If you were cast in the films, which character would you want to play?

luna...all my friends think i should have played her

probably tonks cause I got that crazy punk thing going on and my friends say I remind them of tonks.

Hermione.

I'd want to play Bill Weasley.

- I'm about the right age.
- I'd get to dress cooler than I really do, and maybe pick up some hints.
- He's smart like I am, without being as preppy as Percy.
- I have the right hair color, and the pros could teach me how to grow it long instead of thick.
- I'd get to smooch Fleur during multiple takes.
- He's just one of the most awesome characters of all.
- I'd only have to be in one film.

Hints about what? How to attract a half-Veela?

Nah, more like hints about how to dress cool and how to grow hair out, from the people who'd be doing my appearance for the movie. I kind of wanted to look like Bill for a while but I can't get it, so I gave up.

I would love to be a Weasley. Since I have the red hair for it, plus the Weasleys are just awesome in general.

I would like to be Luna. I can be blunt at times, and sometimes dreamy. But, I would be confused by the Eagle that asks questions. I don't mind being Hermione, being so clever. but, I am not sure I could be so bossy (although my sister says I am, even at my age).

Neville. Because who wouldn't want to be Neville Longbottom?

I would probably play Hermione as I look quite a lot like her, who wouldn't want to be in loads of scenes in the movies anyway? Luna would be really fun to play too!

Let's put aside the fact that maybe you aren't a succesful actor, don't have an English accent, or look remarkably like HP characters for a moment. If you were able to play the role of any Harry Potter character in the movies, who would you choose?

It's a hard choice for me. Playing Harry himself isn't really my kind of thing, because I don't think I'd be too big on playing the main character of any series. No, I'd prefer to be a cool secondary character. Maybe Neville, or Draco. Or Lupin, or Sirius. Or Snape. Or, one of the Weasley twins.

...Yeah, I like a lot of HP characters.

Being that I'm older, have a warped sense of humor and appreciation of things dark and spooky, and have a shaved head, I'd probably be a fair Voldemort. ( I can play creepy).

But any older wizard would do, really - even a Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade shopkeep. (I just don't want to be a hunchbacked Tom from the Leaky Cauldron).
With just a little training up, I think I could do a good English "accent".

If I couldn't play Luna, I wouldn't mind trying out for Mrs. Figg. she had a minor role, but still played an improtant part in OotP.

Probably either Luna, a young Lily, Hermione or Tonks. If I was older maybe Andromeda or Narcissa. I don't think I have the venom to play Bellatrix but she's definitely one of the most interesting female characters!

This thread hasen't been around in ages. I probably said Luna once upon a time, now I would have to be Mrs. WEasley, with my hair dyed of course or Prof. Sprout. Rosmerta would be fun, but I don't think I could pull of McGongal, no one compares to Maggie Smith.

I wouldn't mind trying my hand as Petunia. Only, I would want a blond wig to cover my gray hair.

Ginny!!! She is my favorite character and we both have a lot in common, we are both fighters, pranksters, and slightly rebellious. Plus, we have both liked a guy for a long time and he is just now starting to notice us (at age 15!)
