If you were cast in the films, which character would you want to play?

Tonks, Hermione, or Ginny. Humor, nice scenes in all the movies, or strength and humor (not to mention getting to kiss Daniel Radcliff later on).

I would love to play Ginny. If I were to see Harry, I would probably blush and put my elbow in the butter dish, too. Plus, Harry kisses her. Also, she's great at Quidditch and I love sports, too, so I would definitely play her.

I wouldn't want to play a main character, I don't think I would want to be put under so much presser of being how us fans imagined them to be. I would so be happy just to play an exctra, like as a Hufflepuff student. I would so love to be on set, and in a way I would love to get to be in some of the rooms like the Great Hall and the common room, it would be like stepping into the rooms I imagined while reading the books.

Cho Chang. I like the quirkiness of her character, she's not a well-developed character that you could play with her characteristics because you don't really have limits unlike say, Luna, Ginny or Hermione.

I would have to be a Wealsey because of the way I look.. red hair and freckles. Although I`m too old for Ginny and too young for Molly.. so I would`t have gotten a part. I think it would be interesting to be Lily Potter though.. even though she doesn't have a huge role in any of the movies so far.

If I could play a guy, I`d like to play Professor Lupin since he fits my personality more than anyone else. Plus it would be cool to play a werewolf.

Really, I think it depends on the vision of the film. I'm told to have a Jim Carrey-ish 'rubber face' and I look like a few of the characters.

Tim Burton- Definately Fenrir Greyback. The freaky murderer is my supposed best acting.

Chris Nolan- Tom Riddle in flashbacks. I am similar to his description, and I think I could pull off the lazy anger.

I think she's like Hermoine because deep down she really has good intentions for Harry even though he doesn't see it. I think that she is really well written in the in the OOTP. I would definitely have to be one of the Weasley Twins, those two are pimps and they have immense talent. But Bill Weasely is also cool. And Seamus and Dean also seem to be okay. Of course Harry is the best character.

I always thought it would be cool to play Remus. It's so obvious that J.K loves him as a character and he gets several great lines.

I understand why people would like to play the bad guys too. It would be interesting to act against Harry and the Order and get a fresh perspective on the role.

Slughorn. One of the most intriguing, yet fun characters in the book. There is a lot that can be done with the character.

I think I'd like to play Tonks. Her rebelliousness against being a froo-froo girl appeals to me. (I hope they don't get a froo-froo girl to play her--I think she's already been cast, right?)

Hermionie or the young Lily because Hermionie is smart like me and she's 1 of the main characters so i'd get a lot of lines and the camera would be on me a lot and Lily because she seems to be a really strong (as in courageous)character. i also agree w/ SchmergoWeasley because it would be really cool 4 JK 2 write about u and to just be urself in the movie. but basicly i would luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv 2 be in the movie even as a extra because it's been my dream 2 be in the Harry potter movies ever since i heard of Harry Potter. Easy - Harry. Even though I am the wrong gender...

Harry is the most complex and the most interesting character to me. Go figure since he is the main protagonist. Harry's character is someone who has literally lived his entire life in neglect and emotional abuse. One day he finds out that there is a life that is better and more emotionally fulfilling out there for him. There is hope in life. In addition, he finds out that he is someone to pay attention to, to take notice of. He finds incredible friendships that are very special and which are very rare. He discovers he has these amazing abilities and talent. At the same time, this individual has to contend with an individual who destroyed his life and upbringing but is still threatening his very existance. Complex indeed.

Hermione, I think she's really cool. Plus people tell me I look like her..... well at least I have the bushy hair which I try to pass off as curly

I'm not too sure. If they were prepared to animate me in a way to make me 3 feet tall I would love to play Flitwick. His character would be such a fun one to play, although I don't think I'd enjoy the role I'd be playing in PoA and GoF. If they kept me looking like Warwick Davis did in the first two I would be a much happier Flitwick.

Now, if they were prepared to make me about 12 feet tall, a bit more 'along in the middle,' and give me a beard I would also resign to play Hagrid. His character would be a bit more difficult since his speech is not necessarily the best and he is more emotional, but I think I could do a fairly good job with it.

oooh i like this question, it is hard for me to say, i think i would enjoy playing the char most like myself. That would be tonks for sure, accident prone, girly, yet tough and kinda ummm well for lack of a better word kooky hehe.

If I were going to be a character from the book I would definitely be Hermione. We are very much alike in the fact that we are the "bookworms" who do research while everyone else stands around asking questions. We also are loyal to our friends and will put them first.

Narcissa is potrayed as bad because of her loyalties but there is much more to her character. We saw a softer side in Spinner's End, the loving Mother. If I'm doing the book, exactly as the book is..Then either Hermione Bella, or Luna, or Ginny

If I'm doing the movie versions, than just hermione, and possibly Bella or Luna (I'm not sure how they are depicted yet..)

I would love to be Hermione or Luna. I think I'm a mix between their two characters, and I know this sounds vain, but I've always pictured them as looking something like me.

Pansy, only because she gets to be with Draco. Although I guess also because she doesn't have a big part. I'd rather be one of the smaller actors than a big one. I don't really like the idea of everyone watching me, I'd be really nervous. Although I guess I might get over that with time.

I'd want to be Hermione because her two best friends are Ron and Harry, and she goes to the Yule Ball with Victor Krum.

Luna, though I dont look a thing like her! I have the spacy personality though!

I would love to play Merope actually, I think she would be really interesting to play. I've been told I'd make a good Hermione though (I just finished school and am going to study drama at uni so I get a lot of comments about who I should play from which books or films, etc. :p )!! :)

I'd play Tonks, because I'm always tripping, falling and breaking things just like her :lol:, also she is a very good wicht and she is a metamorphomagus, and it would be cool to se how I could change my physical self when ever I want (obvously when I see the movie, because I guess it will be al by CGI) But I think I'm too young for the role

At any case I would be or Hermione or Ginny, one because I look a lot like her and I was always worried about school and notes (but not anymore I finally graduated :lol:) and Ginny because I love harry as much as she does :love:

Hmm. Tonks I think- physically, i'm most like her- pale, heart shaped face, clumsy, etc, and I could see myself falling head over heels for a werewolf. Also, I've always wanted pink hair!

If I were twelve years older, I'd make a great Tonks, as that's exactly me. Except the pink hair.

My friends and family are always saying I'm so much like Hermione, but I think I'm probably most like Luna or Ginny. Luna because... well, I'm exactly like her - kind of... um, strange, same hair colour, and I'd probably be in Ravenclaw too.
