Great Expectations: Fiennes, Coltrane, Carter, Cave

Mike Newell (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) is directing another adaptation of Charles Dickens' Great Expectations, starring, among others, Ralph Fiennes, Jessie Cave, Helena Bonham Carter and Robbie Coltrane!

There's not much news about it yet, but it should be really good :)

It's funny, the other day, my teacher spent the whole class period going through the entire plot of this book....It sounded interesting, and I have no clue if I should even read the book...but I'm pretty excited for this! I thought the plot was good movie material(even though they've already made a movie about this book).

According to some sources there have been at least 250 stage and screen adaptations.
