits. It's not the type of anime I usually watch, but it was still cute and funny and quite entertaining. Actually, I've been wanting to watch it again, it's been so long... Anyway, Hideki and Chii ending up together was easily predictable; however, I don't think it's what happened that really mattered, but how and why it happened, especially why. Thus, I loved this series and definitely look forward to watching it again.
