The 7th Year: Full of Posibilities

Chp. 1: The Game!

"I hate you!"Screamed Petunia

"Would you please tell what I have done, so I can get back to packing my truck!" Lily stated lazily

"You... You did this!" Petunia hissed, while pointing to her face. There a new Blemish had popped up in the middle of the night.

"Now, honey you know that Lily is not aloud to do magic outside of school just yet, she is not 17 yet. Now stop fussing and get ready to leave!" Mrs. Evans said trying to have her two daughters not bicker for atleast for one day.

"You always take her side in everything, for once can you believe me?" Petunia wailed and ran upstairs.

"I was truelly hoping for a peaceful ride to the train station this year."Mr. Evans said.

Lily didn't hear her mother's responce because she went up to her room to figure what to where. I only wish I caused that blemish, Petunia deserves it! Lily thought. Lily turned to her closet to figure what to wear. This is her last and final year at Hogwarts and she wanted to make a statement. After a lot of thought she chosed her new navy blue skirt and white Polo.

"Lily its time to go, are you ready?" Mrs. Evans yelled from downstairs.

"I'll be right down!" She replied

To Lily's parents disappointment, Petunia refused to go to the train station with them. Lily didn't care. This year has already started out perfectly! she thought. :rotfl:

They left Petunia at the house, and drove to the station. Once they reached there, Mrs Evans was tearing up. "Mom whats wrong?" Lily asked

"Oh its nothing, nothing at all, well just this will be the last time We will be dropping you off at the train station is all!" Mrs. Evans cried :upset:

"Dont mind your mum, she gets a little emotional about these sort of things. Come on or you'll be late!" Mr. Evans stated while getting Lily's trunk.

In the distance Lily heard her name being called. "Lily who is that fine young gentleman calling you?" Mrs. Evans pressed.

Lily turned around to see who it was and to her discust it was James Potter and his gang of friends. Oh, I can't believe Potter, embarressing me in front of my parents like this! Lily thought. "Its no one I know Mum!"

"Well ok, well I guess its time for you to go, make sure you'll write as soon has you get there ok?" Mrs Evans whispered.

"I promise, take care! Tell Petunia that I wasnt responcable for her zit!" Lily chuckled, and walked through the barrier, ignoring James on the way.

Once she was on Platform 9 and 3/4, Lily's Best friend came running towards her. "Lily its so exciting to see you! Come on I already have a place to sit!" Alice dragged Lily on the train, and then when they got to their sitting area, Lily found her other closest friends, Laura and Sara.

Each in turn the girls talked about their summer, which mostly revolved around boys. Train started to move when the girls finished.

"Wow, this is our last year at Hogwarts!" Alice declared

"Yes, I want this year to go out with a bang, more fun. I have been too serious in the last acouple years!" Lily remarked

The other girls agreed in unison. "Well I know a game that might make it more interesting. Sara, laura we did this last year do you remember? Lily you were to into your studies to it with us. So I'll explain. each girl is chosen a guy in our graded and throughout the year, the girl will have to win the heart of the guy and have them do whatever we want. Do you want to play Lily?" Alice stated giggling.

Lily thought for awhile "Why not, it sounds like fun!"

"Ok, well since Lily is new to the game why don't we pick her lucky guy, it has to be a good one!" alice exclaimed in excitement.

As the girls were thinking on who might be the lucky guy! James and his gang, Sirus, Remus, and Peter walked by. All at once Lily's friends screamed James. "No, No you have to be joking, thats not fair you know that I hate him!" Lily studdered.

"Hate is a strong word. Anyway thats what makes it all fun!" alice stated.

"Fine, but think that Peter Pettigrew is Alice's Canidate!"Lily hissed and luckly the other girls argeed. Alice fumed,"Fine!"

So Sara matched with Sirus!
and Laura was matched with Edward Burke!

Chp. 2:

The girls were heading up to the cummon room, when alice stated. "Lily remember our deal starts tonight at the 7th year party!"

"Yes, Yes I know, I really hope you have fun with Peter tonight!" Lily countered :p

Alice scowled and said the pass word. When the reached the common room and all they saw was scarlet and gold. The girls sqealed and rush up to their dormitory's to change.

Lily wasn't all that to thrilled to go to the party. Alice was planning what Lily would wear, and she hoped it look good, not rediculus on Lily. When she reached her bed, she found a torquise Blouse and a black skirt on it.

"don't ruin it, its my favorite, just thought it would look great with your eyes!" Alice whispered.

"Thank you!" Lily mumbled placing the clothes on.

"Now, sara is going to do your hair!" Alice said leading her to Sara's bed.

"Nothing over the top, I don't want to look overdone." lily stated unsure.

"Do not worry, all i am going to do is add loose curls, it would look great."

After the girls fix Lily up, into someone lily didn't reconize. "James will be eating out of you hand in no time!" Laura admired.

When the girls went back to common room, the party had already started. Lily looked everywhere for James just to make sure he was here. When she found him he had a sort of shocked look on his face. :huh: Sirus leaned ove rand whispered something in James's ear, and James smiled. it better not be about me! thought Lily and she followed her friends to get a drink.

"Did you see the way James was looking at you? I wish Sirus would look at me like that." Sara whispered.

"Oh he will once your done with him with him!" Lily replied.

"Well girls, let the game begin!" Alice declared while looking for Peter.

Lily took a breath. This is it, I knew I was going to face him sooner or later. And started to walk around the room, hoping to catch James on accident.

Not sooner after that, Lily bumped into James, knocking his drink. "Oh I am totally sorry, just being my clutsy self again." Lily stated pulling out her wand to clean up the mess.

"Nope its ok, I was done with it anyway. I got it!" James stated. and no sooner, the foamy liquid zoomed into James wand.

"I didn't expect you to be hear, I thought you were more the type to go bed after the feast." James stated.

I bet you would think that wouldn't you Thats what Lily wanted to say and then stated. "never know when someone will surprise you!"

Then Sirus came over and was fuming, "why is Alice hanging all over Peter when she was my girlfriend last year, Lily?" He hissed.

Lily just laughed and said, "Never thought you would let a girl get to you, anyway she had a rough summer over a boy, so she wanted a guy who would do anything for her, and Peter's name came up. So why don't you find yourself someother girl who is willing to be the Famous Sirus Blacks girlfriend."

Who would want to?" Sirus snapped.

His attitude didn't effect Lily, " I see Sara over there, how about her, she just broke up with her Boyfriend. I here she quite a catch. She got her braces off, she is one of the rare few that doesn't have acne, she is not a sight for sore eyes!"

"And she one of the few who hasn't dated you yet!" Jame added.

"Go on I'll bet she would give a small chance!" Lily continued.

"Ok, I'll guess I'll give it a try!" Sirus stated.

"She's not an it, shes is someone I am close to, and Sirus I'll swear to the gods, if you hurt her, I will kill you!" Lily fumed.

"Ok, I'll be nice, jeez!" Sirus said while walking over to Sara.

"She better thank me!" Lily thought aloud.

"Why?" James asked.

Realising what she just said,"Oh! Sara has had the hugest crush on Sirus since 3rd year. It was really hard for her when Alice went out with him when she knew that Sara liked him, but surprising sara has kept her month shut."

"Ahh, makes sence, well cupid, look at how well your little project has worked out."James said.

Lily saw, that Sara was not putting any stops on her flirting, she kept flipping hair to get enough light, making sure Sirus noticed how Blonde and cute her hair style was. "Yes well she still better thank me!"

"How do you guys do that, flirt none stop, do you have a class that teaches you or something?" James asked.

Lily laughed at his joke,"No! No class, it just come natural! Hey could you please get me another drink, mine just ran out."

James nodded and took her cup. after he left, Remus came walking up to her, "could you please tell whats going on? Alice is all over Peter, Sara is dancing with Sirus, Laura is snoggling with Edward, and your Flirting with James, is this the end of the world or something?" :huh:

"Not the end of the world, I dunno whats wrong with Laura and Edward, Sara and Sirus, and Alice and Peter?" Lily stated hoping that remus hadn't figure out about the game.

Before he could answer that, James came back with our drinks. "Ah, hey Remus did you see the handy work of Cupid over here?"

"Yes he did and he thought it was the end of the world!" Lily answered.

"Yeah well, lily here challenged Sirus into talking to Sara." james continued.

"Ahh i see, well I am tired so I'll head off to bed! Good night!" remus answered.

Great I am helping my friends win, I have to something to get to the level they are already at! thought Lily.

"Hey, I was wondering why are you talking to me now, when you completly ignored me at the train station." James asked

****! "Well, I didn't want to give my parents to get the wrong impression, come on I hate being the wallflower, lets dance this is my favorite song!" I stated.

James gave me a smirk and nodded.

Chp 3:

"Welcome 7th years to your first potions class of the year!" Professor Slughorn exclaimed.

Lily found a seat toward the middle, and when she notice Sara was sitting with Sirus today. Alice with Peter and an ugly look on her face when she saw sara and sirus. Laura was with Edward. And to her surprise James and Remus sat down beside her.

"I wonder who's Sluggy's new favorites this year?" Laughed to Remus.

"I happen to be one of them! Anyway being Sluggy's Favorite has its benefits!" Lil remarked.

"Oh yeah? Name one?" James remarked turning towards Lily.

Lily looked straight into his eyes and stated,"Like being able to go to his parties everyother weekend, Wander the school halls after dark without getting into trouble, and have the first chance at a great job, he has great connections!"

"Really, I have that anyhow." James remarked.

"And you wonder why I detest you so much!" Lily remarked proudly.

"Hey..." James started but was interupted by Slughorn telling the class had to do.

Lily copied down the ingredients and instructions for the latest potion they were making in classe.

Lily was half way through with the potion when she recieved a note.
It read:

Lily,
Whats up with you? you were nicer to me last night and now today your snapping my head off! What wrong please tell me!
James

Lily wrote back:

Nothing is wrong? I just get alittle tense when i start a new class thats all!"

James:
Oh really? whens your next break? Maybe then I'll help untense you!

Lily blushed when she read this :blush: and wrote:

After Lunch is my next break, get back to work or I will say no!

James:
so that a yes?

Lily:
Yes, happy?

James:
I'm a easy guy to please, I meet you by you dormitory after lunch!

Chp 4:

As the day went on Lily had gotten more nervous. Why did I agree to hang out with him, of all people! "Lily is there something wrong?" Sara asked, "You look alittle pale." sara had just managed to turn her cat into a radio. Which Lily had already accomplished.

"Nothing really, just nervous!" Lily replied

"Nervous? Nervous about what? Is this about James asking you out? Isn't that the whole point of the game?" Sara pressed.

"How do you know James asked me out?" Lily pressed, her nerves started to get worst.

"Sirus told me, that James was planning on asking you in potions. I kinda guess that he did because he was more excited about lunch than usual."

"What am I going to do? I mean I have always not like James and how he treated some people who weren't like him, and I knew he had somewhat of a crush on me, how am I going to handle this?" Lily said despertly.

"How did he ask you out?"

"Through a note."

"Can I see the note?"

Lily handed the note to Sara. " Well I have good news and some bad news!"

"What the good news? I don't really want to hear the bad one." Lily whispered as Professor Mcgonagle walked by.

"Well, from what the note says he really likes you..." Sara stated, " But I know you probably don't want hear this but you cant be unprepared. The other part of the note sounds like he wants to snoggle..." Sara winced to hear Lily's responce.

"You notice it too?" Lily whispered, while pressing her head against the table.

"Here we'll skip lunch today and get ready for your date, and we'll figure out a plan so I could rescue you whenever you want!" Sara stated as Professor Mcgongale dismiss the class.

"Won't James notice somethings up when I don't show up at lunch?" Lily asked

"You have a point, well how about we'll go eat quickly and then head up stairs before James, ok?

Lily nodded and headed towards the great hall. Lily and Sara sat down towards the end of the Gryffindor table. Just after they sat down Sirus came over to sit down next to Sara. "Just so you know Alice is spreading some nasty rumours about you, Lily!"

"And your here to confirm them then?" Lily answer sirus looking toward where James was sitting and sure enough Alice was sitting there next to him talking about something.

"Yes that it, wow your smart!" Sirus laughed

"What is she saying, Sirus?" Sara asked looking at Alice and James.

"Well she saying that Dear old Lily over here, has about 5 boyfriends this and that you want to add James to your collection. And that you are using James to get to me. I'm flattered at the last one though!" Sirus stated

"I can't believe Alice would that sort of thing, is James believeing any of this?" Sara continued

"Not at first, but until she started to naming names." Sirus said.

"Well Sirus go tell your best Bud over there that none of these rumours are true, and if you want a witness ask little old Sara here, because she spent most of her summer with me! Oh and tell Alice in private that this means War!" Lily exclaimed and got up and started to head to her dormitory.

Sara caught up with her alittle while later, "I wasn't with you this summer."

"Did you tell Sirus that?" Lily fumed.

"No, but..." Sara started

"Then don't I have enough things to worry about now! Are going to help or not? If I remember correctly I helped you with Sirus?"

"Alright already, I get it!"Sara exclaimed surprise at Lily's attitude.

Alittle while later a light tap on the girl"s Dormitory, Sara rushed to get it. "Oh Hi James, Lily is almost ready, shes putting her books away."

"I'm here! Well see you in Defense class!" Lily exclaimed as the door shut in her Face.

She turned to James who had a worried look on his face, "We need to talk." Was all he said.

Lily nodded. I'll kill Alice if this goes wrong! she thought.

They didn't talk until the reached the lake." I have been talking to Alice and I heard some naste things being said and I want to confirm them to see if they are true!" James began.

Lily nodded, feeling her nerves were coming back twice as bad this time. "Well, um, you see well Alice said..."

"That I have about 5 different boyfriends, and that I wanted to add you to the small collection, is that it?" Lily said looking James in the eye.

"Um, well yeah, Sirus said that it wasn't true, but he isn't your closest friend Alice is, so I need to know if its true." James said quietly.

"Alice isn't my closest friend, Sara is. And no its not true, I can barely handle one friend with all the schoolwork and homwork I have been doing. Alice only said those things to get back at me, ok?"Lily stated loudly and clearly.

"For what? What did you do to her?" James interested.

"Nothing you need to know, so you wanted to hang out during break so hear I am!"Lily said sitting down on the bank.

"Um, Right!" James said sitting himself right beside Lily.

"Its so cold! Why did you chose to hang out here? I'm Freezing!" Declared Lily after a moment of silence.

"Oh sorry! Here!"James said and did what Lily wasn't expecting, he pulled her towards him and wrapped his arms around her.

If James's boddy heat didn't warm her up, her blushing did! :blush: For once in Lily's life she didn't know what to do. In her ear, James said, "How was you summer?"

Lily tried to act like nothing had happened and said, "Nothing much, Petunia my sister is more annoying than ever, she blames me for everthing that goes wrong in her like, she says that I was cast a spell on her. Some of the things I wished I did!"

James laughed, "Is that all, but she can't wait for your 17th birthday!"

"Yes, and then she has a boyfriend now, some muggle named Vernon or Sherman something like that. She is always trying to look her best whenever he is around, its sickening." Lily continued

" Ah, I'm sorry you don't have a supportive sister!" James said, starting to fiddle with one of her Locks strawberry blonde hair. Lily took in a shocked breath when he did this.Get a control over yourself! How can you allow a boy, or this peticular boy mess with your sences! Lily thought and Blushed even more :blush:

In the distance they heard the bell signaling that break was over. "****, I won't have enough time to get my book bag and make it to class on time!" Lily swore.

"Don't worry! Accio Lily's Book bag!" James said.

Lily's book bag came zooming towards them and Lily caught it, she rushed over to James

and pecked him on the cheek. Because of embaressment she rushed to her next class. She met Sara half way. "So how did it go?" She asked

"A rough start because of Alice, remind me to get her back, ok then went on from there I'll tell you more later" Lily stated as they entered the class room.

"Welcome to the first Defense Against the Dark Arts Class of the year 7th years!" said their new Professor Wormtofer.

"I hope he's better than the last one, I swear I sprained my wrist from writing all those notes!" Sara whispered in Lily's ear.

"I have read over the notes your last Professor left for me, and it seem you worked on your writing skills then your Defense skills..." The Professor continued, several students shifted in their seats to get a better hearing.

"Well this year will be different, I will teach you how to do a certain spell and if you don't get it I will help you in anyway I can. This will be your last year at Hogwarts, so you better learn as much as you can. For todays lesson, you will write down all the rules you must follow in this class. I promise you that this will be the only writing you'll do, well besides the little pop quiz I will give every now and then. Take out your quills and you ink and begin!" Professor Wormtofer pointed to the board and Lily heard Sara groan at the sight of how much they had to write.

Lily started on rule one: "Don't begin any spell unless Professor Wormtofer tells you to..." When she recieved a note:

Lily! Hogmeade weekend is coming up soon I was wondering if you want to with me!
-James.

Lily looked toward James and he gave her a wink.

She wrote back and placed the note in her bag, fearing if she was caught with and contined.

By the time she was at the 10th rule she recieved another note, it was from Sara:

Lily I am despertly wanting to know what happened during break and what that note from James said. Please tell me!

Lily looked at the Professor and noticed that he wasn't paying attention to the class but to his own project in front of him.
She wrote:
Sara, not now I'll tell you later, I promise and the note said that James was asking me to Hogsmeade, is all.

Sara quickly wrote back:
Yay for you, you have to promise not to leave any juicy details out ok?

Lily:
There was no Juicy details we mostly talked!

Sara:
Thats not what Sirus said!

Lily:
How would he know? Anyway, like I said I will tell you later now get back to work I am not letting you copy this time!

Lily finished writing her notes just in time and was heading out the door when
James caught up to Lily. "You didn't respond to my note!"

"We had a new teacher and I didn't want to start the year with a bad impression!" Lily stated.

"But whats your answer?" James continued

"Yes, my answer is yes! Now excuse me, I am going to my room drop off my stuff and head off to dinner!" Lily answered

"Will you sit with us?" James continued

"We will see!" Lily said taking the short cut through the tapistery.

She reached the dormitory when she heard,"Lily Evans, I am not a patient person you have to tell what happened!" Sara screached with excitement

"Sara, come on now!" Lily said with shock

"We're in our own dormitory, you can spill now!"Sara said

"Fine, James led me outside by the lake, he asked me if the rumors were true, and I said no, he looked relieved. We sat down on the bank, I said I was cold, he wrapped his arms around me to keep me warm, when the bell rang I swore saying I forgot my book bag, and he got it for me, I gave him a kiss on the cheek for thanks and went to class and that where you know the rest!"Lily said quickly.

"Yay, Yay, double Yay!" Sara said.

"Now can we go down to Dinner, I said that we might sit with them today!" Lily said placing her bag on her bed.

On their way down to the Great Hall, Sara asked, "What are you going to where to Hogsmeade? something cute, but not to flashy, Something to catch his eyes, but not something that looks like you were planning to wear it!"

I dunno, I guess, I look through my clothes tonight, ok!"

When they reached the Great Hall, they heard, "Sara, Lily over here!" James preclaimed.

Lily sat across from James and Sara sat next to her across from Sirus. "Hey Sara, do you want to go to Hogsmeade with me?" Sirus asked

"Sure, why not?" Sara said calmly but in her face she looked like she could jump for joy!

Lily faught terribly hard not to laugh at the sight of her and said, "What do you think of the new Defense against Dark arts teacher?"

"He started out ok, but we will never know until we start learning thing." James remarked.

"I like the part where we won't write as much this year!" Sara stated

"Yeah, I agree, my wrist is still sore from last year, I think it will never be the same!" Sirus laughed.

Sara giggled at his joke. Lily just rolled her eyes. :rolleyes: "Yeah that was a lot of notes, hope we actually learn something this year. Defense Against Dark Arts was my favorite class until last year!" Lily added

"Really? I thought it was potions, well you being one of Sluggy's Favorits and all because of it!" Sirus laughed again.

Lily glared at Sirus and said plainly, "Atleast I can do a desent potion without lossing a chunk of my hair!" James burst into laughter and Sirus mumbles, "It grew back!" :p

They finished their meal and talked happily until Sirus elbowed James and whispered, "Snivelious!"

James got out his wand and was about to say a spell when Lily said, "I can't believe your still picking on Severus especially after one of your little pranks nearly killed him!"

James look towards Lily in shock! Lily glared back fuming, "Come on Sara lets go, we still have some homework to do." she said and left.

Sara whispered goodbye and caught up with me. "Why did you yell at James like that, it was all for fun!" She said

"all for fun? Well Sara, that all for fun could hurt somebody phisically and emotionally, I have deal with that kind of thing from my sister calling me a freak and embarressing me in front of her friends every chance she gets. Why do you think I have dispise James all these years because the way he treats some people because their different. Well the things he does, can hurt someone and no one can forget how that feels, Sara you have to back me up with this one!" Lily hissed entering the common room.

"Ok, I understand, I'm sorry here lets start on our homework and then start some wizards chess or something!" Sara said looking sad has ever.

They had finished their homework and started to read a wizard magazine when James, Remus, Sirus and Peter came in the common room. Lily didn't aknowledge that James was in the room so he came over and said, "Hey Sara could I talk to Lily privately?"

Sara nodded and walked towards Sirus, who greeted her with a kiss.

"Lily can we talk?" James whispered.

"What about James?" She said still looking at the magazine.

"What happened in the Great Hall. Please tell me why you yelled at me!" James continued.

"You want to know why I yelled at you? Well for starter when I agreed to go out with you James was because I thought I could give you a chance to prove that you were the guy i assumed you were. But then you go and try to play a trick on Snape. You started to be the jerk I thought you were. What you don't get is that it hurts to the victom when your playing a prank on them... trust me I should know." Lily hissed.

"Who played a prank on you, I'll kick their---" James started but Lily interrupted,"You can't since the person is my sister!"

"Oh!" James whispered looking down.

"Yeah Oh! Its hard waking up every morning knowing that someone you love, petunia, would call you freak or stupid witch whenever she wants to and not get punished for it. Its a horrible feeling, that can be only erased when I come here, then the pain comes back when you play those...tricks on Snape. I see Petunia being to one to cast the spell and I getting effected for it! You have to understand!" Lily said grabbing James's hand.

"Yes I understand, I am sorry about what happeded, could you forgive me if I'll try to stop those pranks on Snape." James said looking straight into Lily's eyes.

"Try?" Lily giggled

"Not making any promises!" James stated clearly

"Fine... Forgive you, just have to make it up to me in some way or another!" Lily starting to get up off the floor.

"I know the perfect way too!" James pulled her down and kissed her then and there. Lily was shocked at first and then she melted away in his arms!

Chp. 5:

"What am I going to where. I have nothing!" Lily declared looking at her clothes.

"You have a bunch of great stuff to wear, hey can I borrow this scarf?" Sara stated.

Lily nodded, "Sara help me, I have never done this before, Please!"

"Here why don't yoy wear these jeans, with this cute sweater, and this jean jacket that matches the jeans and these boots. And then wear this scarf with the gloves and hat to match!" Sara stated and went back to her own bed to pick out what she was going to where.

"Your sure?" Lily asked looking at the outfit.

"Yes positive, and when he asked where you got it say you had it for years never thought to wear it though."

Lily nodded putting on the clothes. When they were both ready and got a look at each other in the mirror they headed to the common room where they found James and Sirus waiting. "Ready?" They said at the same time.

Sara and Lily nodded and let James and Sirus lead them to Hogsmeade.
"First Hogsmeade trip of the year is always fun! Look at the 3rd years. Its hilarious!" James stated.

"If I remember correctly you were the exactly the same way!" Lily added :p

"Yeah, well, I wasn't that bad." James said eyeing a group of 3rd years who were jumping up and down in front of Professor Mcgongale.

"whatever you say, I can't wait till I get some Butterbeer though!" Lily shivered when wind blew in her face.

"I know another way to keep warm!" James stated with a wink.

Lily blushed feriously.

" Yes, well all I know is that I need to stock up on stink bombs, and other junk from Zonkos!" Sirus declared with an evil grin.

"Will you ever, grow up?" Lily asked.

Sirus thought for awhile and said, "I don't think I would want to grow up, sounds boring!"

Everyone laughed at his joke.

After awhile they reached Hogsmeade and Lily dragged James to Madames Rosemertas for a butterbeer.

They got their drinks and sat down at a booth in the corner. " Thanks for the drink." Lily hiccuped from drinking hers too fast.

"Ah, no problem. Having Fun?" James asked.

Lily nodded, " Yes, hogsmeade is always fun!"

"Yeah well, I was worried!" James continued.

Lily couldn't help but to laugh. "James you have nothing to worry about, just relax!"

James laughed along with Lily. They finished their drinks, they headed over to Zonkos to catch up with Sara and Sirus.

"Where's Sirus?" James asked Sara looking around the crowded building.

"Somewhere by cash register, he wasn't joking when he said he was stocking up!" Sara stated boredly.

"Ah, well thats Sirus for you!" James answered finishing looking for Sirus.

Sirus headed towards them with atleast 5 huge bags of Zonko toys and things.

"What did you get? A army's worth of armour?" Lily asked.

"No not that much, just alittle less, I promised Peter that I would get him something since he wasn't able to go!"

"So you got him 5 bag fulls of stuff?"Sara asked alittle annoyed how her date was going.

"Well no, I saw some things that I liked too!" Sirus said noticing Sara irritation.

"Come on lets leave the happy couple alone!"James whispered into Lily's ear.

James led Lily to the shrieking shack. "James why are we here, I hate being around this place, it give me the creeps." Lily declared when she saw where they were going.

"Come on, you have seen things scarier than this little old shack!" James laughed still dragging her to the shack.

"Yeah, well doesn't matter if I have seen more creepier or scarier things, I just don't like this place." Lily studdered.

"Come on, I'll protect you from any unnatural things that might pop out.!"

Then James went on on about how, the shrieking shack became the shrieking shack. Talking about the poor couple that lived there and so on. James had gotten so into the story that he didn't realize that Lily had slipped away and hid in the wood behind James.

It took awhile for James to realize that Lily was gone. He yelled Lily multiple times not seeing that she was right infront of his face.

Lily conjured a snowball, aimed, and threw straight at James's head. "Direct hit", when the snow had hit his face. But James heard and saw Lily, in the woods. "Oh your so dead!" Was all he said when he started to chase Lily.

It didn't take long for James to catch Lily. When he did, he pinned her to a tree. Lily couldn't stop laughing. "You should have saw your face, it was soo funny!" She said through laugh.

"I was worried about you Lily! I was scared half to death!" James declared glarring down at Lily.

"Atleast I know you care about me!" Lily said still giggling.

James couldn't help but to laugh with her, "How did you do that, there is no snow around here!"

"Don't you you read Trick Spells for all Ages?. You of all people, would have read that atleast!" Lily declared.

"Yeah, well I don't remember making a snowball in there!" James said

"Ah, thats a genious idea, thanks Lily!" James stated.

"Ok, James you have had your fun, now let me up off this tree before you stain my clothes!" Lily said lightly pushing against James, but he didn't let up.

"Ah Lily, you didn't give me magic word!" James said pushing her back.

"Please James!" Lily stated starting to get annoyed.

"Oops sorry thats not it, try again!" James laughed

"James, this is not funny, let me up. Please, James!" Lily declared trying to wiggle out of his embrace.

"Well, since you said please!" James let up alittle, just enoughfor her to squeaze through.

"Ah, looky here, isn't it the happy couple!" James and Lily heard from behind them. They turned and saw Severus Snape heading towards them.

"You of all people, James, could have gotten a better girlfriend than a mudblood!" He continued

James started to reach for his wand when Lily stopped him. "Don't he is only provocking you, don't sink to his level and attack him first!" she whispered.

James nodded and started to walk pass Snape. When James was pass snape,

"EXPELLIARMUS"

James turned around and saw Lily wands was pointed directly Snape and in her other hand she was holding Snapes wand. James was bewildered at what just happened.

Lily broke the silence by yelling, "What a cowarly move snape! Trying to attack James behind his back, I'll make sur Professor Slughorn hears about this! And I'll make sure that a month's worth of detention is waiting for you. Not even Sylithern HimSelf would have done such a stupid move!"

Lily turned and headed back to Hogsmeade dropping Snapes wand far enough where he could retrieve it but not attack anyone.

"Oy James mate where did you two run off too?" Sirus asked when the reached them.

"Ah, by the shack, not doing anything till Lily here threw a snowball at me!" James stated.

"How in the world did ya do that?" Sirus asked bewildered.

"Wow, I expected you to know!" Lily giggled

"No, I don't know are ya gonna tell me? I need a new trick to bug old Filtch this year, hey!" Sirus laughed.

"Well I am sorry to disappoint but I will not tell you, so you actually have to open a book to find out!" Lily laughed even harder at her own joke.

"Hey come on aren't I your boyfriends best bud? Spill the beans!" Sirus continued

"I am truelly sorry, but best bud or not, I will take my secret to the grave! But I'll give you a hint, its in one of the Trick Spell books!" Lily winked," and James I find out that you help him in any way, I will hex you so bad, that your grandchildren will feel it!"

"Darn man, do you want to make that sacrifise?" Sirus said, giving James the puppy eyes.

"James I would do it, Lily is a really good witch, she can do any hex in any book on the first try, do you really want that." Sara added.

In the distance they heard Professor Mcgonagal calling for them to go back to Hogwarts.

Sirus and James walked ahead, Sirus was trying to get the trick out of James.
"So, how did your time with James go?" Sara asked.

"It was great until Snape showed up." Lily commented

"What did he do This time?" Sara asked bored.

"Well he tried to get James to attack him, James ignored him and when James had his back to Snape, Snape tried to attack James, but I stopped him and then we left." Lily said

"Wow, never thought you would defend James like that in that department!" Sara laughed

"Yeah well it was an unfair avantage. A cowardly move on Snape's behalf."

"He's a greasy little slime ball, everyone know it!" Sara declared.

"Sounding more and more like Sirus everyday." Lily giggled.

Chp.6:

"Wish I was at Hogsmeade today, sounded like you had fun." complained Alice.

"To bad, so sad, how was your day with Pettergrew?" Lily laughed at her friends displeasure.

"Horrible, all he would talk about was James, or Sirus. He needs a life!" Alice declared looking back down at her cosmetics magazine.

"So your part of the game isn't going so well?" Laura asked.

"Yes that right, but we still have way more time left, so I can catch up!" Alice said hopefully.

"We can only hope for your sake!" Sara stated polishing her nails.

" Or her sanity!" Lily added.

"Ha-Ha, very funny, what about you, hows is it going with James?" Alice asked, "Did my little rumours put you back a step?"

"Its going perfectly fine, and no your little decietfull little prank did not work, I am too innocent to be set back like that!" Lily responded looking out side the dormitory window.

"Yeah well lucky you, well I don't know about you, but I am going to sleep!" Alice declared.

"Today, class we will work on our Pratronus's, Can anyone tell me what a pratronus does?" Professor Wormtofer asked the class.

Lily's hand went straight up, But Professor Wormtofer asked Sara.

"Well, doesn't it help protect you from dementors?" Sara mumbled.

"Yes thats the consept, thank you Sara, But a pratronus is a postive force between you and the dementor, the person who can conjure one creates a force field, making the dementor feeding on it rather than on them!" Professor Wormtofer cantinued, "Now today we will practice conjuring a pratronus but without the dementors, your parents would kill me if I brought in a real dementor!"

The class laughed at his little joke, "Now I will pair you up into groups, and you will practice the spell on eachother."

Professor asigned Lily with Sirus, and James got paired up with Sara.

"Now class, what I want you to do is to think of happy memory, but not just any happy memory but a very powerful happy memory. when you have it speak the words Expecto Pratronum" Professor continued.

"Ladies first!" Sirus sneered.

"Fine." Lily responded.

Happy memory... Do I have any... um lets us see... ah got it! Yes! Lily thought. " Expecto Pratronum!" Lily stated clearly and out of her wand came a glowy ball of smoke type of thing, right into Sirus Face. The class burst out laughing at the surprise expression on Sirus's Face.

"Well done, Ms. Evans, but might I suggest a little more happy memory please." Professor declared

"Right!" Lily mumbled, disappointed that she didn't get a better compliment.

Each student only got a small hint of the pratronus or even nothing at all. Lily wanted to impress the new professor she tried again. She racked through her brain to find a really happy thought. May be something that happened quite reasonatly. Then James's kiss came to mind and without thinking Lily said the spell and out of her wand came a weird shape, more like an bird of some kind. Professor Wormtofer brought her back to reality, "Now Ms. Evans that is a pratronus!"

Lily blushed at the compliment. The class was dismissed to go to lunch. James had caught up with her, and asked, "What was your happy memory?"

Lily blushed even deaper and didn't respond

"Come on Lily tell me, I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours!" James mocked pleaded.

"I am sorry James but that memory if very personal to me!" was all lily said and she walked off toward her dormitory.

Lily was retrieving her Trans. notes and book when Sara came bursting into the dormitory crying. Lily was very surprise to see Sara this way. "Whats wrong? When I left you, you were happy and perky!" Lily pressed walking to Sara's side.

"Not until I found out that Sirus hates me!" Sara wailed.

Lily was confused, she thought Sirus actually liked Sara. Trying to confront her, she said, "He doesn't hate you, I think his feelings for you are quite the oppisate."

"If thats true, then why might you explain to me he called me a two-timing little cheat infront of most of the school, I was embaressed, mortified!" Sara declared, crying even harder, "Just leave me alone, I want to be by myself!"

Lily nodded and left the dormitory with her stuff. The first thing on Lily's mind at the moment was to make Sirus regret he was ever born! She spotted him across the common room with James, Remus and Peter acting like nothing had happened. When she reached their small little group, James was about to greet her when she hissed, "You have some explaining to do!" And dragged Sirus out of the room by one of his ears, followed closely by James. She threw Sirus into a emty school room with all her might. He fell because of his shock, "Why did you do that for?" Sirus said rubbing his ear.

"How could you, how could you do that to Sara? She's up there in our dormitory crying her eyes out and Sirus you have better come up with a dang excuse or I will make you regret it!" Lily hissed, with her wand ready.

Sirus face went from bewilderrment, to anger in a split second. "How dare you blame me for her problems, she put that on herself, she was putting in a lot of comitment when she said she'll be my girlfrriend" Sirus fumed back.

"Oh what now, your the King of England now, I am sorry your highness but the rest of us have lifes, you know!" Lily countered

James coughed trying to cover his laughter. "Why are you defending her, after what she did to me!" Sirus yelled to lily

"Well, your highness, if I would know what she did, not even sara knows what she did!" Lily hissed.

Sirus humhped, and stated as calmly as he could, "Alice had just told me that Sara was using me, and that she had another boyfriend a hufflepuff, I think something Diggory, I guess, Then I saw them together after class, she was flirting and everything, he gave her a hug and left, so thats when I accused her of using me and left it at."

"Did you say Diggory? Sirus! You are a complete IDIOT! Diggory is SARA'S COUSIN! IF YOU WOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION YOU WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT, AND I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD HAVE LET ALICE OF ALL PEOPLE MAKE YOU BELIEVE SARA WAS THAT TYPE OF GIRL!"Lily boomed backed

Sirus had gotten pale, real fast! "May be I should go talk to her..." He mumbled.

"You know Sirus, you are a second to late!" Lily hissed and walked out of the room, completly ignoring James.

When Lily was out of hearing distance, James said, "What are you going to do?"

"Well he should! Come on we're going to be Late!" Sara stated walking past Lily and headed to class.

"Now class, We have a quiz today so put away your books and take out you quils and ink!" Professor Mcgongal stated as the class headed through the door.

"Did she tells us about the quiz?" Sara asked.

"No, she didn't does she ever tell us?" Laura sighed.

Lily nodded in agreement and sat down inbetween Laura and Sara, not even looking at Alice.

Lily started when she got the quiz, she started. Lily wasn't even done with the first question, what spell do you use when...., when she recieved a note from James, it read:

Lily wrote back:
James, you know perfectly well what wrong with me, and if you want to help, well tell Sirus that I think Sara is planning to get him back. I mean, what do you expect after such an embarressment! So warn him that sara always gets revenge, thats all! Do not send me another note, I will talk to you later, ok?

Lily finished her test at the same time everyone else did, but they weren't dismissed yet, Professor mcgonagal has an annoucement. "Ok class, Around the month of December, the school hold an annuel 7th year christmas danse. Its Formal wear only! It will take place the day before you all will leave for christmas that is all!"

While Lily was listening to the professor, she couldn't make her self look towards James, but she knew that he was looking at her.

"Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh! There is going to be a dance! Yes! I totally wish there was another hogsmeade trip soon, i NEED a new dress!" Laura went on after class.

"Laura's right I don't want to go with the dress my mother picked out, it hidious!" Sara added, "What about you Lily!"

"Yeah, I would need something new, something different than I usually wear!" Lily giggled.

"I totally agree!" Sara and Laura said in unison.

"Ha-ha, very funny!" Lily mumbled, "Another problem is getting the guys to take us, did you see the muarderers at the last one?"

"Yes that would be a challenge, but we're... us, so it won't be that hard!" Laura continued.

"She makes us sound like we are concieted or something." Sara laughed.

"Concieted...no...Vain...Yes!" Lily laughed.

They put away their stuff and headed to the great hall for dinner "Remember, have him apoligize before you get back together with him ok?" Lily whispered in Sara's ear. She nodded in agreement.

They settled as far away from the Muarderers as they could. Little while later James came to sit down across from Lily, "Why didn't you guys sit down with us?"

"Because, Sara just broke up with Sirus if you didn't know and you can't go sit next to your ex it will only make it worst, I am just supporting Sara, nothing against you!" Lily commented and started to dig into her mashed potatoes.

James gave a sigh of releaf and started to eat. Laura and Sara giggled. Alittle while later, sirus came over with Remus and peter, "Sara, can I talk to you, privately?" He asked.

"About what, Sirus?" Sara stated, Lily saw tears forming in Sara's eyes.

"About ealier!" Came the responce. Lily raised her eyebrows :huh:, James just shrugged. Sara nodded and got up and started to walk out of the great hall, with sirus behind her.

"What was that about? I know you know James!" Lily hissed

"I not telling you!" James said.

"Please!" Lily said giving him the puppy dog look, making sur her eyes were glazed over, to bring out the true green color in her eyes!

"Hey! Thats not fair, don't give that look!" James said covering his eyes.

"Please!" Lily said even more quieter.

"No!" James said sneaking a peak at Lily.

Lily cocked her head to the side, and poutted her lips. "Please!" she said again.

"Fine! Sirus was going to say sorry, and ask Sara to the dance, ok happy that I told you!"

Lily smiled, "Hey even if you didn't tell me, I would have gotten it out of Peter."

James dropped his fork and hit his head with his hand. It took peter acouple minutes to realize what happened, "Hey!" Peter declared, everyone laughed.

"Lily you have to teach me that!" Laura declared.

"Teach you what?" Lily asked.

"That face you made to make James crack!" Laura stated.

"Jee thanks!" James mumbled.

"Oh! That little secret I will take to the grave, it took me years to prefect it though, well maybe I will tell my future daughter, who knows!"

"I advice don't, she'll be a heartbreaker with that!" Remus laughed.

"Sara what did he say!" Laura declared when they found her in the dormitory.

"Well he said that he was terribly sorry and that he was being an idiot, bla-bla-bla! But then he did the unexpected... He asked me to go to the dance with him, and I was like why, only out of my bewilderment, and he said that he wanted to go and that he thought it would be fun to go together and I said yes, and here we are!" Sara declared.

"Oh my gosh! We totally have to go to hogsmeade together and find you the perfect dress, how about it Lily?" Laura stated.

"Lets make it a date!" Lily declared.

October came around so that meant Hogsmeade weekend was coming up. To Lily's unsatifaction James still hadn't asked her to the dance. Plenty of other guys asked her though, and she all turned them down

Lily tried to hide her disapointment, "I am sorry Jamed but I am going to Hogsmeade with Sara, and Laure. We're helping Sara pick out her dress for the dance thats coming up!" Hopefully he'll notice that sutle hint! Lily thought.

"OH! ok, well see you around!" James said.

Lily headed up to her dormitory to find Laura and Sara waiting for her. "So did he ask?" Sara said happily.

"We saw you two talking together and we thought he was going to the dance!" Laura continued.

"Who?" Lily asked confused.

"James!" they said in unison

"Oh, no he didn't, he just asked me to hogsmeade." Lily mumbled.

"Oh." they said in unison again.

"yeah, oh. I don't know what to do! Its getting closer and closer to the dance, plenty of other guys had asked me to go with them, should I go with them?" Lily asked.

"No! That will only make things worst, Just wait, be patient, with him!" Sara said.

Sara gave Lily a pair of new jeans, matching jean jacket, a pale torquise blouse and matching hat, gloves and scarf.

"That will turn heads!" Laura stated.

"Hello, ladies is there anything specific that you want me to get for you?" said Ms. Velvet of Velvet's Magical Outfits For All Ages!

"Ah yes, you can help me find a special dress I could wear to a school dance that is coming up!" Sara stated.

Velvet led Sara to the Back Room, to look at what she had, leaving Laura and Lily by themselfs.

Lily wondered around the room looking at all variety of outfits. A dress had caught her eye, it was beautiful in her opinion. It was in a deep turquise, almost the same color as her eyes. "Its beautiful isn't it, best one in shop!" A voice stated making Lily jump.

"Ms. Velvet! You scared me!" Lily said gaining back her breath.

"I am sorry! This cloth goes beautifully with your eyes! Why don't you try it on! None of my costomers who have tried it on, never looked right." She stated handing the dress to Lily.

"Oh I couldn't, even if the dress would fit I have nothing to wear it too!" Lily explained.

"Don't you go to Hogwarts with your friend? Come on whats holding back from going to the magical ball! Evil step sister? Maybe you'll meet your Prince Charming there, Cinderella!" Velvet continued.

Lily sighed and took the dress and went into the dressing room. "Lily? Are you trying something? Come out and lets see it then!" Sara said through the curtain.

"I don't know you guys, I don't think this looks right on me, I am taking it off!" Lily stated looking in the mirror.

"We will be the judge if it looks right or not!" Laura countered.

"Come on Cinderella! Lets see!" Velvet exclaimed.

Lily stepped out of the dressing room, to show them what she looked liked. Their mouthed dropped. :wow: "What? I knew, I looked horrible!" Lily cried trying to get back behind the curtain, but Velvet stopped her.

"No Cinderella, you look wonderful, whoever your Prince Charming is, they are never going to know what hit him!"

"Yeah Lily if you wear that cute little number, James will have to work extra hard to keep your attention!" Laura added.

"You have to buy that! If you don't I will be force to hex you!" Sara said after getting over her shock.

"I don't think I have enough to buy it though!" Lily stated sadly.

"How much do you have with you?" Velvet asked.

"20 gallons!" was the answer.

"Just give me 10 and its yours! I will never find anyone in the magical world or even muggle who could pull that dress off like you do!" Velvet stated.

"Really!" Velvet nodded.

The girls turned around and found Sirus and James behind them, "You guys scared us, do you have any other hobbies than sneaking up on people!" Sara declared.

"Ah, not really! But what we would like to know, it what are you talking about!" Sirus stated.

"Well I am sorry boys you are just going just to have to wait and see! Just let you imagination soar!" Lily stated and turned to head to Madam's Rosemerta's.

"Come on Lily, you not going to leave me in the dark are you?" James said opening the door for her.

"For the time being, yes, do you mind buying me a butterbeer?" Lily stated.

"Yeah sure, I will once you tell me what you guys are talking about!" James stated.

"No way James, I'll just ask Sara!" Lily added.

"Fine, one butterbeer coming up!" James mumbled, while Lily headed to find them a table.

The others joined them alittle while later. "I know what they were talking about James!" Sirus declared.

"Sara you cracked? Sirus don't you dare tell James, he has to find out on his own, Sara I will talk to you later!" Lily laughed.

"I am truelly sorry Lily! I can't keep a secret, worth my life!" Sara stated.

"I am sorry mate, but I can't tell you, I promised Sara, but its actually really juicy once you find out!" Sirus said to James.

"Ah, come on Lily, tell me! What do I to find out this little secret?" James said.

"Ask her t-" Sirus started but Lily kicked him.

"Its not a big deal, its really small if you think about it, now no more talk about the dre-" Lily stated.

"About the what, continue on what you were saying!" James leaned in more to hear what she was saying.

"James your very nosy, you know that right!" Laura added.

"Come on its just a dress! Oops!" Sirus said.

"Sirus! Your worst than Sara!" Lily said

"Thats it? a dress?" James said.

"Well mate its alittle more than a dress, you should have seen it on her-" Sara said until interupted.

"I swear no one in this school knows how to keep a secret anymore?" Laura asked.

Lily was just shaking her. "Will I ever see this mysterious dress?" James asked.

"Just depends on what happens in the next couple monthes!" was all Lily said.

It was the end of November and the dance was getting closer, and James still haven't asked her. Laura was starting to say that Lily would have to go with someone else if James didn't ask soon. "But I don't want to go with anyone else!" Lily cried to her friends in their dormitory.

"Yes, and if you go with someone else, then it would ruin your chances of beating Alice in her own game!" Sara added.

Oh yeah I forgot about the game! Lily thought. "Has Sirus said anything about it?" Lily asked Sara.

"Nothing at all, but I could ask him though!" Sara stated getting up.

"Well don't make it sound like I wanted to know that certain bit of information!" LIly stated.

Sara just left with a wave. She headed downnstairs to look for Sirus. He was right where she expexted him to be, playing exploding snap with James by the fire, with Remus giving pointers here and there, and Peter just watching. "Hey Sirus! James! Remus and Peter! What are you doing?" Sara asked trying to sound innocent.

"My brain hurts! I can't place any more information into it!" Sara complained, looking over her potions homework, "Lily can you please Check if I did this right! You know, since you are on of Sluggy's Favorites!"

"Sorry, but can't, you have to do it on your own! Its 7th year and its all your work!" Lily stated finishing her boggart essay.

"No fair, you could atleast skim it, and don't tell me whats wrong!" Sara pleaded.

"Fine! If it will make you happy!" Lily stated.

As, Lily was looking over Sara's work, Laura and Alice came in. "Hey! How are you guys?" Alice asked.

Lily and Sara haven't been talking to Alice in a while. They made it their goal to avoid her.

"Come on you guys, I told you I was sorry! All I was doing was making common war plan, don't tell me you wouldn't have done the same!" Alice moaned in sorrow.

Lily looked at Alice, "But we are your friends Alice, not your War enemies, we would have never done that to you! We would have been supportive and help you if you needed any!" She stated handing Sara her essay back.

"What? The dance is 4 hours away! what could you possibly be doing?" James asked.

"I really hope their dresses are really complicated for them to take 4 hours to get ready!" Peter muttered.

Lily actually agreed with her. Her looked wonderful on her, it clinged to all the right places. The color of the fabric just made her eyes shown brighter. The skirt of the dress flowed gracefully, and stopped just below her knees. The back was tied up, like an old-fashion corset, but not as tight!. Her sleeve were a different, ruffer fabric than the rest of the dress. They were short, and split apart to show off Lily's shoulders. The front was decorated with little silver flowers and butterflies. Lily's hair was down to its full length, slightly curled. It was decorated with little butterflies that moved every few minutes. "I do, don't I!" Lily stated.

Lily's friends laughed as they put the final touches on their dresses and hair! Sara looked at the time and stated, "Well its time to go, should we make the guys wait alittle while longer?"

"No, they might ditch us!" Laura stated.

"We should go out one at a time to give some effect!"Alice added.

"Yeah, have Lily go last so we could all see James's reaction!" Laura stated.

"I agree, who wants to go first?" Sara asked.

"I will!"Alice said.

"Then me!"Laura stated happily.

"Then I'll go, then Lily!Go Alice your date awaits!" Sara added.

Alice gave Sara a glare before exiting the dormitory. Laura counted to 30 and left. Sara was after her, before she left she gave Lily a wink.

Lily took a breath before she left. Oh please let nothing go wrong! She thought. As she desended the stair case, she saw her friends one at a time. Alice with peter, and surprising to say peter looked quite dashing in his dressing gown. Then Laura with remus(Edward was sick), Sara with Sirus, and then finally James, with his mouth open. It took both Sara and Sirus to close it. :wow: "What James? Do I look that bad?" Lily asked.

Realising himself, he said, "No, you look quite the oppisate!" Lily blushed :blush: and let James lead her to the great hall.

When they got there, they were amazed. The whole hall was covered in Silver, and Gold. "Aren't you glad you came?" Lily whispered in Jame's ear.

James smirked and led her to a table. "This is beyond anything that I would dream of!" Sara stated looking at every nook and cranny.

"Yes, this is going to be great!" Laura added.

There was a light tap on glass and Professor Dumbledore stood up! "Welcome 7th years and special guests! Please enjoy!"

The student followed Dumbledors lead and asked for a certain food and it appeared.

The hall filled with laughter, talking and music. "James can we dance, I love this song!" Lily preclaimed when the Purple Toads started to sing bubbly potion

James nodded and led her to the dance floor. Following his lead, the maurderers led their dates to the dance floor.

They dance to many songs before they stopped, "I'll get us some drinks!" James said when catching his breath. Lily sat down.

"Have you found your Prince Charming yet, Cinderella?" A voice asked behind her.

"Velvet? What are you doing here?" Lily asked.

Velvet sat down next to Lily, "Professor Wormtofer invited me! You haven't answered my question!"

"Yes I finally found my prince, I will dread when midnight comes!" Lily joked.

"Yes, I will feel more sorry, for you prince!" Velvet stated and left.

After awhile James hadn't come back with the drinks! She went to find him.

She ran into Sirus and Sara, "Hey you guys have you seen James around here?" Lily asked.

"No, why?" Sara asked.

"Well he said he was going to get us some drinks and he never showed up, and its been atleast an half an hour!" Lily said, she was getting that bad feeling again.

"I will help you look for him! Excuse me Sirus, I will be back!"Sara stated.

"You better!" Sirus said plainly getting himself a drink.

They looked all over the great hall, when they thought he wasn't there, they checked out side. They didn't walk far when they heard giggling.

They both checked behind the bushes, and to Lily's horror, they found James and he wasn't alone. There James was snoggling Alice!

Lily nodded and walked away. She reached to her friends when James stood in front of her. "We need to talk!"

"You know what, I am sick and tired of all you excuses! Move James!" Lily stated even louder, people were now statring to watch.

After this Lily splashed the red liquid in James's face and stormed away. She could hear all of her classmates laughing, but she started to cry.

She went to her dormitory to start to pack, she half way done, when Laura, and Sara came in. "Oh my gosh Lily I am terribly sorry, what are you going to do?" Laura asked.

"I am going home, I need a break from all this! You know I haven't been to one of my mother's Christmas parties in about 6 years, I would love to go to one!" Lily stated closing her trunk and set out what she was going to wear tomorrow.

"Only for break I will be back in January don't worry!" Lily giggled hopping into bed.

Lily was standing outside Flourish and Blotts waiting for James. Just a half an hour ago her body was numb. Why did I believe James would be here? It was probably a dirty little trick, and now he is laughing his head off! I am so stupid! Lily thought whiling cursing under her breath. Just at that moment James appeared out of no where. "Hiya Lily, glad you came!" James stated trying to give her a kiss, but she ducked him.

"I thought we were meeting because we were going to talk! I might have been mistaking, then?" Lily stated glaring at James.

His grin turned into a frown instintly. "Right, almost forgot, here let go, you look freezing!" He stated.

James bought her a hot drink and led her to an abandon old building at the end of Diagon Ally. "Why are we here James?" Lily asked, finally getting the feeling in her toes back.

"So we can talk in private, unless you want the whole wizarding world to know our relationship problems!" James answered, setting up a blanket and ushered her to sit next to him.

"Suit yourself!" James muttered.

"There is nothing on!" Lily exclaimed, after flipping though all the channels for the 5th time.

Mrs. Evans, Petunia, and Vernon went shopping for the Christmas Party, that was tomorrow, Mr. Evans was working late again, and Sirius was doing something upstairs in the guest bedroom. Probably a little prank for Vernon.

"I am sorry, I don't have anything more entertaining, I didn't expect you to be here!" Lily continued.

"Thats alright, I wasn't expecting anything fancy." James laughed.

"Don't make fun, James. I agreed to be your girlfriend again, but not if you keep cracking jokes at me!" Lily giggled.

"I am terribly sorry, I didn't know that Lily Evans didn't have a sense of humor!" James continued to laugh.

James finally stopped laughing, even though it took him 15 minutes to stop. "Here come on I have an idea, on what we can do!" He stated getting up, and dragging Lily with him.

For Example, Lily's eyes are a emerald green, and this woman here has a deep blue color. Lily's hair is a strawberry blonde, where Jasmine has more of a light auburn!" Grandmama explained.

"Ok, well just to make sure, I don't know if this story is true or not, because I learned it from my grandmama, who in turn learned it from her mother, and then she learned it from her father, who was there at the time, so through each generation, it might have been changed, just to make it more interesting!" Lily stated.

Her audience, nodded in understanding, and ushered her to continue.

Lily took a deep breath, and started, " It was late 1700's, coming close to the new century, a century full of posibilities! At that time the corset was still in fashion, and King's and Queen's Court, was a place to be seen. A girl, named Jasmine was had just become of age of 15, and was considered very attractive, to the common Courtier. Jasmine was full of life and spirit. She made a vow to herself that she will never let a man control her life, like her mother before her and her mother and her mother. She vowed that she would marry for only love and that was it! Her father thought differently. Her second eldest brother was the one who took her to all the festivities, and was the one who watched over her, because her father and other brother was busy managing the estate. Her brother was fine with this, he didn't to much care for business. So anyway, Jasmine went off to court, to find a suitor for marriage. But Jasmine had other plans, she wanted to have fun. The night before, she left, she and her father had gotten into a huge fight..." Lily started but there was a light tap on the door.

"Miss? You grandmother wants you to start getting ready!" A maid stated through the door.

"Ok, thank you! James, Sirius, me and sara will see you later!" LIly stated getting up from the chair she was sitting on.

Lily had finished with her round of hello and how do you dos, she made her way to where Sara, Sirius and James was standing. "Wow, you guys clean up nicely!" Lily laughed.

"Well, you never know what a little magic can get you!" Sirius stated.

The music started. The couples headed out to the dance floor. Alexander started to head towards Lily.

"James ask me to dance, because here comes Alex!" Lily whispered to James.

"You can refuse him!" James muttered.

"Then I would be a bad hostest, now come on and ask!" Lily snapped back.

"Fine! My I have to honor of this dance?" James asked.

Lily nodded and followed James to the dance floor. They slowly twirled around the room. "So why can't you refuse to dance with him?" James whispered in her ear.

Lily tried so hard not to laugh, because he breath was tickling her, "Because the hostest can't say no when someone askes her to dance, no matter what! Plus I would embarress my father infront of his boss. Alexander is my father's boss's son! That why we have known each othe for so long." Lily whispered back. Resting her head on his shoulder.

"I guess I just have to make sure, Alex over there doesn't ask you to dance!" James Replied swaying Lily to the music.

"How are you going to pull that off?" Lily asked.

"I don't know yet!" James

The music stopped, and they headed back to Sara and Sirius. James whispered in Sirius's ear. After a few nod's Sirius came over to ask if Lily would have like to dance. Lily was stunned at first, but nodded.

"Its part of James plan!" Sirius laughed.

Lily stopped wondering about the stupid plan James had up his sleeve. Especially when she ended up dancing with a nine year old boy, who only talked about how lucky he was to end up dancing with her. After that awful dance Lily headed over to the punch table.

"Having fun?" Christine, one of Lily's old friends, before Hogwarts, asked.

"Yeah sort of, I'm not complaining!" Lily stated, taking a big gulp of punch.

"Yeah, I would have fun too, if I had as many offers to dance!" Christine giggled.

"Yeah, I'll trade you!" Lily laughed.

"If only that can be done!" Christine sighed.

We could, but we don't have enough time! Lily thought to herself.

"Hey, Lil's! Wanna dance?" A voice behind Lily asked.

Christine's eyebrows shut way up, almost doing a disappearing act!. Please don't be Alex! Lily thought as she turned around.

And there standing before Lily, to her disatifaction, was Alex. Lily looked for James to see if he had any clever ideas, but he was no where near her. Lily nodded and followed Alex to the dance floor. It had to be a slow song! Lily thought sadly. You have to set him straight, that your dating James, and that you and Alex are just friends! Lily calmed herself.

"Alex--"Lily started.

"Lil's...let me go first! I know that we have been friends for like ever! And I know that you are dating James, which I don't understand why, other than he is in your house. But why don't we give being more than friends a try! I mean, if our fathers had their way, we'll be on our way to the wedding chapel! We're perfect for each other!" Alex stated, with hope and confidence in his eyes.

Lily felt a huge feeling of guilt in her stomach when she looked into those dark blue eyes, "Alex, I don't want to hurt you, but the things with me and James are getting pretty serious, and all I feel for you is friendship. If we went into a relationship, it would not feel right. I am terribly sorry!" Lily stated.

In an instant, Alex eyes went from hope to anger, really fast!

Lily was furious now, "if you haven't noticed Alexander that not every girl swoons at the site at you royal blue eyes! I was trying to be nice, but if your going to act like this!" Lily stated, trying to get away from Alex, but he held his grip tight.

"Oh, thats rich. Who do you think you are, anyway! Oh, yes your inheritance is grand. You have eyes that can make a blind man stare, but other than that, lil's your nothing!" Alex hissed.

"Thats enough, I will not be insulted in my own house!" Lily hissed, thinking of a spell, that she can cast, without causing to much attention. At the same time she was lookinf for James.

"What's insulting, is being turned down by you!" Alex stated, his face was an inch away from Lily's.

"I am dating someone else, who I care deeply about! It makes sense I turn you down! Now please, let go of me!" Lily hissed.

She found Sara. "So how did little old Alexy take, your rejection?" she asked.

"Alex! And where have you been, I could have avoided that horrible moment if you were somewhere near!" Lily stated.

"Ah, you'll see what I have been doing!" James laughed.

"Lily we aren't at school, so you can't get mad at me, for doing alittle prank!" James stated lazily.

"But this is my house! There are muggles, you'll embarress my family!" Lily hissed.

"I am sorry, but whats done is done! Does Alexander likes dogs?" James asked.

Then bursting through the door, came a big black dog, The crowd was shocked at first. The little kids laughed. The dog sniffed around, until it reached Alex. It seemed to have gone bezerk. It jumped on Alex, knocking him down, and licked his face. "Geroff me, you stupid dog!" Alex yelled.

Lily couldn't help but let out alittle giggle. The guards came and took the dog away. Alittle while after the dog left, Sirius came over.

"What a sight for sore eyes!" Lily stated.

"Yeah, I know you missed me, darling!" Sirius stated, mock bowing to Lily, and kissing her hand.

"Hands off, lover boy!" James stated.

Sara and Lily bursted into fits of laughter.

Lily could have sworn after they were done laughing she heard Sirius whisper to James, he tasted like rabbit dung! But she shook it off.

Arther anounced that it was time for everyone to leave. Lily had to go do her duty, of saying goodbyes, and see you agains! When Alex reached Lily, they were tensed, but pretended everything was normal.

Lily headed up to her room, excausted. She entered her room, finding James and Sirius aleady there. Sara was sitting on her bed. "What are you guys doing here?" Lily asked.

"We want more on the mysterious Jasmine Evans!" Sirius stated getting confortable.

"Well James and Sirius need to leave, because I will need to cahnge into my PJ's!" Lily stated putting her hands on her hips.

"We're not shy!" James smirked.

"But I am! Now get out!" Lily ordered.

"Ok, but we will be back in about 15 minutes!" Sirius stated, dragging James out of the room.

"Um, the night before she left, she got into a huge fight with her father!" James preclaimed.

"Oh yes! ok, That night Jasmine went to her father's study, to ask if she could have her mother's diamond cross, to wear, it did techically belong to her by inheritance. Her father told her no, and that she didn't need the tricket! Jasmine was furious, it was the only thing she had of her mother's and it rightly belong to her. She and her father yelled at each other. Her father threatened not for her to go to court, but she countered that then she will never marry to a respectival(sp) man, and that he would be stuck with her till the day he dies. Then he threatened to have her marry who he chooses, and that will be the end of his problems, but she stated, what will happen when that man she marries, will gamble away her land, and money. Then her father yelled that he gave the neclace to Petunia, his mistress. Jasmine was in shock, and on the verge of tears. she yelled, how could you give away mother's neclace to that woman? Her father was ashamed and couldn't answere, unable to bare the sight of her father, she left his study, and vowed that she will never speak to him again. Sadly, Jasmine ran straight into Petunia on her way out, and she spotted the neclace. Her anger rose even higher, when she saw that woman holding that neclace.

"Hello petunia having a good day I see!" Jasmine hissed.

"Never better!" Petunia boasted.

"I truelly love you neclace, even though it makes you skin blemish, very unattractive!" Lily stated, knowing that was not what Petunia wanted to hear.

Petunia frowned and entered, Jasmine's father's study. How much Jasmine wanted that neclace back. It seem she wished so hard, her mother's cross neclace magically showed up into her hands. Jasmine was shocked at what just happened, wondering if it was the very cross. She realize it was the very one, when she heard, Petunia screamed from insided the study. Jasmine rushed to her room and his the neclace..." Lily told, until a light tap on her door.

"Miss, Lady Evans states that it is time for bed and that Mr. Potter and Mr. Black, must return to their own bedroom!" The maid stated.

"Goodnight Mary, and thank you!" Lily stated, "now you two heard her, its Christmas eve, go to bed!"

They left, Sara was already asleep in her bed, Lily layed confortably in her's, and fell into a peacefull sleep!

Chp. 6:(I think!)

Lily woke up to the aroma, of Sugar cookies, and cinnamin! She opened her eyes, to find a huge stack of presents by her bed. Sara was alreadly awake, and opening her presents. "Hey, did you sleep well, does it always smell this good every morning here? Look what Sirius got me!" Sara stated, showing Lily a locket in a long jewelry box.

"ah, how cute!" Lily stated, She started on a tiny box that was on top of her pile. When she unwrapped it, a small note fell out. Lily peeled off the wax, and opened it up. It read:

My Dearest Lily,

This was mine ever since I was your age, I was meaning to give it to you on your birthday, in acouple of days( Has JKRowling told us when Lily's BDay was?) but I thought it was best to give it to you now! Happy Christmas!

Your GrandMama!

Lily looked at the box that was city on her bed. She opened it up, and nearly dropped it from her shock. It was a diamond cross neclace!. "Oh my!" Lily thought aloud.

"What?" Sara asked, "Did James give you something just grand, too?"

"No this is from my grandmama! Look!" Lily stated showing Sara the neclace.

"Do you think? Could this be... How could it last this long...Oh my!" sara stated.

Lily nodded in agreement, Could it be that very neclace? Lily thought.

"Put it on, lets see how it looks!" Sara stated, jumping off her bed to help Lily. Once they had it on, Lily asked, "How does it look?"

"Alittle shorter than I expected, but very cute!" Sara stated, started back on opening her present.

Lily picked up the cross, to see how the light shines off of it. She smiled and started on another tiny box.

Another note fell out of that, it read:

Lily!

I got this monthes ago, before our...fight... I hope you like it!

James!

Lily opened the box, to find a silver charm bracelet, full of hearts and dolphines(sp), and another note. That read:

Lily,

I choose dolphines because supposely they represent intelligence, and the hearts, because well you know!

Lily smiled to herself, and place the bracelet. "Hey, is that what James got you?" Sara asked.

"Yep! Isn't it great!" Lily stated.

"We're just luckly to have guys with great taste in jewelry!" Sara laughed.

"And the wallet, to match!" Lily Joked.

Lily and Sara headed downstairs, to enjoy a christmas breakfast. They entered the dinninghall, with Sara admiring everything as they passed through. Grandmama was at the head of the Table, Sirius, James, Vernon, and Petunia were already sitting at the table. "About time you showed up, I am hungry!" Petunia hissed.

"I am sorry that your life is so revolved around mine!" Lily stated, sitting next to James.

"Now, Now girls, promised you parents that it would be fine if they left you and you friends in my care while they are on their trip to Italy, to visit your mother's parents, now please behave!" Grandmama stated signaling that breakfast now can be served.

"Ah, I see Lily, that you found my gift!" Grandmama stated.

"Thank you! Its very beautiful!" Lily responded.

"What did you get?" Sirius asked.

"This cross!" Lily stated, showing everyone her neclace.

"Is that..." James started but didn't finish.

"Yes, as far as I know!" Grandmama stated.

"Wow, Lily gets something that expensive, what did Petunia get?" Vernon asked greedily.

"It's been in the family for years, not that expensive!" Grandmama stated, ending that part of the conversation.

"I see you got my present!" James stated, ending the silence.

"Yes, it's wonderful! Your so thoughtful!" Lily stated, giving James a peck on the cheek.

"No problem!" James stated.

"Do you like the present I gave you?" Sirius asked Sara.

"Yes, I loved it!" Sara exclaimed.

Out of Lily's corner of her eye, she saw Petunia give Vernon an evil glare, but he didn't notice because he was too into his breakfast.

***Hey everyone, here is the next chp. in this FanFic! It Christmas day, and what is going to happen!***

They had just finished breakfast, when Grandmama, had something to announce, "Ok, Lily and Petunia you know very well, what we do here for christmas every year! But since we have guests I will have to explain it! We have a schedule to keep. Lily we will do the classic Caroling at night. I have outfits for all of you to wear! Before that we have sled riding!..." Grandmama started, but after she said sled riding, James and Sirius was about to jump for joy until Grandmama added, "Not that kind of sled!"

Grandmama finished, and she headed up to her room to change. "Oh, I am spending every Christmas here, this is so much fun!" Sara stated.

"You do not know the half of it! The Sled riding is so much fun, Usually grandmama would have escorts to take us, in our own sleds, but," James coughed in the background, "But! We have James, Sirius, and Shermon!"

"Vernon!" Petunia hissed.

"Oh, right, Vernon, this year. And the famous hot chocolate. You just wait and see!" Lily stated, happily, rushing up the stairs.

"Where are you going?" James asked.

"To change, of course! This is to light to wear in that weather, it just snowed!" Lily stated dramatically.

"Yeah, she's right, I am going to change too!" Sara stated following Lily.

"You should change too, James or you'll freeze!" Lily yelled from her room.

James and Sirius sighed, "Girls!" They stated together, and slowly headed up stairs.

Lily and Sara desended down the grandstair case, dramatically, laughing at James and Sirius's faces. "I thought you guys were going to change clothes, not bodies!" Sirius stated

"You are too, dramatic!" Lily laughed, "Has grandmama come down yet?"

"Yeah, she's making sure the hot chocolate is ready!" James answered.

"I am here let's go, the horses are ready!" Grandmama stated, leading them outside.

"Horses?" James whispered in Lily's ear.

"Yes, horses, James! Don't tell me your scared of them!" Lily laughed, dragging James along.

They reached outside, James, Sirius, Sara, and Vernon were at aw at the sight. Lily couldn't help but to laugh, and close James's mouth with her finger. "Come on children, lets do, or we'll me the best spot!" Grandmama stated, allowing Arther to help her in the open carriage.

"These are different carriages then the ones at school!" Sara stated.

"Yeah they only fit two people!" Sirius observed.

"That can be good thing!" James added.

"They are more like sledes. They have no roof so they can't be carriages!" Lily stated, waiting for James to open the door.

It took him awhile to realise what he was suppose to do, Sirius followed his lead. "There you go madam!" James opened the door and mocked bowed to Lily.

Lily did a gracefull curtsie, trying really hard not to laugh, "Why aren't you quite some gentleman!" She stated.

After everyone, was in their own sled, they were off. Grandmama leading the way. "You do this every year?" James asked Lily spreading the blanket over their legs.

"Yes, when I am not at Hogwarts! I have forgotten how much fun it was. Grandmama alway seemed to manage a great christmas, no matter what!" Lily stated.

"Who was your escort last time?" James asked wrapping his arm around her.

"I think it was cousin Edward! He was 16 and I was 10! He is 23, now. I had so much fun that year! He came to visit for my 11th birthday." Lily stated remembering that day, it was when Petunia and her were still the best of friends.

"Where is he now?" James asked.

"Um, in Italy I think, studing to be an artist! I think he got his creative flare when he found out I was a witch." Lily laughed.

"What does he paint?" James continued

"Um, fairies, unicorns, that sort of stuff! Anything that I mention about our world, people but more of his stuff because they think he has a wild imagination!" Lily stated.

"Ah!" James stated, looking at the landscape, "Wow its beautiful here!" He thougth aloud.

"Yeah, I know! My second favorite place in the world!" Lily stated.

"Whats the first?" James asked.

"Hogwarts!" Came his answer.

After awhile, they stopped infront of a huge tree. It was partially covered in ordaments(sp) "Wow, that thing is huge!" Lily heard Sirius stated.

"Yeah, every year we add a new decoration, to symbolise something important that year. Like family, friends or even business. Also we put our goals for the next year! Kind of a major family tradition!" Lily stated.

"Waist of bloody time if you ask me! Its stupid, we have to come out here in the freezing cold, place acouple things of tinsle and la-dy-da-da!" Petunia hissed.

"No one asked you to come along, I think it would have been better, if you would chosed not too!" Lily hissed watchin Arther placing the decorations on the tree.

"I think its cool!" James whispered in Lily's ear, making her happy once more.

***Hey everyone! I am totally sorry for not posting so soon! I was really busy! Well here's what you have been waiting for!***

Lily walked through the forest, getting away from everyone, remembering all the special moments that has happened in her life. Remembering recent events, and how she dealt with them. And the out of no where, while Lily was thinking about her first day at Hogwarts, a snowball had hit right in the side of her face! She stopped, completly shocked, and surprised. A burst of laughter came from where the snowball was thrown. Lily turned to find, James laughing his head off. "You should... have seen your... face! Man that was great!" James stated inbetween laughter.

"Oh really, well I am glad you enjoyed yourself!" Lily stated sending, about ten snowballs, James's way!

James ducked the first couple of them, but didn't see the last 5, and was nailed right in the middle of his face. Lily burst into laughter, until she saw James was starting a new snowball. She ran away from, where she was standing, to where everyone else was.

"Lily what are you doing?" Sara asked, drinking her Hot chocolate.

"James!" Lily stated between pants.

"Oy, Lily!" James stated, beforing throwing a huge snowball her way.

Lily ducked, but didn't realise that Petunia was behind her. "Arg!" Petunia stated when the snowball hit her face.

"Oh, my gosh! Petunia are you ok?" Lil asked, trying to control her giggles.

"You did that on purpose!" Petunia hissed.

"Now wait a minute, I said I was sorry, but it was your fault that you were behind me!" Lily stated.

"Oh, yeah right! You and your boyfriend over there could have planned it all! Your are always out to get me!" Petunia stated, with Vernon beside her, if she need any back up.

"Oh, I forgot! The world always seems to revolve around you, now doesn't it! Well news flash Petunia, I am not the one who makes your life miserable! You do! Plus you have a horrible taste in men!" Lily hissed, with her wand ready, behind her back. She felt, a hand on her shoulder.

"Your not of age yet! Wait till your birthday, to get her back!" James whispered in her ear.

After awhile, Vernon spoke up, just realising that what Lily stated, was directed towards him also, "Your just jealous, that Petunia is better at everything than you!" Vernon stated.

"Right! She can't even make scrample eggs with burning them! What about you shermon, how does it feel to be the only guy that petunia can get!" Lily hissed.

Vernon turned red to purple, in five seconds flat, "Now, children, lets not ruin today, with a fight, we should start heading back, and do the other festivities! Come along!" Grandmama stated, ending the arguement there.

James led, Lily back to their sled. They rode, in silence until James spoke up, "Don't listen to her, your way better than her anyway!"

Lily nodded, "But why is she like this to me? I am her sister! We were best of friends when we were little! Yeah sure, I used to get alittle more attention than she did but thats not a reason to be angry with me!" Lily stated, looking to James for confert(sp).

"Yeah, I know, Siblings can be like that sometimes, just ignore it!" James stated.

When they returned, Grandmama ordered them to change out of their damp clothes, and come down for dinner. Lily and Sara reached their room, to find old-fashioned dresses on their beds. "Oh my they are so beautiful!" Sara stated, "Are they part of another Christmas tradition?"

"Um, Grandmama, likes the pass, especially their fashion, this is the only time of the year where she will get to wear this stuff!" Lily stated, picking up her turquise dress.

"Are we suppose to wear thes to dinner?" Sara asked.

"No! After, you'll see! Just imagine Sirius in a Dublet(did I spell that right?)" Lily giggled.

They were all sitting down to a great Christmas dinner, in silence, until Grandmama spoke up, "Lily you know your birthday is in acouple of days, your 17th birthday, if you want you could spend it here!"

Lily thought for awhile, It would be fun to celebrate it here! Lily thought. "Grandmama, thank you but I don't know, its a very important birthday too!"

"Whats so important about turning 17?" Vernon spoke up from his dinner.

"Your are the most simple minded person, I have ever had the chance of meeting! The 17th birthday is very important!" Sara stated, "What do you want for you birthday, I mean, I know you already got presents for Christmas an all, but you can never get to many presents, I'll say!"

"You don't have to get me anything, I just want something simple, the present you already got me was perfect!" Lily stated.

"Now, come on now! Its your birthday it should be celebrated!" Grandmama stated, (Do any of you know when Lily's birthday really is?)

"No, I don't want anything grand!" Lily stated, then start to eye James, he was silent the whole time.

They have been home for not even a week and Lily was counting down the days till they returned to Hogwarts. Ever since they returned from Grandmama's, Petunia has become worse and worse. Lily was even more irritable than ever. Her mother woke her up on a very cold morning, "Lily? Time to wake up! Come on and get dress! I am taking you and Sara shopping, for your birthday, remember!" Mrs. Evans whispered in Lily's ear!

"Ok, I will be up in a minute!" Lily stated.

After her mother left the room, and Lily started to think on what day it was, she jumped out of bed quickly, then stopped, when she felt dizzy. "Oh my gosh, how could I have forgotten?" Lily stated to herself.

There was a light tap on her door, and Sara entered, looking very tired, "Does your mother have to wake us up at 6:30 in the morning?" She asked.

"Yeah, mom doesn't really like crowds, plus she has the whole day planned out, we don't want to see her when her schedule is messed up!" Lily giggled, "What should I wear?"

That seemed to wake Sara up, and she went running to Lily's closet, and rummaged through her clothes. "Man, you do need to go shopping, you have so many clothes that my grandmother would wear!" Sara stated.

"Hey! They are not that bad!" Lily countered.

"Here, lets see if you could wear something of mine, because none of these will do!" Sara stated, dragging Lily along to her room.

"Hey, slow down! I am not that awake yet!" Lily complained.

"Here wear this!" Sara stated, handing Lily a outfit.

Lily looked at what Sara handed her, and stated, "I can't wear this!"

Sara looked at her in wonder, "Yes you can!"

Lily and Sara headed downstairs to find Mr. and Mrs. Evans the only ones up. "Where is everyone?" Sara asked.

***Hey Everyone! I have been lauching my new FanFic Coming out of the Shadows (All of you should check out!) But here is what you have been waiting for, the new post!***

Lily fell asleep in the car, as they headed towards London. Sara woke her up, by shoving her off of her shoulder. "Lily, wake up, we are almost there!" Sara hissed, fiddling with her locket.

"Fine, Jeez, its not my fault I had to wake up so early, I am not a Morning person!" Complained Lily.

"Well I am sorry, but you know that I don't like crowds. But once we get some coffee in you, you'll wake up for sure!" Mrs. Evans stated.

After awhile, they finally reached London. They got out of the car, Sara dragged Lily to a clothes store that she has been dieing to see. Once they got there Sara went crazy. "Oh my gosh, Lily this would look so great on you! Oh and this! You have to try this on!" sara declared, pulling different things off the rack and placing it in Lily's arms.

"Sara, are you sure that all these things are for me?" Lily asked.

"Well I may want to borrow a few!" Sara stated, with a wink.

Mrs. Evans sat down, and watch her daughter and her friend roam around the store. "Remember Sara, not too much!" She added.

"Ah no! These are just the things Lily needs, I haven't even started on the assories(sp, I am having a sp problem).

"What, there is more? I don't think I'll enough room in my trunk to put all these in, plus my robes, and books!" Lily complained, her voice some what muffled, from the clothes covering her face.

"Come on lets go try this stuff on!" Sara stated, leading Lily to the dressing room.

"Come on boys, Petunia! We have to hurry and get to the hall and set up everything!" Mr. Evans yelled up the stairs.

"Why does Lily have to have a surprise birthday party this year? Its not like she is turning 18, a legal age to be an adult!" Petunia asked as she stumped down the stairs.

"Because, in our world turning 17, we get to use magic! We are consider adults!" James stated, as he rushed past Petunia, with a bunch of decorations.

"Yeah, she gets to put a hex on you, if she wanted, but knowing Lily, she will be polite and not to!" Sirius stated, as he too rushed past Petunia.

At the sight of Petunia turning pale, both James and Sirius laughed. Even Mr. Evans let out a small chuckle, "Come on lets go! Mrs. Evans wanted us out of the house, a half an hour ago!"

"Sara I feel weird in this, please don't make me show you!" Lily pleaded through the dressing room curtain.

"Come on and show me! I will be he judge if it looks weird or not!" Sara stated, tapping her foot, being impatient.

"Fine, but don't laugh, I can hex you, you know!" Lily stated.

"Not in a public place!" sara added.

Lily took a deep breath and look at the skirt and blouse that Sara made her try on. It is definitly not something that I would usually wear! Here goes nothing! Lily thought.

When Lily slowly stepped out of the dressing room, Sara's mouth hit the floor!

Sara nodded and went to find a pair for Lily. Mrs. Evans got up from where she was sitting and walked over to wher Lily was. "But you do look beautifull. You were always beautifull!" She stated giving Lily a big hug, "How is your birthday going for you so far?" She asked.

"Great, never better! Thanks for taking Sara and I shopping!" Lily stated, eyeing how she looked in the mirror.

"Thats good! I'm glad!" Mrs. Evans stated, seeing Sara with a pair of jeans, and she walked back to where she was sitting (Srry if that is confusing :cool:)

"Here try these on!" Sara stated.

Lily nodded and headed back into the dressing room.

"James could you help me with these darn balloons!?" Mr. Evans asked.

"No problem!" James stated, and walked over to Lily's father and with a wave of a wand, the balloon blew up, and went in the right place they were suppose to be.

"Thank you! That was easy! Now remember, be alittle discreet of the whole magic thing Vernon doesn't know yet! And hopefully never! I do not like him. I think he's a bad influence on Petunia!" Mr. Evans stated.

Wait till I tell Lily this! James thought and went to help Sirius with the punch, it seems that some how Sirius got the punch to blow up in his face.

"Lily where would you like to go for Lunch?" Mrs. Evans as they stepped out of the 5th store they have been too.

"Um, I don't know! How about the Leaky Cauldron?" Lily stated.

"Oh yay! I need a good pea soup!" Sara stated.

"Eww! How can you eat that?" Lily giggles as she and Sara lead the way to the Leaky Caulrdron.

They got there seat, and made their orders, Sara randomly blurted out, "You know what Catherine is a nice name!"

Lily burst into a fit of laughter! "Where did you get that idea in your head?"

"I dunno! but I just think Catherine is a nice name for a girl! I mean you can come up with so many nicknames for it! Like Cat, or Rine, or Cathy! Just thought it was a nice name for a girl! (Tehe! to all those who have my Hr/R fanfic)" Sara stated, "What kind of name would you like, Lily?" Sara asked.

"I dunno, I guess Harriet is a nice name! Or if you are looking for nice nicknames, Jasmine is great. Like Jazz... or Jazzy...maybe min too!" Lily stated.

"Did you know that your father wanted to name you Dorkus when you were born?" Mrs. Evans stated.

Sara laughed so hard she fell off her chair, "Dorkus Evans! It does a nice ring to it!" she stated between giggles.

"Really? That would have been horrible if that was my name, did it have any meaning?" Lily asked.

"It meant some kind of bird in Latin, I think then your Grandmother wanted to name you Yasaman, meaning Jasmine Flower is some other language!" Mrs. Evans stated.

"I could have dealt with Yasaman, but after hearing Dorkus, I absolutly love my name!" Lily stated.

Lily, Sara and Mrs. Evans returned home, to find the house empty. "Mom where is everyone?" Lily asked

"Oh, at the store buying you Birthday dinner, and cake. They would be right back!" Mrs. Evans stated.

"They all needed to go to the store?" Lily asked, getting very suspicious.

"Yes, well your father always forgets to get the cerrtain brand name I like, or just forgets it all together! Plus, everyone needed to get out of this house!" Mrs. Evans answered.

"And you know this how!" Lily stated, If she wasn't a witch, she would have made a great decetive She thought.

"Oh, I was the one who came up with the idea that he should take them along, now go upstairs and get ready for dinner! Remember your both your grandmothers are coming so please dress to impress!" Mrs. Evans stated, puching Lily up the stairs.

Lily entered her room to find sara already there holding up the deep emerald green dress that they baught today. "You have to be joking! That is too formal to where for a family dinner!" Lily stated, with a whinny voice.

"Oh come on! Its not only your family, you have your boyfriend, your best friend, and her boyfriend coming also! Like your mother said dress to impress!" Sara stated, shoving the dress into Lily's arms.

"Oh, that dress better be on in five minutes, or else!" Sara stated, as she shut the door.

"Or else what! I am the top student in our defence against the dark arts class, I surely can defend myself, from anything you can throw at me!" Lily grumbled to her self.

Lily had the dress on. It was beautiful, Lily admitted to herself. IT was emerald green, the skirt part stopped just below her knee, it was slightly puffy, but not much. The upper part of the dress, was very clingy, shaped her body perfectily. She smiled at her reflection. There was a knock on the door. Sara came in, and was wearing her royal blue dress, that set off her eyes. "Hey Lily, you actually listen to me!" Sara stated.

"Don't get use to it!" Lily stated, still admiring her reflection.

"Um Lily?" Sara stated, pulling out her wand.

"Yeah, whats the matter!" Lily stated not glancing up.

"I am really really sorry! Petrificus Totalus!" Sara stated.

Lily fell to the ground, with the body binding curse, with a little shock in her eyes. "I am soooooooooo sorry, Lily! Its the only way, you see I couldn't think of any excuse, and your mother told me to use any or all resources that I have! You'll thank me for sure! Please don't be angry." Sara stated heading to pick Lily up, when she did, " Oh my god, Lil's you weigh a ton, I do not know where you put it all, your so skinny!" Sara stated.

Sara managed to get Lily down the stairs, where Mrs. Evans was waiting, wide eyed, "I know I know! I know how to referse it, don't worry! Come on lets get her in the car!" Sara stated.

It took them both 15 minutes to get Lily safely in the car. Sara jumped in the front seat, and Mrs. Evans in the passenger. They finally reached their destination. "I think its time, you take that spell off of Lily now!" Mrs. Evans stated.

"I think you should plug your ears, because she is going to yell!" Sara stated, and with a flick of her wrist, the curse was realiste (sp).

Lily literally blew up, not caring who heard! "Sara, you evil little witch! I can't believe you did that, to me! Someone who you so gallently called your best friend!" Lily screeched, Sara nodded, started to drag Lily into the building they were parked infront of, with Mrs. Evans help, who was quite surprise at how loud her daughter could get.

They enter the building, with Lily still yelling at Sara, "You are such a ..." Lily started, about to say lousy friend to Sara, when every one LIly has ever met, jumped out and yelled, "SURPRISE!"

"Such a... a Wonderful friend!" Lily finished.

"I know!" sara stated.

James walked up to Lily handing her a drink of punch, "Are you surprise?" he asked.

"Yeah! I am actually!" Lily smiled, taking the punch.

"I was not! It was visa versa! Jeez! Yeah, here Happy birthday!" Sirius stated, and handed Lily a tiny box.

Lily opened it, and found a tiny Lily charm to add to her Charm bracelet James gave her for Christmas. "Thanks Sirius!" Lily stated, asking James to help to put it on.

"Mine's better, I am going to give you it later, though!" James stated.

"Why don't you give it to me now?" Lily asked

"Because I want to give it to you privately!" James stated, "Wanna dance?" He asked.

"Yes!" Lily stated, letting James lead her to the dance floor.

They slowly swayed to the music, silently. "Thanks!" Lily stated.

"For what?" James asked.

"For...all of this! For just...being you!" Lily stated.

James dipped her, and stated, "Not the arragant prat you thought I was?" James asked.

"Yes, exactly!" Lily laughed, remembering how mean she was, in the earlier years.

A new song came on, James and Lily continued to dance, "Hey do you remember when we first met?" James asked.

"Yeah, alittle! I was sitting in my compartment, all alone, and then you and Sirius came strutting in!" Lily laughed.

"I wouldn't say strutting!" James stated.

"But I do, and you sat done right beside, and used the most saddest pick up line I have ever heard."

"oh yeah! Sirius taught me that one, I was just testing it out on you!" James laughed at his 11 year old self.

"Yes, you asked if it hurt and I said what hurt?" Lily laughed.

"Yeah then I stated, when you fell from then heavens, because you look too beautiful to be a mortal!" James stated.

"I was completly shocked! I didn't know what to do! I kept thinking, was I going to the right school?" Lily laughed.

"Yeah, that was a ackward stage for me!" James stated, "here, come on I have to give your birthday present! Follow me!" James stated, dragging Lily away from the party.

James took her outside and presented her a box, Lily opened it, "OH my!"

"Is that a good oh my? or a bad one?" James asked.

James let out a sigh of releaf and stated, "Its a Blue Topaz, your birthstone!"

"Really? Its beautiful! You didn't have too!" Lily stated.

"Yeah I did! Here let me help you!" James stated, taking the neclace. Lily lifted her hair.

"It looks great on you!" James stated.

"Thank you! Oh, its freezing out here, can we go back inside?" Lily asked.

"Yeah, come on!" James stated, putting his arm over her shoulder to keep her arm.

"Hey there you two are! Its time for the birthday cake!" Sara stated, taking Lily and dragged to where the cake was.

"There's the birthday Girl! Come on everybody, lets see how much we can embarrass her!" Mr. Evans stated, lighting the 17 candles.

"Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday dear li-lyy, happy birthday to you!" The guests sang.

Lily took a deep breath and blew out all her candles. Everyone yell and wooped. Mrs. Evans dished out peices, and Sirius had about 5 huge peices.

"Sirius where do you put it all?" Lily laughed.

"You should talk! I see you stuff your face every day!" sirius retorted.

"But atleast Lily makes it look cute, you just make it look... repulsive!" Sara joked.

They swayed to the music in silence, after awhile James whispered, "I love you Lily! Always have and always will!"

Lily knew that James had said that alot already but this time it meant something, and she whispered back, "I love you too!"

James jumped for joy on the inside, and he gave Lily a kiss infront of everyone that Lily knew.

Lily woke up the next morning happy and content. She findled with her neclace that James gave her. There was a knock on the door, and Sara came barging in. "Do you feel as tired as I feel right now?" She asked.

"No, I am pretty away! And I can't wait to get back to school! I have been dying to go back, for so long!" Lily stated.

"Then why did you leave?" Sara whinnied.

"You know why! Plus I wanted to spend time with my family. Well atleast my parents! Come on and get up!" Lily stated, helping Sara off her bed.

"What are you going to wear?" Lily asked.

"A pair of pajama bottems and a sweatshirt! Its easier to fall asleep in those!" Sara stated, acting not like herself.

"Here, I know! How about some of my dad's very strong coffee! That will wake you up!" Lily stated, dragging Sara down stairs.

Soon afterward Lily regretted ever giving Sara coffee, because Sara was bouncing off the walls!

They arrived at the train station just in time to catch the train. They were able to find a compartment to themselves. Sirius jumped up, and pulled Sara along with him. "We are, um, going to see if we can't get something off the trolley!" Sirius stated, dragging Sara along with him. But not before Lily notice Sirius giving James a wink. "I bet they aren't going to the trolley!" Lily whispered.

"Well you know Sirius!" James laughed, placing Lily on his lap.

"No, I know Sara!" Lily stated, cuddling up to James.

"Interesting Christmas Break don't you think?" James stated.

"Very! Class work is going to be horrible! We have NEWTs coming up!" Lily stated.

"Yeah, they are going to be hounding abunch of information that we don't need down our throats!" James stated.

"We are so going to need whatever information they give us!" Lily countered.

"You think so?" James laughed, giving Lily a very affectionate kiss.

They were interupted, "Oh! Maybe I should by another time!" A perky voice stated, at the compartment door.

Lily and James broke apart, to see Alice, and Frank Longbottom standing their.

"Alice!" Lily hissed, getting off of James' lap, to confront her so called friend.

"Hello Lily, I have loads to tell you, James' can I borrow her for a sec?" Alice stated.

"Yeah sure whatever!" James mumbled.

Frank entered the compartment as Alice dragged Lily out. They came to an empty one. "Oh my gosh, I have so many things to say! Where to start! Oh yes, I am going out with Frank!" Alice stated, cheerfully like nothing had happened.

"Oh, really! What happen to Peter?" Lily hissed, ready to give Alice a peice of her mind. A rather large peice.

"Oh Lily, dear! He was a hopeless case! From the beginning I knew that!" Alice stated.

"Really, then why, did you try to split James' and me up? Or Sara and Sirius!" Lily hissed.

"I told you, I am rather competetive! And I apologize! No one can reach Paradise with out a couple pot holes in the road!" Alice stated.

"And you thought it was your job to dig those holes?" Lily questioned.

"Come on really Lil's! Look whos talking! Your suppose to Hate James!" Alice countered.

"Really? Well everyone deserves a second chance!" Lily stated.

"Tell your 5th year self that! I do remember, you calling James, such awful names!" Alice stated.

"Alice, we are great friends, I couldn't have done my first years at hogwarts without you! But please leave James' and I alone!" Lily stated, and left the compartment to go back to James.

When she entered, she saw Frank and James joking around, "I do believe your girlfriend is looking for you!" Lily stated, to Frank.

Frank nodded, and left. James pulled, Lily back into his lap. "Did Alice apologize?" He asked.

"In her own way, I guess!" Lily stated.

They were back to school, and nothing had changed. Teachers cramming every last bit of information in their heads. Even Lily was stressing out. "Lil's? How many tests do you have to take to become an animagus? And do you get to chose what animal you are or like a wand does the animal chose you?" Sara asked, who was practically asleep over her transfirgure book.

"There about 8-10 tests you have to take, and the animal choses you by you personality!" Lily answered who was still trying to figure out what went wrong on her truth telling potion.

"I need to get out of here!" Laura wailed.

"Yeah we all need a break but all our homework is due, and we have no spare time to do it! I wish there was a spell they would teach us to just freeze time, so we can finish this! Do you get the Charms homework, at all?" Sara complained once more.

"Yeah, just describe what happened when you did the charm. Were there any errors, and stuff like that!" Lily answered.

"Your stirring that potion too quickly!" Laura observed.

"Oh, thats whats wrong! Oh thank you Laura! Finally, I can go onto my final essay, and then get some sleep!" Lily exclaimed, happily.

"Before you go to sleep, you will help me with this essay! God why do they do this to us? NEWTs are only 5 monthes away!" Sara stated.

"So they can make sure that we all know what we need to know! And your essay is perfectly fine, just check on some spelling errors!" Lily stated.

"Oh! Really? I guess I was stressing out for nothing?" Sara stated, rereading her essay.

Lily rolled her eyes and went into her herbology's homework.

James and Lily were sitting by the lake, taking a break for everything and everyone. "Do you still believe that all they are cramming in our heads, is useful?" James asked.

"Yes, I still do! Why do you ask?" Lily stated.

"Because I saw you and all your friends freaking out over Defense homework!" James laughed.

"It was a minor set back! But I still believe that whatever... I mean whatever they teach us, is really important! There is no disagreaing with me here!" Lily stated, proudly.

"You think so! I beg to differ!" James stated.

"Well beg all you want! You regret it in the end!"Lily stated.

"I will, will I? Prove it!" James stated, very arragantly.

"Well, like yesterday when Professor Slughorn tested our Truth-Telling Potions, what if you want to know if your best mate was lying to you, and you give him your potion, and you did it wrong and you end up poisoning him, what will you do then?" Lily asked.

"Wordt case senario? The thing about those is that they never truelly happen, and why in hell would I give Sirius a truth telling potion, when I trust him with my life?" James stated.

"Never mind, your to stubburn to answer my question!" Lily huffed.

"I'm too stubburn what about you?" James questioned.

"Ok, I admit it, I can be alittle hot-tempered, and alittle stubburn! But I am not as stubburn as you!" Lily countered.

"reallly, you think so?" James stated, picking Lily up and threw her over his shoulder, and walked towards the lake.

"James Potter, you put me down right this instint!" Lily screached.

"Not until, you actually agree with me!" James laughed.

"Never! Put me down before I force you too!" Lily continued.

"Fine suit yourself!" James laughed, and put lily down, more like threw her into the Lake.

Lily screached, "You said you wanted down, but you didn't specify when or where!" James laughed.

Lily looked up at James, and walked toward him, "You know there is a saying, if you puch me down, I will drag you down with me!" And Lily pulled James in the lake, and laughed as he startedto flale around.

James look at himself, and at Lily and Laughed. "We look like a bunch of bloody idiots!" James stated.

Lily walked towards James, "Very cute bloody idiot!" and gave him a kiss.

The last quidditch game of the year! And Lily had to endure it. She diliked quidditch, unlike other students in the school. The only reason she is here, is because of James! She would much rather have been in the Library, reading on a good book, or catching up on notes she hadn't reviewed yet. But she did promise James that she would be here. They teams hadn't gotten out on
the feild yet, and Sara was already screaming in her ear. "I am so glad you came! Your going to enjoy it!" Sara stated.

"As far as I know, its just soccer on broom sticks!" Lily stated.

"What? ITs much more than that! It has totally different rules! I mean in soccer you have 1 ball and 2 goals. But in quidditch you have 6 goals and 4 balls! It way better, you'll see!" Sara stated, "Oh look theres James, and Sirius!" Sara squeeled as she tugged on Lily's cloak.

Lily cheer along with the other Gryffindors, and waved at James, who waved at Lily. "so what is James again?" Lily asked Sara.

"He's keeper! He's the one who protects the hoops, from any quaffle from going in!" Sara muttered.

"And what are those horrid black balls?" Lily asked.

"Those are bludgers, the Beaters, Sirius is one of those, hit the bludgers towards the other team!" Sara stated.

"Oh, I see!" Lily stated, watching the game progress.

The game was at 180 to 180, and Sara explained that which team's seeker catches the snitch will win. Lily was watching the seekers, muttering to herself that they are way off on the snitch. Because she spotted it on the other side of the fiels floating just a foot above James’ head. “God
don’t they see the stupid little ball! I mean come on, its not that hard to see!” Lily hissed out loud.

“What did you say! The snitch is the hardest thing to seek, and you see it? Where?” Sara asked, bewildered.

“Over there, above James’ head, don’t you see it?” Lily stated.

“No! Why aren’t you seeker? I mean we would have probably won an hour ago, if you were!” Sara exclaimed.

“You know, I hate flying! I’d rather have my feet firmly on the ground, thank you very much!” Lily commented.

“You only tried flying once, and that was in the first year, and you were barely off the ground, how can you hate flying!” Sara asked, sarcastically.

“I was never good at it! Its the one thing I feel ackward at! I hate not being good at things!” Lily hissed.

“Everyone isn’t perfect Lily! You have to suck at something!” Sara laughed, “Oh look, one of ‘em spotted the snitch, right where you said it was... Yesh! He got it! WE WON LILY!” Sara screeched towards the end.

Lily cheered along with the others, Gryffindor’s win the Quidditch cup, again. Sara dragged Lily down to the feild, to greet James, and Sirius. “You were amazinng!” Sara stated, giving Sirius a huge hug.

“Yeah, it was great!” Lily stated.

“Hey! Did you truelly like it?” James asked laughing.

“It was ok! Well until, the seekers took forever to find the blasted snitch!” Lily stated, hugging James.

“Hey, Gidenen is the best seeker in our House!” James mocked hurt.

“Yeah whatever! Come on lets go back inside, its freezing out here!” Lily stated, dragging James to follow the crowd back to Hogwarts.

Lily was watching Sara get ready for the party. Sara went from outfit to another. "Will you settle on one outfit, and stick with it!" Lily laughed.

Sara frowned in irration, "Fine, I'll go with my original one!" Sara muttered, and retired to the bathroom to change once again.

"finally!" Lily laughed.

"I heard that!" Sara shouted back.

"Good!" Lily laughed harder.

Lily waited patiently for Sara to finish. Lily, herself, checked in the mirror if she looked alright. Sara finally came out, were a very cute royal blue dress, that matched her eyes perfectly. "Ready?" Sara asked.

"As I'll ever be!" Lily stated sarcastically, and they left the dormitory.

The other gryffindors were already partying the night away, the only ones missing were...

"Looks like the men of the hour! Our boyfriends aren't here!" Sara stated, looking around the common room.

"Yep! And we waisted a perfectly good grand entrance!" Lily laughed, and heade towards the punch. Lily and Sara wandered around the common room, talking and saying hello, to everyone they knew. Most of them were talking about the quidditch match, or quidditch in general.

"And I wonder why, I never liked quidditch!" Lily stated.

Sara laughed, and shook her blonde hair dramatically, "Don't let James hear you say that!" She stated.

Then the room went silent, and James and Sirius desended the staircase the led from their dormitory to the common room. Lily surpressed her laughed, watching James wave like he was the Prince of England. He spotted Lily and walked over. "Well you know how to stun a crowd!" Lily laughed, as he reached.

"Yeah, stunning a person at a time, with my presence!" James stated happily.

"I wasn't thinking that kind of stunning!" Lily replied, sarcastically.

James glarred at her, Peter rushed over to James, "That was the greatest game ever! All those saves you made! It was just... wow!" Peter stated, happily, who was starring at James, with admirition.

Lily looked at Peter, with annoyance. She never did like Peter, always thought that there was just something wrong with him. "James aren't you going to ask me to dance?" Lily stated, mocking Sara.

James smirked. Peter looked at Lily in pure venom! "Yeah sure! See you later Wormtail!" James stated.

Peter, looked at James in dismay, and then walked away, as James led Lily to where they were dancing. "Why does peter do that!" Lily asked James.

"Do what!" James asked.

"Follow you around, try to be like you, sirius, and Remus! Acting like his life is insignificant to yours!" Lily responded.

"I dunno, he has done that since first year!" James stated.

James went to get them drinks, when ALice walked up to Lily. “Hey, your still mad
at me, aren’t you?” Alice asked, timidly.

“Alittle!” Lily commented back.

“Ok! I know I really don’t deserve your friendship back! But can you please give me
another chance! I screwed up! You know that I hate to lose! Its one of my worst
habits! And I am really really sorry!” Alice stated.

“Really? Are you sure! Because thats what you said, when you apologized the first
time, and then you ended up stabbing me in the back, all over again! How do you
expect me to trust you?” Lily stated, glarring at Alice.

“I don’t expect you to trust me, again! But I do expect you to allow me to gain your
trust back!” Alice stated.

Lily pressed her lips together with irritation. She knew that Alice had a good
heart, and she did apologize! Lily thought. “Fine I forgive you! But I don’t trust
you!” Lily stated.

Alice jumped up and down with excitement, “Really? Oh Yay!” Alice stated, giving
Lily a huge hug.

“Looks like you guys made up!” James stated, returning with the drinks.

“Yeah, Alice apologized!” Lily stated.

“Yeah, Lily practically made me grovel!” Alice laughed.

“Really, never thought Lily would go that far!” James joked.

Lily rolled her eyes, “Yeah its more something you would do!” She stated.

Alice burst into a fit of laughter, “Oh theres Frank! I’ll be right back!” Alice
stated, and disappeared into the crowd of the party.

“Hey, have you seen Sara? I haven’t seen her since... well since you showd up to the
party!” Lily stated.

“Um, she’s most likely with Sirius!” James stated, and realising what James meant,
Lily blushed deeply.

James went up to his dormitory, to find Sirius, Remus, and Peter already there.
“Hey, did you do it?” Sirius asked.

“Yep, placed it right on her neck, never going to know it’s there! We’ll probably be
able to listen in on a good portion of their conversations, for most of the night!
Well until Lily takes a shower!” James laughed.

“We shouldn’t be doing this! I mean its an invasion of privaticy! I mean if they find
out that we’re doing this! We’ll end up with no girlfriends!” Remus stated.

“Ah, come on! How are they going to know? I mean we planned it out perfectly!
Don’t you want to know what Laura actually thinks about you?” Sirius askes.

“Not this extent! Plus you are underestimating Lily and Sara! There is no wrath like
a womens scorn!” Remus stated.

“We won’t get caught, now shut up! They are starting!” James hissed at Sirius and
Remus. Peter joined James on his bed to better listen, and Sirius and Remus
(Dispite his better judgement), leaned in to here.

“Thats was the best party ever!” Sara exclaimed.

“Was it because you were snoggling Sirius all night?” Lily questioned Sara
innocently.

“Maybe!” Sara giggled uncontrolably (Sirius smirked)

Lily rolled her eyes, “God I am so tired! I wish we didn’t have lessons tomorrow! I
will end up falling asleep in Charms!” Lily stated.

“Who wouldn’t!” Laura stated.

“Hey, where were you all day?” Alice asked Laura.

“No where in particular!” Laura stated, and blushed.

Alice, Sara and Lily looked at each other, and stated in unison, “Remus!”

(James, Sirius, and Peter mimiced their voices, and laughed, “Remus!” in unison also!
Remus ended up hitting all them up side their heads with his pillow!)

“Thats not fair! I don’t like it when you guys gang up on me! Why can’t you do it to
Lily or something!” Laura complained.

“Because, you make it easy! Lily is hard to embarrass!” Alice stated.

“Thats right! Anyway, there is nothing embarrassing about me!” Lily hissed.

“Oh really? What about the summer after 1st year and-” Sara started to say, but
stopped as Lily’s pillow went sailing towards her head.

“You promised you will never repeat that in you whole life! You little Spinx!” Lily
hissed.

“Does Lilian! Have something to share to the class?” Alice asked, mimicing
Professor Mcgonagle’s voice.

“No I do not! Plus anyways, my real name isn’t Lilian! It is Lily! As in the flower!”
Lily hissed.

Alice rolled her eyes! (“What we aren’t going to find out the embarrassing thing
about little miss perfect?” Sirus laughed.)

“But its not that embarrassing! I mean its funny and all, but not worth blushing
over!” Sara stated.

“Not worth mentioning either!” Lily countered.

“Whatever! But we do have discuss something! The little arrangement we created
in the beginning of the year!” Alice stated.

(Sirius, James, Peter and Remus leaned in alittle closer, to hear better. Peter went
to far, and ended up banging James in the head, “OW! Watch what you going,
Wormtail!” James hissed)

“Ah, Alice do we have to discuss this now! I thought we agreed that we would
decide who won, at the end of the year! I mean we haven’t even started NEWTs
yet!” Sara stated.

“Yeah, thats why I want to annouce the winner before we get so stress out over
the NEWTs!” Alice stated.

“Well, you know I lost, Edward hasn’t been at school for like 3 monthes! Plus I have
a new boyfriend, Remus!” Laura stated, (James, and Sirius looked at Remus, “Your
dating?” they asked in unison. “Yes! Is there a problem?” Remus asked. James and
Sirius laughed.

“I defintly lost! Peter was a hopeless case!” Alice stated

(Peter perked up, “Hey! I’m not a hopeless case!” He stated)

“Well that leaves, Sara and Lily! Do one of you want to forfeit! I mean you both
pratically have Sirius and James wrapped around your fingers!” Alice stated.

(silence hit the boys dormitory! Remus looked at Sirius and James, both stone
faced. Peter was cringing waiting for one of them to Blow. “You guys? Remus
whispered. James got up and lefted dormitory.)

“Hey Lily? What that on your neck?” Sara asked.

Lily felt around, and felt a small lump on the back. “Eww! What is it!” Lily
screeched.

“Here I’ll help get it off!” Sara stated, walking over to Lily and picking off what
looked like a bug.

“Lil’s I think it likes you!” Sara laughed.

“Eww, throw it away!” Laura stated.

Sara walked over to the window, and threw it out. “Come on lets go to bed, we’ll
decide who wins at the end of the year, like we agreed!” Sara stated.

Lily woke up the next morning, feeling horrible. Not the sick horrible, but
something else. Like she knew it wasn’t going to be a great day. Lily got up and
dreesed and went down to the great hall, get her breakfast. A full stomach will
make me feel better thought Lily.

Lily was half way done with her breakfast, when James came in. Lily waved to him
to sit by her, he completly ignored her, and sat down on the other side of the
table. Lily was confused, Sara sat down, perfectly happy. “Hey Sara! Do you know
why James just ignored me?” Lily asked.

“Maybe he didn’t see you, or hear you!” Sara stated.

Lily looked worried, “Maybe your right!” She stated, but she didn’t mean it.

Lily caught up with James, on the way to charms, “Hey, did you see me at
breakfast?” Lily asked.

“Nope, I don’t think so!” James stated, coldly.

“Whats wrong, please talk to me!” Lily stated.

“There’s nothing wrong!” James muttered.

Lily going with her instints, dragged James into a empty classroom, “James Potter,
you’ll tell me whats wrong!” Lily hissed.

James glarred, “Does you have James and Sirius wrapped around you finger ring a
bell?” James hissed.

Lily’s mouth fell open, and her hand went instintly to the back of her neck. “Did you
put a Zonkos Magical easdrop bug, on my neck?” Lily hissed.

“Answer my question first!” James retorted.

“I don’t know where you heard that, but it wasn’t from my mouth!” Lily stated.

“It was close enough, I heard you last night! Practically bragging about it!” James
yelled.

“I did not! I answered yours now answer mine! Did you or did you not place an easdropping bug on my neck last night!” Lily hissed.

"Yes I did! Glad I did too, I actually get to find out that you've been lying to me for all this time!" James shot back.

"I have not been lying to you!" Lily stated, tears coming to her eyes, but she did not want James, at this moment, see her cry.

"Oh really, when you said you Loved me, was that a lie?" James asked,

"NO! I do not lie about something like that! I do love you James! With all my heart!" Lily whispered.

"Then why in Merlins name did you go through with the wager! To see me heartbroken in the end? ANSWER ME LILY!" James yelled.

"I went through with the stupid wager, because I wanted this year to be different! I was hoping to cause alittle mischief before I left Hogwarts for good. I didn't think that it would hurt anyone. Plus at the time, I didn't know my friend would have picked you, as the guy..." Lily stammered.

"Oh, so all this was just a game! Well sorry Lily I guess you'll be the one who loses, because we're over and done with!" James stated, before storming out of the classroom.

Lily wasn't able to move, she stayed in that class room, not caring that she was missing a lesson. She could go into the classroom with James there. Lily sat there until Sara came and found her. "Lily? What are you doing in here? Oh my gosh, whats wrong?" Sara asked. Kneeling down to comfort Lily.

"He... Broke...up... With me!" Lily stated, while bursting into tears.

"What? James broke up with you? Why? Oh Lily its going to be ok!" Sara whispered.

Laura came in, and saw Sara and Lily, "Hey, Lil's I heard what happened, is there anything I can do?" Laura asked.

Lily looked up, and wiggled herself out of Sara's arms, "No I'm fine now! I don't need James, to make me happy! I am not going to let him, hurt me! I'm a Evans! And Evans handle these situations with confidence! If James thinks that he has found a easy way out, he is very mistaken!" Lily hissed, and Left the room.

Laura and Sara looked at each other, "I am going to feel sorry for James!" Sara stated, laughing slightly and following Lily out of the classroom.

Hogsmeade weekend was coming quickly. It has been a week since James and Lily broke up. Sirius had broken it off with Sara aswell! Sara seemed to be handling it well, she kept saying, "He was going to find out sooner or later, I am not going to let this get me down! If Sirius doesn't want to be with me! So be it!"

Lily knew better, she would here Sara cry every now and then, but she never did it infront of Sirius. "Sara, we are being a couple of losers right now!" Lily commented one day, in the Library.

"What do you mean?" Sara questioned, definitly not liking to be called a loser.

"I mean, is that we are letting James and Sirius get to us! They are the ones who are having us wrapped around their fingers! The bet was to have James and Sirius wrapped around ours, right? That doesn't mean that they have to be our boyfriends to be wrapped around our gracefull fingers!" Lily stated.

"Keep talking!" Sara commented leaning closer to hear better.

"I know for a fact, that Sirius cares more about you than anything right now, well not more than James, but whatever! Everyone has said that you are the girl verson of Sirius! You can have practically any guy at this school, well maybe not in Slytherin, but you get my point, right!" Lily stated.

"Some what!" Sara questioned.

"Hogsmeade weekend is coming up! Why don't we have some fun! And I still want to win! So lets do what Alice would do, and make James and Sirius regret for ever breaking up with us!" Lily stated.

"But!" Sara started.

"No buts! Ok tell me the one guy, besides Severus or anyone from the Slytherines, that Sirius' dispises!" Lily stated.

"Mclaggin of course!" Sara commented, Lily raise her eyebrow, "No! Eww, No why! It will have to be someone else! I am not going anywhere near that pompus, aragant flea bag!" Sara stated.

Lily still had her eyebrow raised, "Lily, I said NO!" Sara stated.

"Ok, ok! Jeez! Ok who else!" Lily stated.

"Does it have to be someone he dispises? Cause I dispise them too!" Sara stated.

"Fine! Ok! Here come on lets go change!" Lily stated

Hogsmeade day Sara and Lily decide to go together. Lily decide to wear a black pleaded skirt, with a thin green sweated which brought out her eyes perfectly, she washed her hair, so it was slightly curly, she wore boots that came up halfway to her theigh. She imspected herself, and thought looked halfway decent. Sara came out of the bathroom and stated, "I think Alice is rubbing off on you because you would have never have been caught in that last year!"

"Yeah! But I look alright, though!" Lily stated.

"Yes! Very cute! What about me?" Sara asked, twirly around slowly so Lily can inspect the outfit she chosed.

Sara was also wearing a black pleaded skirt, with a low cut, sapphire blue tank top, under her favorite blue jean Jacket, with matching sapphire blue flats. Her hair was hot curled, and slightly pulled back, with her bangs loosly hanging down, giving her that mysterious, innocent look. "Very cute!" Lily stated.

"You sure? Took me forever to figure out what to wear!" Sara stated, sighing with relief.

"You look outstanding!" Lily stated, dragging Sara out of the dormitory.

"So whats the plan again?" Sara asked.

"You know it! Walk like you own the place! Confident, not caring what people think! The true Sara Devers!" Lily stated.

Sara laughed, "Ok! I admit, this is going to be fun!" Sara stated.

"Thats the spirit! Now there they are, completly ignore them, well not to the extent that they can figure everything out!" Lily stated.

James was the first to see them, well James' date, Julieanna! He loved the way Lily looked, but kept telling himself, not to let her get to me! She made that wager, remember that! Sirius walked over to James, "You know what they are trying to do right?" Sirius stated.

"Yeah!" James stated, sounding a bit down.

"Come on, James! Are you going to let her win! That will only prove that she can control you with a short skirt, and a tight shirt!" Sirius stated, eyeing Sara approvingly.

"What about you? Don't act like you weren't just starring at Sara like that!" James countered.

"Yeah! Hey, Sara always dresses to impress! I can't help if I have an wandering eye!" Sirius laughed.

"Hey, James! Remember I'm your date, not Lily! I do expect you to pay attention to me today!" Julieanna stated.

James turning his attention to his date, and Sirius walked over to Lily, Sara, Alice, laura, Frank, and Remus' little group. "Hey ready for hogsmeade!" Hey stated, standing inbetween Frank and Remus.

"Of course! I need a break from all the NEWTs stress!" Alice laughed.

Lily rolled her eyes, "What stress? I haven't even seen you pick up a quill in the last month!" Lily stated.

"Its all up here!" Alice stated, pointing to her head.

"Lets hope so! You want to be an Auror! But the only was for you to become that, is to have tope NEWTs!" Sara stated, slightly flipping her hair off her shoulders. Sirius frowned. Laura almost burst into a fit of laughter when she saw this, but covered it up with a cough.

"Hey you guys, Sara and I are going to head to Hogsmeade, catch up with you at Madam Velvets at 2 o'clock to pick out 7th year party dresses!" Lily stated.

Alice and Laura nodded, and turned their attention to Frank and Remus. Sirius watched Lily and Sara leave, mainly Sara. This is going to be harder that I thought! he thought, watching other guys starring at them as they left.

Lily and Sara entered the Leaky Cauldron, laughing and have fun. They order themselves acouple of Butterbeers and found themselves a booth. " Oh my gosh! Did you see his face! Classic! I'll that imprinted in my mind forever!" Sara laughed, placing her hand on her heart dramatically.

Lily fiddled with her grandmother's cross, "Yeah, but we shouldn't be celebrating to soon!" She stated.

"Lily don't ruin the moment for me!" Sara laughed.

"Hey, what are acouple of cute Gryffindors sitting here by themselves! I expect your dates would be along any minute!" William Redford stated, with his friend Matthew Stuart standing beside him, both 7th year Ravenclaws, and Frank Longbottoms closest friends.

Sara and Lily looked at each other, controlling their laughter, "Well I don't know about any dates, but as for being by ourselves, we are just enjoying each other companay!" Lily stated.

"Then you wouldn't mind if we join you then?" Matthew stated.

"Hmm... well!" Sara started to say, acting like she was thinking about it, "if you must!" she finished.

Lily silently laughed to herself, scooting over to allow William to sit next to her, Sara did the same for Matthew.

"Now I hear theres a naste rumour going around about you too!" Matthew stated.

Sara looked at him and stated, "Really? Do tell!"

"Does it have to do with James and Sirius?" Lily questioned, truelly wanting to know what people are talking about them.

"yeah some what! They are saying that James and Sirius caught you two cheeting on them, and broke it off with you!" William answered, looking at them to see if it was true.

"And who told you this?" Sara asked, as politely as she could.

"I think it was... Pete... Pettegrew?" Matthew stated.

"Peter Pettagrew?" Sara blurted out.

"Yeah that's his name!" Matthew stated.

Sara closed her eyes, and clenched her fists. Lily, all to well, knew how much Sara did not like Peter! Ever since 1st year they have been enemies.

"Sara? Are you ok?" Lily asked.

"Oh! Yeah I fine!" Sara stated, seeming to come back to life, and she whispered to where only Lily could hear, "Remind me to get Pettagrew for this!"

Lily nodded, "Oh well, that naste little rumour is not true! James and Sirius broke up with us cause they were bored!" Lily stated.

"Really, I do remember James working really hard to get you to go out with him!" William stated.

"Usually when you work hard to get something you want, your reward sometimes ends up bittersweet." Lily stated simply, finishing her butterbeer.

"Speaking of the devils!" Sara stated, eyeing at the door, as James and Sirius both came in with their dates.

At this particular moment, Matthew and William seemed to pull Sara and Lily closer. James instintly had a sour look on his face, and Sirius could have been his twin.

"Come on, lets go! I have been wanting to go to Zonkos, to get some sugar quills!" Sara stated, getting up herself, brushing off her skirt.

"Yeah, same! Do you want to come?" Lily asked Matthew and William.

"Yeah sure!" Matthew stated, grabbing Sara's hand.

"Why not!" William stated, putting his arm around Lily's shoulder, and left the Leaky Cauldron.

Lily and William seperated from Sara and Matthew. Sara and Matthew ended going to Zonkos, and Lily and William ended up near the Shrieking Shack.

Sara wandered around the Joke Shop, looking for diffent things that she would want, she seemed to get farther and farther away from matthew then out of no where, Sara was dragged to the back of the store, "What the...Sirius?" Sara stated, "Sirius what do you want? Could you slow down a bit, I'm in a skirt!" Sara stated, very confused. But she came even more confused when she found Sirius kissing her. Sara admit that she was enjoy it, but her conscience caught up with her, and she pushed Sirius off of her, and found that they were under James' invisibility cloak,

"Sirius? What are you doing?" Sara asked.

"Kissing you of course!" Sirius laughed slightly, and tried to start again but Sara prevented him.

"I know that! I meant why? Don't you have a date?" Sara questioned

"Yeah that was a dud! I wanted to see you! And why in merlins name are you with Matthew Stuart?" Sirius stated.

Sara rolled her eyes, "Well I am certainly not dating you, that for sure! Now if you excuse me! I should be going to find Matthew!" Sara stated, trying to get away from Sirius, but Sirius wasn't about to let that happen.

"Come on Sara, lets get away from Hogsmeade, we have seen so many times! Come on lets go to our secret spot!" Sirius whispered in her ear.

"Sirius, you probably know how much I want to-" Sara started.

"Then whats stopping you?" Sirius asked.

"I can't ditch Matthew, that would be horrible! And you can't ditch that girl you with!" Sara stated.

"Why not?" Sirius whinnied.

"Because that would be mean, and you know my parents...my father taught me better than that!" Sara stated.

"Merlin! I hate it when your right! After this, can we get back together?" Sirius asked.

A flash of anger went instintly to Sara's eyes, "Your the one who broke up with me! Now you want to get back together? Sirius Black make up your mind! I will not be the one you go back to because you have no one to go out with you! Now if you'll excuse me!" Sara stated, forcefully making Sirius letting go of her.

Sara and Lily were sitting in the great hall, Lily eating her Breakfast and Sara trying to finish her Charms homework. "Ow!" Lily hissed, when she felt something hard hit her head. Lily looked around to see who threw it, and found James' new girlfriend giggling up a storm, and James laughing himself.

"Just ignore it Lily! He's being immature!" Laura stated.

"Yeah, he's still sore about William!" Alice stated.

"Member if he does it atleast 3 time, your able to have an excuse to curse him! Might I suggest turning his Jet Black hair Hot Pink!" Sara stated, Alice and Laura laughed uncontrollably, thinking James with pink hair.

"Yeah, I was thinking along the lines of giving him a donket ears and nose!" Lily commented, and Alice and Laura fell out of their chairs laughing so hard. :rotfl:

The another hard thing hit Lily head, bouncing to Sara's. Sara turned red with anger, and laura had to grab her wand away from her. They heard Remus say, "Leave them alone, or you'll regret it!"

Sara calming down, went back to her homework, and some hard hit her head again, Sara got furious, and was telling Laura to give her wand back so she could curse James into ablivien. But Lily beat her to it, after muttering a silent spell, Lily and most of the great hall saw, that James' hair went Hot Pink instintly. Sirius saw this and fell out of his chair Laughing. Julieanna was scowling at Lily, and James was looking around, confused, until Peter whispered in his ear, telling him what happened. James got up and stormed over to Lily. Lily quickly put her wand away and looked up at James, "You want something Potter?" She stated.

He was slightly taken back, when she said Potter. Then Recovered, "Yeah, I want you to change my hair back!" James hissed.

"You don't think that I did that to your hair, do you? I am hurt that you would blame me for your misfortune!" Lily stated innocently.

"I swear, she could make an outstanding actress!" Alice whispered to Laura.

"Of course I blame you for this!" James hissed, even louder, other students from different houses watch what was happening at the gryffindor table.

"Need I remind you Potter, the world doesn't revolve around you huge arragant head! I am not fixing your hair! You will actually have to open a book to get your hair back to normal! And don't you ever, EVER, Blame me for your problems!" Lily snapped back standing up to face James.

I'm arragant? I'm arragant? What about you! What about that stupid deal you made with Alice, Laura and Sara? Need I remind you!" James yelled back. Now the whole hogwarts student population was very interest by now.

"Oh my God, James! Yes I made a stupid, stupid mistake! My first mistake in how many years? Did you really expect that I would have gone out with you if Alice didn't thrust me at you?" Lily yelled back, pulling out her wand.

"Yes, maybe I did! Well thats what I get for wishing!" James shot back, "But I wouldn't say that was your only mistake, should I remind you of the yule ball?" James stated.

"No that was not my mistake! That was yours! I remember you were the one snoggling Alice!" Lily hissed, very irritated that he would blame that on her.

"I thought it was you!" James stated.

"Really, James? Did you? I mean me and Alice look so much alike!" Lily shot back.

"Hey! Leave James alone! You selfish, little know it all!" Peter stated, jumping up to defend James.

"I would say anything if I were you Pettagrew! Spreading all those rumours about Lily and me, isn't enough! One more word out of you, and you'll be dangling from the ceiling from our ankles!" Sara hissed, pointing her wand straight at Peter's forehead.

Peter sat back down, glarring at Sara, "Hey don't go threatening my friends!" Sirius stated, pointing his wand at Sara

"What rumours are Peter spreading about you?" James looked at Lily.

"Oh you haven't heard? Well your little tag-along over there as been telling people that we slept around with a bunch of other guys, making us look... like...like-" Sara stated, but couldn't find the words.

"Scarlet Women!" Alice blurted out.

"Yeah, something like that!" Sara stated.

"I have not!" Peter stated, getting his courage back, then it disappreared as quickly as it came.

"Oh, really, thats not what you told us the other day!" A couple hufflepuff girls stated.

Lily was glarring at James, having millions of things to say to him, she wanted to make him feel what she has been feeling for that last couple days. "James, now if you'll excuse me! I have a class to get too!" Lily stated, getting away from the Gryffindor table. She walked alittle away from where she was standing, when a spell flew past her ear. She clenched her wand, and turned around to find James' wand pointing straight at her, but James wasn't the one who cast it!

Lily, starred straight at James, bewildered. He was too. "I can't believe you! You self center! Arragant, monkey minded! Little git!" Lily hissed, storming over to James, and slapping him across the face.

James looked back at Lily, "I'm self centered? Monkey minded? What about you? You always have to get a teachers praise! Be the best one in the class! For what? To impress you family? You can't even get your sister, your own flesh and blood to love you!" James yelled.

Lily was furious! The great hall went dead silent. Sara was looking Lily, hating James at that moment! Lily finally spoke, "How dare you? How dare you? Tell me who I am! How dare you judge me, or where I come from. What happens between me and my sister is none of your business! And for you tell me, that I am self centered, and make fun of me because my sister doesn't like me or what I am!" Lily hissed, punching James in the face, knocking him down adn causing the whole room to gasp.

"Hey, there is no reason for that! That my best mate your punching!" Sirius exclaimed, taking a step closer to Lily.

"Sirius one more move and you'll regret it! Lily has every right to punch that git and you know it! You have met Petunia and you have seen how cruel she is to Lily, and yet you still defend your friend when you know it is wrong! So if you make one move, it will be you last for a month or so!" Sara hissed, pointing her wand now at Sirius.

The school was at ahh, at what was happening right before their eyes, James jumped up, and was ready to give Lily a peice of his mind, but Laura and Alice had both of theirs wand straight at him. "Lily! This is between you and me!" James stated.

"No James! You were the one who started this mess, and I and my friends are going to finish it!" Lily hissed.

Then out of no where, Sara was tackled by, no other, Peter. She screeched, and her head hit the floor and was knocked out. Peter looked around for praise, mainly from Sirius, but only got scorn. Lily rushed over to Sara's side, pushing Peter out of the way, "Move you bloody idiot! Sara?" She stated.

Sara woked up, first confused, then saw Peter, and then was furious. "I am going to kill you Pettigrew!" Sara stated, lunging at Peter, was stopped, by Sirius. "Let go of me! Let me kill the stupid! I said LET GO!" Sara stated.

"You need to go to the hospital wing!" Sirius stated, struggling with the fighting Sara.

"I'm fine! I fine enough to straggle the little rat!" Sara hissed, now hitting Sirius as he lefted her over his shoulders, and left the great hall.

Lily turned to face James, "See what you mess, created!" She stated, her look full of Venom, and she turned and followed Sirius out of the Great Hall.

"I told you, not to! But no! James, wanted to listen to his stupid girlfriend and make things worse for Lily! Then you went and said that stupid thing about her sister, and then that lead to Sara getting hurt! James, I swear you need to think before you do!" Remus muttered, following Lily.

"Well I think you did a miraclous thing! That girl needed to be knocked down a level! Her and her stupid friend!" Julieanna stated, cuddling next to James.

"Well i think that we're over! And don't talk about Lily like that!" James stated, shrugging off Julieanna, and stormed out of the great hall.

Lily was siting at the edge of Sara's hospital wing bed. "Sara I'm so sorry!" Lily stated.

"Sorry for what?" Sara asked, fiddling with the sheet.

"That I got you into this mess with James. I didn't want anyone to get hurt! I guess I wanted James to feel what I have been feeling for the past week. And then you got into the cross fire, and I am so so sorry!" Lily stated.

"This is not your fault! I would never blame you for this! I blame Peter, yes! Its understandable what you are going through with James, the slimy git!" Sara hissed.

"He isn't that slimy! There are times, where I just wished that I didn't make the wager!" Lily sighed.

"Do you think you would be dating James, if you hadn't? Do you think you would have gotten to know him, if you hadn't? Maybe! But knowing how stubburn you are! James should be thankfull that you did!" Sara stated.

"But that wager went against everything that I knew was right! It seems like something my sister would do, not me!" Lily explained.

"Yes! That is true! But you wanted to have you last year go out in a bang! That you didn't want to spend this year worring about school work and NEWTs! Don't worry about the wager and James! Everything will work out in the end!" Sara stated.

"Yeah I guess your right!" Lily stated, "I have to go! I'll see you after classes!" Lily stated.

"One thing Lily!" Sara stated.

"Yeah?"

"Please don't bring me my work!" Sara smiled. Lily turned and left chuckling to her self.

Alittle while after Lily left, Sirius came in. Sara scowled, and turned away from him. Sirius didn't care he just sat in the chair that was facing her. "What do you want?" Sara hissed.

"To talk!" Sirius stated.

"About what? Shoukd we talk about, how you broke up with me, and then all the sudden when you see me with another guy, try to get back together. Or how you defended James, when you knew that what he was doing was wrong! OR how you didn't allow me to kill peter, for puting me here!" Sara hissed.

"1. About the whole breaking up thing was your and the whole wager things fault! 2. James is my best mate, and I am not going to allow anyone to hurt him, and 3. Peter is another one of my best mates, so I can't allow you to hurt him!" Sirius snapped back.

"Ok! 1. The wager thing, is exactly what you would have done, so what makes me so different! 2. James, yeah I know is your best mate, but best mate or not, I am not going to allow him insult Lily and me! Finally 3. Peter nearly caused me some sirius , no pun intended, damage! If my head would have hit the floor with a harder force, I would be dead! That would mean that Peter would murdered me! You can't expect me to sit around and not do anything just because he is your best mate!" Sara yelled.

"Keep it down!" Madam Pomphrey hissed.

"It doesn't matter if I would have done the same, it matter cause you did!" Sirius hissed.

"Oh, so you can do something like that, and I can't! How hypcredical of you!" Sara yelled once more, not caring about Madam Pomphrey.

"I am not a hypocrite! Your not the one who's suppose to be mad! I am!" Sirius yelled.

"It doesn't matter who is mad whom! What matters is that you can't stand it when I am with other guys! You get jealous!" Sara yelled back.

"I do NOT, get Jealous! Its actually the other way around!" Sirius gritted.

"I get jealous? No, your the one who gets jealous! Wasn't you who broke up with me because Alice told you that I was using you, and was flirting with a guy! Who happened to be my cousin!" Sara hissed.

"I do believe your well enough to leave! Now LEAVE!" Madam Pomphrey stated, pushing Sara out of the bed, and shoved both her and Sirius out of the Hospital Wing.

Sara glarred at Sirius and stormed off, but Sirius caught hold of her, and pushed her into a classroom. "Oh no you don't! We're going to finish this now, and hear!" He stated.

"Let go of me!" Sara hissed, rubbing her wrist dramatically.

"Ok, I'll admit, that I didn't like the idea of you with other guys, but thats no where near Jealously!" Sirius stated.

"Thats the defention of Jealously, you dimwitted git!" Sara hissed.

"Ok, enough with the name calling, Sara! I'm sorry for breaking up with you! I had a perfectly good reason to, and then you try to turn this around on me like its my fault! Its aggrivating!" Sirius hissed.

"What aggrivating, you don't give a chance to explain! To tell my side of the story!" Sara whispered., "I admit, that I made that stupid wager, but it was probably the only way I could convince myself that I would be able to be your girlfriend! You don't know how long I have had a crush on you Sirius! And it hurt so much when you went out with Alice and those other girls. But I wanted to be your friend, so I kept my mouth shut, and I regretted it each and everyday! I am sorry, that I made that stupid wager! What got me mad was that you never give me a chance to explain, and I hate it!" Sara continued, looking at everything but Sirius.

Lily was sitting in the court yard, reviewing the last of her notes for NEWTs. When something hard hit her on her forehead. "Ow! Hey its a bit late for mail!" Lily stated, picking up the letter that fell in her lap.

She opened it up and found out it was from her sister, she read through it, and the farther she got into it, the more sad she became, until she couldn't take anymore of it, she picked up her things, and ran into the castle. At the entrance, she ran into none other than James. Both their things fell to the floor. Lily quickly picked up her things, and rushed away from there. James notice that she forgot a peice of paper, and noticed a familiar name on it. Without hesitation James read through the note. It read:

Dear Lily,

I can't stand it anymore. Nor can I bare thinking of what people might think, of me being related to you. So I have come to the conclusion that I shouldn't consider you any longer my sister, and Vernon agrees.
I will always remember the very few times we shared together, when you were normal, and we were quite happy...

But James didn't read anymore, went looking for Lily. "Remus? Have you seen Lily?" James asked, running into Remus.

"Yeah I saw her, running toward the Room of Requirement! Why?" Remus asked.

"Its important! No time to explain!" James stated, rushing out of the Great Hall.

"Hey James, that tonight is tonight with that thing I have my furry little problem!" Remus stated.

"Yeah I know! I will meet you at the same place we always do!" James shouted back, heading straight to the Room of Reguirement.

He reached the right hallway, thinking that he wanted to find Lily, and that he needed to find Lily. The instintly appeared to much of of James surprise, why didn't it work when I was trying to prank Snivilous last year? James thought entering the room.

He found Lily crying, and sitting at the window seal. "Why do you need to look out that window, when you can find the same view out of all the other windows?" James asked, slowly walking in, and shutting the door behind him.

"Because this has the best view!" Lily stated, didn't see that it was James who had asked her that question, then she looked up a saw James standing there, and anger instintly went to her eyes. "What are you doing here? And how did you get in here?"Lily shouted.

"I came in like everyone else, through the door?" James stated, acting like he didn't know about the Room of Requirement.

"Very funny! Don't act like you don't know about this room, cause I know you do! Now if you don't mind, Get out!" Lily hissed.

"But theres a problem, I do mind!" James stated.

"What you want?" Lily huffed.

"I wanted to see how you were, since I found this on the floor!" James stated, holding up Petunia's letter.

Lil;y got up and snatched it out of his hands, "How dare you read my mail!" She hissed.

"I didn't really read it, maybe alittle, but not a lot!" James stated.

"But you read it none the less! It's my personal mail! My life, and I don't need you interfiering in it right now!" Lily snapped.

"I wasn't interviering, I just wanted to know if you were alright!" James countered, regretting that he went to find her.

"Wanting to see if I was alright? Really? What happen to the James, who was trying to embarrass me infront of the whole school, by throwing things at my friends and I? Your a really caring person you know!" Lily snapped.

"I am sorry, if I am irritating you at the moment, but I am the one who has the right to be mad!" James snapped.

"You have a right to be mad? Really, you think so!" Lily hissed.

"Yes, with you and that wager!" James snapped.

"Oh my god, James! Thats part of the past, and you can't forgive for that! I made a stupid mistake, and I apologized for that! And you can't find in your heart to forgive me?" Lily hissed, tearing reappearing.

"What do you expect! To trust you again, to let you stomp over my heart again!" James yelled back.

"I don't expect you to trust me again! I wouldn't if I was in your position! But it would be wonderful if you forgave me though!" Lily whispered, quickly whipping away a tear.

James sighed, "Your making this difficult!" He muttered.

"Oh we don't that! James Potter having it hard! Yes we can't have that! James doesn't want to feel pain, and feeling unloved! We can't have that!" Lily hissed, turning away from James, not able to control her tears.

"What is that suppose to mean?" James hissed.

"It means that you can't stand it when something doesn't go right in your life! You have a loving family, a great bank account to go along with! Friend you care about you! And the world seems to stop when your unhappy! James let me tell you something! Not everything is perfect! People have family problems, and have to deal with the real world, unlike you!" Lily screamed, at James, having the urge to slap him.

"I don't have a perfect life! I haven't seen my older brother since last year! And my sister, hasn't spoken to my parents for 3 years! I have to hear my father telling me that I am not going to turn out like them, that he doesn't want me to believe in what they believe!" James' voice rose so high, that Lily never even seen him this mad.

Lily was looking at James, "James... I didn't... I didn't know! I was speaking from what I was feeling! My sister..." Lily whispered, falling on the floor, hoping that James would leave.

But James didn't leave, he sat down next to Lily, and held her, trying to comfort her. "Its ok! I haven't been the most decent person in the world." James whispered.

"I am really sorry, I didn't think!" Lily stammered.

"Its ok!" James slightly laughed.

They sat in silence, "We have been acouple of idiots!" Lily whispered.

"couple of unmature idiots!" James laughed.

"Why haven't you seen you brother, and why isn't your parents and your sister on speaking terms?" Lily asked, calming down slightly.

"Its a long story!" James muttered.

"We don't have classes today, and its still morning!" Lily stated.

James frowned, "Its this whole war thing! My brother and sister want to help and fight, and defend what they believe in. They want to go up against this Tom Riddle guy. Father doesn't want them too, he is worried that they will die, and he doesn't like of the idea of Parents buring their children. Justin, and Jewels don't understand that!" James stated.

"Do you believe in what your siblings believe or your parents?" Lily asked.

"I don't know! I want to defend all those who I love, but I don't want to hurt my father anymore than he is with Justin and Jewels!" James stated.

"So your undecided!" Lily stated.

"Somewhat!" James muttered.

Lily got up, and out of James' grasp. Whipping away the last of her tears. "I am sorry! For everything that has happened in the past couple weeks!" Lily stated.

"I am sorry too, I shouldn't have acted the way I did! I ended up being the arragant git, you accused me of all those many years!" James laughed to himself.

Lily cocked her head to the side, looked at James, "Am I forgiven?" Lily asked.

"That depends!" James smirked.

Lily glarred, and narrow her eyes, "On what?" She hissed.

"This!" James stated, and pulled her a deep kiss.

Sara looked at Sirius waiting for him to response. Sirius looked like he was pondering on something. "How long did you have a crush on me?" Sirius asked.

Sara was taken back for a minute, and then answered, "Since 3rd year! That was a horrible year!" Sara laughed to herself, remembering the year.

"Since 3rd year! I have been so blind for 4 years?" Sirius muttered.

Sara laughed at the way he said it! "Well I wasn't like I wanted it to be obvious! I was 13, and it was such ackward year for me!" Sara stated.

"But for 4 years, I thought you wanted to be just friends!" Sirius muttered.

"I always thought that it was better to be friends with the one you love, instead of forcing an relationship and then getting hurt in the end!" Sara stated.

"Alice told me that you just wanted to be friends!" Sirius muttered again.

"What?" Sara asked, bewildered.

"Yeah, I asked Alice if you would wanted to go out with me, cause I mean your you!" Sirius stated, eyeing Sara, "She said, that you just wanted to be friends and so I went out with her instead, last year!" Sirius stated.

"I am going to kill her!" Sara thought aloud.

"Really? You would go to great lengths to get her back?" Sirius laughed.

"If thats what it takes! She knew, oh she knew how much I liked you, and she used it to her advantage! I am going to kill her!" Sara hissed.

Sirius wrapped his arms around Sara's waist, "Ah, don't do that! You'll be sent to Azkaban, and then I won't have a date to the Graduation dance!" Sirius laughed in Sara's ear.

Sara rested her head on Sirius' shoulder, "Are you asking me out? After all we went through these past weeks?" Sara asked.

"Yep, unless your going with someone else!" Sirius asked.

"Well, I have have acouple other options, that I was really considering, but I think you'll do!" Sara stated.

"You think so!" Sirius stated, started to tickle Sara.

"No Fair! I said I would go with you!" Sara stated, through giggle fits, scruming, trying to get away from Sirius.

"But it's the way you said, it!" Sirius laughed.

"You know me, I have to crack a joke every now and then, I can't always be sirius!" Sara exclaimed.

"I know that, thats what I like about you!" Sirius laughed.

Many of the students weren't surprised that James and Lily got back together, many had wagers on how long they would be apart. It was the same for Sirius and Sara. The only group who were shocked and surprised was Julieanna and her group of friends. She would send Lily a peircing glare every now and then when ever they were in the same room together. Lily would ignore it, like she would to Patunia when they had an arguement. Peter was in a fine mood when he found out that Sirius and Sara were back together. "Sirius why would you go back to her when you have plenty of other options right infront of you?" Peter asked when they were hanging out in the courtyard.

"Because Sara is different. Unless you find a girl that is really special to you, you won't understand, wormtail! And you better be thankfull, with my help, Sara has decided not to have you permently turned into a rat." Sirius answered. James and Remus laughed.

"What time are we meeting tonight?" Peter, blushing, changing the subject.

"Right before the sun sets, at 5." James answered flipping through one of his quidditch books.

"Yeah, don't be late again this time, We had to wait in the forest for two hours before you showed up. I think Sirius still has the scar on his leg." Rmeus muttered, glarring at Peter with venom.

"I'm sorry, I was held up with some other things, it won't happen again." Peter mumbled.

"You better not!" James growled.

"I swear that I won't be late!" Peter threw up his hands showing them that he meant it.

"Come on I'm starving! I think they're serving lunch now." James added, getting up, streching and headed to the Great Hall.

"He wants to be with Lily! Its like they're inseperable!" Sirius joked.

"Like you and Sara?" Remus asked, sarcastically.

"Yeah, exactly!" Sirius laughed, and he and Remus followed James to the great hall.

Peter stayed behind, glarring at their backs. "Their going to regret being with Lily and Sara, if its the last thing I am going to do." Peter muttered, looking around making sure no one heard him, and went with the others to the Great Hall.

"Explain to me again why aren't we going to the last Hogsmeade trip together, especially after we just got back together?" Sirius asked Sara at lunch.

"Because Lily, Laura, Alice and myself have already planned to spend Hogsmeade together to find what we are going to wear to the Graduation Party. We can meet up afterwards." Sara explained once again.

"Why can't you guys just wear what you already have?" James asked.

Alice, Lily, Laura, and Sara gave him 'you got to be joking' look. Sirius and Remus laughed, "Prongs if you haven't figure out already that girls like to wear something different to social events. Don't ask why." Sirius added.

Peter sat down next to Remus, and started to dig in his lunch. "Hey mate! slow down, your eating like the world is about to end!" Sirius laughed, looking at Peter.

"Just hungry." Peter sprayed food everywhere.

Sara whipped her face, "Eww! Ever learned any manners?" she hissed. She was still sore about Peter tackling her.

"'orry!" Peter said, still spraying food everywhere.

Lily rolled her eyes. "Anyone ready for NEWTs tomorrow?" Lily asked.

"No, who would!" Alice complained, flipping through her notes.

"Don't worry about them, the ones that they truelly look at are the OWLs, and we all did fine on those." Remus added.

Lily was sitting on the window seal, looking out at the grounds in the moonlight. She was highly disappointed when James said he was busy. Lily would admit that she was expect James would have something interesting planned. She also admit, he probably didn't expect them to get bakc together. She looked around the dormitory, Alice and Laura were in the library trying to finish their homework. Sara was flipping through Witch Weekly, rather bored also, Sirius was busy that night. "Sara we're sad." Lily exclaimed.

"What do you mean?" Sara asked, looking up from her magazine.

"I mean, we're sitting here, bored because our boyfriends were busy! Lets go find something to do." Lily answered.

"I think you have been hanging out with James to much." Sara laughed, who was pulling on a pair of Jeans, a track jacket, with her tennis shoes.

Lily lead Sara out of the common room. "Lily, where are we going, I thought you meant that we find something to do in the commom room." Sara whispered, looking around and for Flich.

"Yeah, unlike the Marauders, I know Flich's schedule, and I also know that he likes to sitck with it, to catch rule breakers... aka the Marauders." Lily whispered, quickly and quietly walk down the grandsteps.

Sara took a deep breath, and followed her friend out to the grounds. Lily quickly walked to the quidditch field. When they reached the field, Lily did a cart wheel, laughed, and turned to Sara. "Lil's this is totally unlike you." Sara whispered.

"You were right, I hang out with James too much. I would have expected Sirius would have rubbed off on you." Lily laughed.

Sara rolled her eyes, and looked up at the clear sky. "The stars are really bright tonight." Sara commented.

"Yeah, the moon is huge! No need for the lumus spell!" Lily laughed, doing another cart wheel.

"Your not doing it right! Your legs are too bent!" Sara laughed.

"You do it then!" Lily laughed.

Lily and Sara were slowly walking back to the castle. Lily looked toward to the Forest, and notice something different, "Is the Womping Willow moving, or am I seeing things." Lily asked, stopping.

"No your not seeing things, I see it too. Is that normal? Maybe there is a rat bothering it or something." Sara answered.

"I don't think its a rat, or any small animal bothering it." Lily whispered, and started walking to it.

"Lil's! Lily don't go near it! You'll be sporting a nice new bruise in the morning, and have a lot of explaining to do. Now come on!" Sara hissed, looking around making sure that there were no teachers.

"I'm not going to get that close to it. Just close enough to see whats bothering it." Lily tried to assure Sara.

"You'll be the one bothering that horrible tree! Now come on!" Sara hissed, not exactly wanting to be left alone.

"Sara I'll be right back." Lily hissed, continued to walk in the Womping Willow's direction. Sara gritted her teeth, and followed, not wanting to be caught there by herself. They walked, the Womping Willow thrashing at something dark on the ground. "Oh my, its a dog!" Lily whispered.

She and Sara watched as the dog dodged the willows branches, barking and biting at the branches every now and then. "what should we do? We can't let it just fend for itself." Sara whispered.

"Well we can't exactly bring it to the school." Lily snapped back, she said this alittle too loudly, and the dog heard her. When it saw Sara and Lily, it started to bark madly.

"Its going to wake up the whole school! We have to go, NOW!" Sara hissed, dragging Lily. But when Sara moved, that seemed to trigger the Willows attention to Lily and her. One of its branches thrashed in Sara's direction and stricked her in the stomack, throwing her in the air. Sara landed on the other side of the Willow, gasping for breath.

"SARA! OH MY! Are you ok?" Lily screamed.

Sara lifted her head, and the dog came to her side, she smiled. She winced in pain, closing her eyes, and when she opened them, instead of seeing the dog, she saw Sirius. "What the-" She started but stopped, when she heard Lily scream. She looked at where Lily was, and saw that Lily was holding on a branch for dear life, as it thrashed, violently go in the air, and rushed to the ground. She screamed louder. "Lily hold on!" Sara screamed, looking around, trying to think up a plan, but when she tried to get up, an urge of pain went through her body. She collasped back down. "I'm going to kill Lily after this is over, and I know she's ok." Sara hissed, forgeting that Sirius was there.

"Not if I'm going to kill you first, what are you doing out here. You got yourself hurt!" Sirius snapped, helping Sara up.

"I should ask you the same thing!" Sara snapped.

Lily was thrown off the branch and landed a few feet away from Sirius and Sara. She got up, and rushed to Sara's side. "Oh Sara! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean for you to get hurt. I'm never going to fogive myself!" Lily whispered, checking every inch of Sara's body, for anything out of place.

"Lily I'm fine, slightly sore!" Sara snapped

"You still haven't answered my question. What in Merlins name are you doing out here?" Sirius yelled.

Lily turned to Sirius, furious. "Why are you yelling at her? You do this all the time. And whats worst your an unregistered animagus?" Lily yelled back.

Sirius was taken back for a moment, but was about to say something, when James rushed out of the forest and yelled. "Sirius what are you doing? Remus is getting worst I need your help!" James yelled, and transformed to stag, which made Lily's eyes grow wider.

Sirius turned to Sara and Lily, "You stay here!" He hissed and rushed back to the forest, while transforming in a dog.

"Really makes me wonder what they haven't told us, and why." Sara whispered.

"This isn't really a time to make a joke. Are you able to walk. Because if theres something wrong with Remus, I want to help. He's our friend also." Lily hissed.

"Yeah I can walk." Sara answered, following Lily in the forest. They quietly followed dog, and stag prints, until they couldn't see them no more. Then they heard voices. Lily and Sara listened.

"This is 3rd time in a row, James! Stop defending Peter, when you know that what he is doing." Sirius hissed.

"Yeah I know, but caught him some slack. His grades are slipping, and his father has been nagging him to be as great as his older brother." James whispered.

"Yeah, Yeah I know! But there is such a thing as a back bone when it comes to family!" Sirius muttered, "Wheres Remus?" Sirius asked, sitting on a log.

"he's over there! Or he was!" James answered Jumping up, and looking around.

"We have to find him!" Sirius snapped.

"Why? I mean where could he go! Theres no one out, and the night is almost over." James answered, still looking around.

"Cause Sara and Lily are by the Womping Willow! And if Remus is anywhere near there, we won't be able to save them." Sirius hissed.

"What? How... did they follow us?" James yelled.

"Maybe we should go back, I think we'll just ask Remus tomorrow whats up with him!" Sara whispered.

"Yeah I think your right." Lily whispered back, turning around stopping dead in her tracks. Sara ran into Lily, then looking up and saw what made Lily stopped. Both Sara and Lily were starring straight back at a huge werewolf. Sara and Lily both slowly backed away from where they were standing. The werewolf walked forward at the same pace they were. It started to growl, and show its teeth.

"Lily, do you have any bright ideas, or how about some silver?" Sara whispered.

Lily didn't respond. The werewolf raised it's paw, ready to strike. Sara and Lily both screamed, running as fast as they could away from where they were. The Werewolf right on their tracks. Sara, looked behind her, and then accidently ran into something solid. She looked up to see Sirius' very livid face. "I thought I told you to stay by the Womping Willow?" He hissed.

"Its not my fault! Lily wanted to see if Remus was alright, and I didn't want her to go alone in the forest, and I certainly didn't want to stand alone by that tree by myself!" Sara answered, looking around for the werewolf, seeing that James had a hold of Lily, he was equally has angry has Sirius.

"There was a perfectly good reason why I wanted you to stay there!" Sirius hissed.

"Well maybe you should explain to me your reason, then maybe I would have listen." Sara hissed, wanting to get out of Sirius' grip.

"Sirius, the sun is rising!" James yelled.

"James Harry Potter! Let go of me!" Lily screamed.

Sara watched, in shock, as the werewolf that was chasing them earlier, was now transforming back to its human form. They watched, Lily and Sara flinched, the werewolf howl in pain, as it changed. What seemed like forever, the werewolf came back to its human form, and when Sara and Lily saw who it was, they gasped in shock. Lily finally removed herself from James' grasp, and whispered, "Remus?" and the werewolf looked at Lily, with sadness in his eyes.

Lily some how founf herself in her own bed. The recent events keep reoccuring in her mind. James and Sirius are unregesture animagus', Remus is a werewolf? she kept thinking.

"Lily, did that really happen." Lily heard Sara whispered.

Lily went straight into the library, knowing what she was looking for was in there. She looked around, and inbetween the shelves and couldn't find him. She stormed out of there, frustrated. She went into the common room, and spotted Sirius. Stormed up to him, grabbed his collor of his shirt, and slammed him against the wall, "Where is he?" She hissed at Sirius' very shocked face.

"Who James? He's in the great hall, pigging out." Sirius stammered.

"No not James, right now I could care less where he is. I want to know where Remus is." Lily hissed, giving Sirius a shake.

"He's in the Owlery! Where do you think he'll be? I wouldn't go up there right now, he's bit depressed." Sirius muttered.

Lily let go of Sirius, who rubbed his neck grumbling, and left the common room with out another word.

Lily stormed into the Owlery, "Remus, I know your in here, and you can't avoid me forever!" Lily yelled.

"could you for once, leave me alone!" she heard Remus muttered.

She followed where she expected she heard the voice. "You know me better than that to know that once I set my mind to it, I can't leave anyone alone! Can't we talk, friend to friend." Lily whispered, sweetly.

"You mean Friend to Werewolf." Remus spat.

Lily continued on her path, "Come on Remus, you should give yourself more credit than that! Your the sweetest guy at this school." Lily whispered.

"Lily why are you talking to me? Shouldn't you being calling me names."Remus hissed.

This made Lily even more irritated and angry, "Remus Lupin, you definitly know me better than that! I don't drop my friends because of who they are! You would think that I would understand more than other people, being a mudblood an all!" Lily hissed.

"This is different!" Remus whispered, feeling a bit guilty.

"How? How is it different?" Lily hissed.

Remus finally to show himself, he crossed the distance between him and Lily, "You don't get do you. I can hurt people! Something that I regret each and everyday! I could have hurt you and Sara last night. If James and Sirius wasn't there, who knows what could have happened." Remus yelled. But Lily didn't back down.

"I know that Remus! What disappoints me Remus is that you didn't trust me enough to tell me. If I would have known, I wouldn't have gone out that night." Lily yelled back.

"I'm sorry, I don't what I would have if I hurt you." Remus muttered.

"But you didn't. Kind of lucky that I love to run!" Lily laughed.

Remus glarred at Lily. "Come on you need something to eat. You are as pale as a ghost!" Lily stated, dragging Remus out of the Owlery.

Lily, completly tired from the day events fell into a chair in the Gryffindor common room. She did 2 NEWTs tests today, tried to convince Remus that he can trust Laura, his girlfriend to understand that he's a werewolf and gave 3 Slytherine detention for trying to create a prank outside the Gryffindor common room. James entered the common room, just as Lily got comfortable, and rushed over to Lily. "Lil's? What are you doing? Shouldn't you be getting ready for the date I have planned for tonight?" James asked, lifting Lily up, sat down, and placed her on his lap having her head rest on his shoulder.

"What date?" Lily asked, trying to remember.

James felt a bit down, but didn't show it, "The date I asked you to do tonight, this morning. You said sure. Please don't say that you don't remember."

"Oh James, I'm sorry. But I'm terribly tired. Its beeb a very long day. Can I do a IOU?" Lily whinnied.

"No, you certainly cannot." James answered, "Come on... get your pretty little self up to your dormitory, get into something that will make me drool, and lets go... I have everything set up." James whispered in her ear, lifting her up, and led her to the stairs that led straight to her dormitory.

"But-" Lily started.

"-Not buts! IF's or And's either. Now go!" James hissed, pushing her forward.

Lily grumpled and went up to her dormitory. She found Sara there, as giddy as ever. She turned and saw Lily, and nearly screaked with excitement. She started to sing, "I know something you don't know! Doo Daa Doo Daa! I know something you don't know!"

Lily glarred at Sara, "Do I want to know?" She asked.

"Well its a juicy little secret, that Sirius told me. But I swore I wouldn't tell you." Sara answered, skipping around the room.

"Did he use the Unbreakable Vow?" Lily asked, getting out her trunk.

Sara stopped skipping, "No."

"Then you can tell me." Lily stated, simply, looking through her clothes.

"But I swore! But can I pick out your outfit. Actually I already have one in mind. Its the one you tried on, but I bought it cause I thought it look wonderfull on you. And this is the perfect event to wear it too... and so I'm forcing you to wear it." Sara said, digging through Lily's clothes, pulled out what she was looking for and showed it too Lily.

"NO!" Lily instintly said.

"YES! With my green strap up heels." Sara countered.

"But-" Lily started, but stopped when Sara gave her a dangerless look.

James was waiting in the common room, dress in a nice shirt and his black slacks. He checked his watch, hoping that Lily would show up soon. He had his invisibility cloak at hand. "Come on Lily!" He thought aloud.

"I coming I coming." Lily hissed, slowly walking down the stairs, wearing the dress Sara forced her to wear. It had no sleeves and no back. Two ribbons holding the dress up, and tied in the back of her neck, long strings dangling down her back. It fit her perfectly, showing off her natural curves. The skirt was soft and flowy, showing the right amount of leg. Her hair was all down, her bangs covered her eyes giving her a mysterious look. Sara curled her hair in coils, and added something to make it shinny and show off Lily's natural highlights. "So James, is this what you meant when you said 'to wear something to make you drool?" Lily asked.

***Hey people, I really do apologize that I haven't posted in a long time, but you guys did ask for a long post, so I wanted to do you justice! Anywayz... we pick up where James is drooling all over the floor... LOL***

James looked Lily up and down, trying to think of something to say, "Ah... um.... ah... WOW!" James muttered.

His lost of words caused Lily to giggle she walked over to James and pecked him the cheek. "Now are you going to tell me what you had in mind? Sara was practically bursting with joy, and singing that she knew what I didn't... which is really rare." Lily added.

James looked at Lily, "Did she tell you anything, cause your best mate or not she's dead." James stated, gaining his voice back.

Lily giggle even more, and eyed the invisibility cloak, and cocked an eyebrow, "Can I atleast guess."

"No." James answered simply, unfolding the cloak, and covered both of them with it.

"Please tell me what we are doing... I have a right to know, its our first date since we got back together." Lily whispered, as they walked out of the protiet hole. James looked around, to check if Filch was anywhere near them, and led Lily down a corridor.

"Thats the reason why I'm not telling you a word about it. This is a surprise and its going to stay that way! Now be quiet before you get us caught." James whispered back.

"So says the Marauder." Lily hissed back, her last comment... for now.

They walked down different corridors, a way that Lily didn't exactly reconized. Then the stood infront of a door that just appreared, "We're at the Room of Reguirement? But we went a way that I don't reconize, how is that?" Lily asked, facing James.

James smirked, and stated, "I solumnly swear I'm up to no good." Leaving Lily in utter bewilderment, as he lead her to the table

James made Lily sit in a well cushioned chair, scooting her her. He quickly walked to the other side of the table, with his wand lighting th candle. Lily cocked an eyebrow to James, "You did this for me?" She asked.

"Yes, who else?" James joked.

An instant aroma filled the room, as Lily's favorite food filled there air. Flank steak, a green salad, and a large baked potatoe, appeared on the plate infront of Lily and James. "How did you-" Lily started.

"The room is smart." James smirked, started to eat his.

"Atleast you answered truthfully." Lily laughed, and dug into her juicy steak.

They quickly finished their meals. Lily couldn't stop laughing when James started mimic Vernon.

James got up and held out his hand, "Can I have this dance?" James asked.

Lily looked up at James, "There's no music." But as soon as she said that, a Harp appeared in the corner of the room, and started to play a slow song.

Lily smiled, and allowed James to lead her to the center of the room, pulling her close and swaying to the music. "Thank you James." Lily whispered in his ear.

"Your Welcome. Nothing but the best for my girl!" James answered.

Lily laughed, "Do you know how cliche that sounds?" Lily asked.

"Come on! You got to let me have my moments." James laughed.

Lily laughed, and held James closer, who tighted his grip around Lily, and they slowly swayed to the music

Sara was sitting on her bed, flipping through a magazine, rather bored. Alice snuck off somewhere with Frank, and Laura was hanging out with Remus, in the common room. Sara sighed, increasing her boredom. A light tap on the door. Sara got up, and shuffled her slippered feet across the floor, and answered the door. She found no one, put a note on the floor. She picked it up and found it was addressed to her. It read:

Sara,

Follow the doggy footprints!

Sara looked on the floor, and found a line of Dog footprints that lead to the boys dormitory. She looked at the note, and then decided to follow its directions. She patted down her hair, and followed slowly the dog footprints.

She knocked on the door where the footprints ended, "It's open." Someone said.

Sara entered, looking in slowly seeing that Sirius was the only one in the room. She entered, and shut the door behind her. She walked over to Sirius bed, where he scooted over so she could have room, and layed down next to him. She layed her head on his chest, and he wrapped his arm around her back, and pulled her close. "Were you bored?" Sirius asked.

"Very." Sara laughed.

"So I saved you just in time, then." Sirius laughed.

"Yes! Your my hero!" Sara said mockingly, "Can I ask you something?"

"sure."

"Why didn't you tell me that you were an animagus?" Sara asked.

"Because if I told you that I was one, then I would have to explain why, and Remus wasn't ready to tell you guys who he was, yet." Sirius explained.

Sara nodded, "Being to Loyal friend you are, like a puppy dog." Sara remarked. Sirius laughed.

"Yeah something like that."

"Is that why Remus asked Laura to hang out with him tonight? Is he going to tell her?" Sara asked.

"He was thinking about it. He's not sure though." Sirius answered.

"Laura will understand. She always thought Werewolves were misunderstood creatures." Sara laughed.

"Lets hope so!" Sirius commented.

"Yeah, another question. Why a dog?" Sara asked.

Sirius laughed, repositioned himself, and started to kiss Sara, who sighed, wrapping her arms around his neck.

James stopped dancing abruptly, Lily looked up at James. "Whats wrong?" She asked.

"Ah, we have to go." He muttered, grabbing the invisibilty cloak.

"What? But I was having such a good time!" Lily whispered, she was really confused.

"Yeah we have to go, unless you want to spend the next two weeks in detention." James muttered, throwing the cloak over both Lily and himself. James lead Lily out of the room, and down the corridor. They stopped to listen. They heard voices.

"Sirverus, where have u been? I have been waiting for over a half an hour!" A cold voice hissed.

"Sorry, it was hard to get away. Many teachers are roaming the corridors and classrooms tonight." Snape hissed.

Lily looked at James, who signaled for her not to make any noise, as they tried to get away from the two people talking without being noticed. At this particular moment, Lily wished she didn't allow Sara to convince her to wear heels. "That be as it were, I thought we taught you better than that! A couple brainless teachers are not a problem." The cold voice hissed once more.

James and Lily were able to escape unnoticed, and were walking as fast as they could back to the gryffindor common room. When they were safely back inside, they were able to catch their breathes. "Who do you think it was who was talking to Snape?" Lily asked.

"I don't know, and as of this moment don't care." James muttered.

Lily smiled, "Goodnight James, thanks for the wonderful evening." Lily whispered, kissing James on the cheek. James watched as Lily walked up to her dormitory.

James went into his dormitory, seeing that Sirius and Sara were sleeping. The floor creaked as he walked, waking up Sara. She looked over at James, adn yawned. She tried to get herself away from Sirius' grasp, but he pulled her closer, causing her to go into a fit of giggles. "Sirius I have to go, Prongs is here to keep you company!" Sara whispered

Sirius opened one eye, and loosen his grip on Sara, to where she could wiggle out of. She walked carefully out of the room, said goodbye to both James and Sirius. She closed the door behind her. James fell on his bed, and gave a happy sigh. Sirius turned on his side, "Have a good night?" he asked.

"Yeah pretty good, 'till Snivilious showed up." James muttered.

"What happened?" Sirius asked, sitting up full attention.

"We were in the Room of Requirement, and was having a pretty good time. Well until Snivilious showed up on the map, and was about to enter the Room. So we had to make the date short, and not get caught by Snivilious or his little play date." James muttered.

"Sounds like snivilious! My night was pretty good, thanks for asking." Sirius laughed.

James laughed along with him, "Yeah sorry mate. I could tell you had a pretty night." James added.

Sirius laughed harder. Remus now entered the room, looking rather happy. "Whats with you?" Sirius and James asked in unison.

Remus looked at his friends, and just smirked, not answering there question. James and Sirius looked at each other, both cocking one eyebrow. But decided not to badger Remus until the morning.

"Ok, you have to tell me everything that happened tonight!" Sara squeeled as she entered, her dormitory, finding Lily changing into her pajamas.

"What? Where have you been?" Lily asked.

"Don't change the subject now answer my question." Sara hissed, avoiding Lily's question.

"I'll answer your if you'll answer mine." Lily said, mocking Alice slightly.

Sara scowled, "But I asked first!" She hissed.

"Beggers are not choosers." Lily commented, giddly.

Sara sat down on her bed, "I was with Sirius, in his dormitory. thats where I was... now spill." Sara answered.

Lily cocked an eyebrow, and looked at her friend. Sara saw what Lily's look asked, and raised her arms up like she was innocent. "It was nothing like that! Jeez you have a wild imagination." Sara squeeked.

Lily smiled, "I'm sure if you were to do what I thought you did. I know that you would have told me about it." Lily commented.

Sara blushed, "Yeah, of course." she whispered.

"Ok... I guess you have waited long enough. James took me to the Room of Reguirement, and had my favorite meal, and we danced and then we had to leave abruptly because we didn't need to be caught outside our dormitories after curfew by Snape." Lily stated.

"Snape? That evil little git... I bet he was there to catch you guys... it is something he would do." Sara hissed, acting angry for Lily.

"Yeah, it would have been something he would do, but I don't think that was his reason for being there today." Lily commented, "He was meeting someone else."

"Does he have a girlfriend? Because I sincerely feel sorry for whoever that girl might be." Sara laughed.

"Your so mean!" Lily laughed.

***Hey everbody! I know I haven't posted in forever... its becoming a bad habit... But I wanted you guys to have a really good post, and I have been having major writers block... so please excuse the delay and here is the New Post***

Lily was sitting in the courtyard, when Sara came over and sat down next to her. "What do you when your boyfriend isn't all that faithfull as you?" She asked, she looked like she hasn't gotten sleep for days.


Lily looked at her friend, not knowing what to do, "I'm sorry Sara, I don't know. You should know that Sirius doesn't take to commitment all that well." Lily stated.

"Well I know that. What I don't understand is why I'm feeling this way? I could have any guy I want, but guy I want doesn't seem to want me in the same way." Sara whispered.

"He wants you." Lily started, and then stopped, "Well come on, think. What would you tell me to do in this sort of situation?" Lily asked.

Sara thought for a minute, and shrugged. "I would have told you to get a total makeover and make the guy want you." Sara commented simply. Lily cocked an eyebrow, until Sara got what she meant. "OH! But I can't do a total makeover, because we can't go shopping until the end of the month and I can't wait that long." Sara stated.

"Well guess who got premission from Professor Dumbledore to be able to go home for the weekend." Lily said with mischiefous grin on her face that could match James'.

"You do? Why?" Sara asked.

"Petunia is getting married this summer to that Sherman, Truman whatever his name is, right after I get back from Hogwarts for the last time... and I need to be fitted into my Maid of Honor outfit. Mum's Forcing Petunia to have me as Maid of Honor. I'm sure I can bring a friend, to go shopping." Lily commented.

"Really?" Sara asked.

"Yes, I think we can pull it off. A new haircut would nice. Mum's thinking about getting me some natural highlights. Personally I think you should go with a shorter hair. Plus next week, we 7th years get to wear casual clothes as long as their appropierate." Lily commented.

"You think I'll look better with shorter hair?" Sara asked, now fiddling with her hair.

"Not too short, but I think my mother's hairstylist can give you something wonderful.

Alice and Laura came walking over. "Hello ladies! Can't wait for next week!" Alice commented.

"Personally-" Sara started looking at Lily.

"-We can't wait till the weekend." Lily finished.

Alice and Laura looked at each other, and shrugged their shoulders.

Lily was practically running back to her dormitory from the Headmaster's office. She was excited to tell Sara that Dumbledore agreed to their little plan. As she turned to corner she ran right into James. "OW! Oh I'm sorry." Lily laughed, as she picked herself off the ground.

"It's ok, I was wishing that I would find you, and than I got what I wanted but I was also knocked to the ground." James commented.

"Always be careful for what you wish for." Lily joked, "Was there any reason why you were wishing for me?" Lily asked.

"Ah yeah. I want to talk to you about this weekend. I was thinking that we-" James started and then stopped when he saw Lily's face, "Whats wrong?" He asked.

"Ah, this weekend I'm kind of busy. I'm going home, to be fitted for my Maid of Honor's dress." Lily commented.

"The whole weekend? Can't you send for your measurments?" James whinned.

"I already did that. They have to see the dress on me for the can make adjustments before Petunia's big day." Lily whispered.

"Can't they do that when you get back from Hogwarts?" James asked.

"No because the wedding is the day after and that's not enough time to adjust it, and make to the wedding. Petunia doesn't want to postpone it anylonger." Lily added.

James cursed under his breath. "I'm sure that what you want to do this weekend can wait till I get back." Lily commented, leaned forward and kissed James on the cheek, and headed towards the common room.

James watched her go, pulling out a ring box, looking sad. "But I wanted to ask you something." He muttered, putting the ring box back in his pocket.

It was Saturday morning, and Sara and Lily arrived at Lily's house. Lily's mother answered the door, beaming. "Oh I'm so glad that you were able to come home. Please both of you put your things away, and we can head out." Mrs. Evans commented.

Lily nodded, and lead Sara upstairs to their rooms. Lily placed her suitcase on her bed, and meet both her mother and Sara at the door. "Ready?" Mrs. Evans asked, and Lily nodded.

They headed out the door, and entered the car. "Now Lily your very lucky that Petunia didn't have her way with your dress... The thing she picked out looked hidious! It was like the 50's threw it up. All that lace, and the ugly skirt!" Mrs. Evans commented as she pulled out of the driveway.

Sara giggled as she was imagining what the dress looked like. Lily rolled her eyes at her friend.

They were soon at the Bride's shop. The owner came out, happily to greet them. "Oh Mrs. Evans why your younger daughter is lovely, spitting image of you. I do love the color of her eyes and hair. The color for her dress would make her look outstanding! Well not in a way to outshine the bride to be, though." the owner declared cheerfully. "Oh and who's this?" she asked.

"Ah this is Lily's friend and schoolmate, Sara. After we're done here. I'm taking the girls shopping and to the salon. Seems that Sara here has a boy to rope in." Mrs. Evans commented.

"Really? And she hasn't boy over yet. She's beautiful... he must be blind." The owner commented.

Lily and Sara looked at each other, "You haven't seen the boy!" They said in unison.

The owner smirked at their joke, "Would miss Sara be attending the wedding?" She asked.

"Ah if it's alright with her father. But yes." Mrs. Evans commented.

"And hopefully the boy?" The owner asked.

Sara and Lily giggled. "If Petunia won't mind." Lily commented.

The owner nodded, "Now come along with me, I have your dress in the back." She commented, leading Lily to the back of the store.

Mrs. Evans and Sara sat down, and waited. Lily was soon out of the dressing room, where a pale green dress. "It fits fine. But I think we should make the hem a bit smaller, have the skirt more flowy, and tighten the bodice so it's more form fitting like the others." The owner commented.

"Yeah I agree. But it looks wonderful on her though, don't you think Sara?" Mrs. Evans added.

Sara nodded, "To bad you can't wear that to no uniform week." She laughed. "James wouldn't know what hit him!"

"James?" The owner asked.

"My boyfriend." Lily answered.

"Ah, so I'll be helping with another wedding soon?" The owner asked, causing Lily to blush.

"We can only hope!" Sara giggled, earning a glare from Lily.

They were now done with Lily's dress, and they headed to the salon which was across the street. "Ah Mrs. Evans it's so wonderful to see you again! Also Beautifull Lily! Ah I see you brought me another customer!" Mrs. Evans Hairstylist commented.

"Yes Raul! This is Sara, one of Lily's classmates! They're getting their hair done today. We were thinking of cutting Sara's hair a little bit. Styling it a bit. And Some subtle hightlights for Lily, and she needs a trim." Mrs. Evans stated.

Raul nodded, inspecting Sara. "I was wondering if you could give her a different look. Something that would make her different but in a good way." Lily commented.

"I see what you mean about cutting. About shoulder length, and have it layered a bit, shaping it around her face. And give her some subtle highlights too, to bring out her beautifull color." Raul commented.

Mrs. Evans nodded, and sat down allowing Raul to do his work.

"I can't believe that you did this Sara, you look wonderfull!" Alice declared

"Has Sirius seen this yet?" Laura asked.

"No! He'll see it tomorrow with the rest of the school. Now I really need to figure out which of these outfits to wear tomorrow." Sara commented.

Lily and Sara had returned Sunday night. Alice and Laura were the first to see Sara's new look. "Didn't my mum's hairstylist do good?" Lily laughed.

"Yes! No doubt. You're going to have Sirius and anyother guy drowling! Well except for James, Frank and Remus." Alice laughed.

"If they know whats good for them." Laura added.

"Sara where this one." Lily stated, holding up an outfit.

"Has anyone seen Lily this morning?" James asked, looking around the Great Hall. He knew that Lily was suppose to return last night. Remus, Sirius, and Peter shrugged their shoulders.

"Don't worry about it. They're probably still wondering what their going to wear, since thankfully we don't have to wear our uniforms." Sirius answered.

Laura and Alice sat down, looking like their about to burst. Before James could ask, "Lily and Sara wants you guys to meet them in the the Entrance way." Laura blurted out.

"Why?" Sirius and James asked in unison.

"Who knows! Maybe they want to make a grand entrance. Don't question us, just do it." Alice commented, casually.

James, and Sirius looked at each other. Laura and Alice got up and started to leave, when Laura turned around, "Are you guys coming or what?" She asked.

They shrugged. Remus, Peter, James and Sirius followed them to the entrance way. "Are you going to tell me, atleast, why Lily and Sara wants us to meet them in the entrance way?" Remus whispered to Laura.

"You'll find soon." Laura answered.

They did find out soon, because they saw Lily and Sara walking down the staircase. James and Sirius's mouthes fell open. Lily and Sara looked wonderfull. They were basically wearing the same outfit. Each looking great on them. Sara was wearing her jean jacket. Under that she wore a sappire blue satin tank. It was low cut, and a same color ribbon tied into a tiny bow was just under her breasts. The skirt she was wearing was long enough so no teachers can make her change, but short enough to catch any guys eyes. It was black, with small embroidered flowers scattered everywhere. The boots she was wearing came halfway up her thigh, and were laced up with blue ribbon. Her hair was straight, and hung just past her shoulders. Her bangs hung over her eyes where she could see, but still gave her a mysterious look. Her hair was layered, and shapered to fit her face. Her hair was no longer platnium blonde, but it had highlights of different blondes. Sirius was shocked and pleased to see this new Sara.

Lily was were about the same thing. She jean jacket was a little darker than Sara's. Instead of Blue, Lily wore emerald green. Also she was wear her Grandmother's cross neclace. Her hair was the same length, curled and bouncy. You couldn't tell from a distance that her hair was highlighted also. James looked her up and down, slightly amazed at what a weekend could do. Sara and Lily walked up to where the group was standing, and both gave James and Sirius a kiss on the cheek. "Wow, you... you look great." Sirius complimented.

"Thank you!" Sara responded.

James and Sirius weren't the only ones who really liked Lily's and Sara's change. Seemed to be that every 7th year hogwarts boy seemed to turn their heads to see them. Lily, of course, stuck to James' side, who seemed to not allow her anywhere but there. Sara was enjoying every bit of the attention. She smiled at every guy who said hi. Sirius seemed to have gotten annoyed by this. "What's wrong with you?" Sara ended up asking at lunch.

"Why are you flirting with every guy today? Your my girlfriend!" Sirius muttered.

Alice, and Laura's mouthes fell open at his comment, and Lily shook her head, and rubbed her temples. Sara looked like she was ready to choke Sirius, but all she did was collected her things and stormed out of the great hall, Sirius frowned. "Sirius you're a git!" Lily hissed.

"How am I a git." Sirius snapped back.

Lily look straight at Sirius, "Because Alice, Laura and I have had to spend the last few weeks dealing with Sara crying over you. Know why because you are the worst boyfriend. You don't even comprehend what you're doing to her." Lily answered with a very calm voice.

Sirius glared at Lily, "Me? What did I do?" Sirius asked.

"What did you do? Alice, Lily he's asking what he did." Laura laughed.

"What did he do?" Peter asked, now confused.

"What he did Peter, was he has been treating Sara rudely. He flirts other girls, causing Sara feel horrible, and what he doesn't realise he slowly losing a great girl." Alice answered.

"What?" Sirius now concerned

"Oh, you didn't realize, this whole makeover with Sara was to get you to realize what you actually have. Sara doesn't want some casual dating game, she wants to have a guy want to actually be a full Commited relationship. Sara is only give you a dose of your own medicine." Lily finished.

Sirius groaned, ran his hand through his hair. "What do you want me to do?" He asked.

"Go talk to her." Alice, Lily, and Laura said in unison.

***Hey I really feel bad about the last post... it was kind of sad... I know it was horrible... hopefully this post will make up for that horrible thing called a post!***

The 7th years were excited, because tonight was the 7th year dance. This is their official graduation. The whole night was dedicated to them. Lily was practically giddy because she had a special dress made for the event. Her friends were equally excited. "I can't believe that our 7 years at hogwarts are almost over. Now we're going to go out seperate ways in life. I know I'm going to cry tonight." Alice commented.

"What about the ride home! Thats going to be the worst." Laura added.

"Well for some of us atleast." Sara looked directly at Lily. Alice and Laura burst into a fit of giggles.

Lily looked up from the book she was reading, "Whats wrong with you guys?" She asked.

"Nothing!" Alice, Sara, and Laura said in unison.

Lily looked at her friend curiously. She closed her book and stood up. "I know you three know something that I don't, and you know that I'm going to find out sooner or later." She commented, and walked out of their dormitory.

Alice smiled, "Well yeah she'll know by tomorrow on the train home, when James askes her to marry him." She laughed.

"Yeah. At the very compartment they meet." Laura added.

"Well... the very first compartment that they had their first arguement in." Sara laughed, and the others joined her.

"James are you ready?" Sirius asked.

"Yeah, yeah." James whispered.

"Man she's going to say yes. So you shouldn't spend this whole wonderful night worring about it!" Sirius stated.

"Yeah I know... but I was thinking-" James started.

"-What did I tell you about thinking to much, all that leads to is you changing your mind." Sirius laughed.

James gave off a fake laugh, "yeah, yeah. But I was thinking about asking her tonight." James whispered, pulling out the ring box he has been carring around for the past month.

"Do whatever you think it's right. But promise me this, you are going to ask her. Because I don't want to have you sitting on my future couch whinning about that you should of asked her." Sirius muttered.

James laughed, "If anything it would be my couch I would be whinning on." James joked.

James, Remus, Sirius, and Peter, along with Frank were waiting for their dates, at the door of the Great hall. James was the most anxcious of them all. When he spotted Lily, he practically melted in the spot he was standing in. She was wearing a emerald green dress that fit her perfectly, it was haltered, and had emeralds scattered around the bodice. The skirt to flowy satin, which stopped just past her knees. She had her hair loosely binned up, where many curly strawberry blonde ringlettes fell loosely around her shoulders.

She and the others stopped infront of their dates. "Ready?" Lily asked

"ah yeah. You?" James held out his arm, when Lily took it, he lead her into the Great Hall. The others followed.

The Great Hall was decorated with each house colors. It had fireworks litting up the ceiling, and causing the students to gawk. Infront of the Great Hall, was rows of seats set up. "I think we're suppose to sit there, in the beginning." Lily commented.

"I thought this was suppose to be a dance." Sara commented.

They all laughed, "It's suppose to be a ceremony where we graduate. This is the only part where the lower years get to see. When the dance starts, they leave." James explained.

"Oh, well come on before all the good seats are taken." Lily hissed, dragging poor James along.

Dumbledore came infront of the students. He raised his hands, and the whole hall went silent. He cleared his throat. "Tonight we reconize the 7th years accomplishments, and the past years they went through to get to this moment. They have gone through many assignments, challenges and hopefully not to many teachers that made their lives a little harder. They have experienced everything that past graduated students have gone through. They worked hard on their tests, and most importantly had fun learning along the years." Dumbledore announced to the whole Hall.

James looked over at Lily and saw tears in her eyes. He took her hand into his, and she smiled at him. Dumbledore continued, "As these students walk up here to recieve their documents, I wish you all give them the proper respect they deserved. Ok 7th years as I call each of your names come up her take these from my hands." He finished.

The dance begone, and the 7th years were having the time of their lives. They danced away. James pulled Lily outside. "James is everything ok? You have been acting wierd lately." She whispered, as she shivered when the wind blew.

James placed his coat on Lily, and started to pace. Lily turned at watched him, with a concerned look on her face. "Ah I just wanted to ask you something. It's been on my mind for a while now, and I was just wondering..." James started.

"Wondering what, James?" Lily whispered.

James walked over till he was directly infront of Lily, he took a deep gulp and wet his lips. Lily looked up at him with her emerald eyes, causing James to become more nervous. "Ah Lil's you know how much I love you. And we've been dating for a long time... well what I wanted to ask you is... Wilchamarryme?" He asked.

Lily laughed, "What did you say, you said it rather fast." She giggled.

James gave an uneasy smile, "I said... will... you marry me." He asked again.

Lily's eyes went wide, and her mouth fell open. She was lost for words. That became worst when James showed her the ring. "Oh... oh my." she whispered.

"Lil's I kind of need an answer." James whispered, his voice was shaking.

Lily shook herself back to reality, She smiled up at James. "Of course I will marry you!" She answered, her smile went wider.

James gave her the widest grin she had ever seen. He picked her up and gave her a passionate kiss, and spun her around.

Lily was sitting on the window seal of her dormitory. She looked out onto the Hogwarts grounds, lit by a dim cresent moon light. She was thinking of the past seven years she had spent here. Hogwarts had became her second home. A wonderful place that introduced her to who she was supposed to be. It came a place where she could hide away from the troubles of her life back home, her troubles with her sister which she really wished to resolve. She looked down at her left hand, and smiled at the ring that was placed there. Hogwarts had introduced her to James, even though she didn't really see that they were meant to be together. She cringed at the thought of how she treated James, especially in her 5th year. She felt someone place their hand on her shoulder and she turned around to see Sara's smiling face. "It's wierd don't you think?" Sara commented.

"What?" Lily asked.

"That we won't be here next year." Sara answered, her voice full of sadness.

Lily sighed, and continued to look out the window. "No more giggling, gossiping, studing for tests." Lily whispered.

"Well studing... is something that I won't miss." Sara laughed, sliding herself next to Lily.

Lily laughed silently to herself, trying to fight back the tears that were forming her eyes. She felt Sara's cold fingers run across her cheeks, whipping her tears away. "Don't cry. It's not officially goodbye. It's definitly not like we're not going to see this castle again. All our memories here are special and nonreplaceable." Sara whisper.

"This is my home, and it will always will be. It protected me from my worries and gave a warm place to sleep." Lily whispered, her voice became raspy.

"But look, as you leave here today, you'll leave with all those wonderful memories. You'll leave here and enter into the welcoming arms of James Potter your husband-to-be. And soon you'll be happily married with a little one on his or hers way. Don't be sad, be happy to face whatever comes ahead." Sara whispered, her voice too, became unsteady.

Lily looked at Sara with her watery eyes, "We'll do it together right?" She whispered.

Sara smiled, "No one will stand in my way." Her sapphire blue eyes shown with mischief. "Come on! Let's finish packing!" Lily nodded, slidding off the window seal and slowly walked to her trunk.

Lily stood in the entrance way, watching as the many Hogwarts students walk by rushing to say goodbye to their friends, and to head to the train. She smiled as many first years cried, and exchange addresses for the summer. She started to remember her first time leaving Hogwarts.

"Lil's! Wait!" Sara cried. Lily turned around and smiled at her newly made friend. "We're going to see each other over the summer, right?" Sara asked.

"Wouldn't miss it!" Lily giggled.

"Here this is where I live, and this is where I'm staying over the summer. Owl me if you can. Oh and if you stubburn sister gives you trouble, you know where to call me!" Sara said as she slipped a piece of parchment in Lily's little fingers.

"Lily! Sara!" Alice called.

Lily and Sara waved at Alice, "Write to me this summer! Promise... Oh and don't forget my birthday either!" Alice giggle, as she handed both Lily and Sara a peice of parchment...

Lily felt hands wrap around her waist, briniging her back to reality. "What are you thinking about?" James whispered into her ear.

"About the first time I left this place." Lily replied.

James chuckled, "Yeah I do remember you yelled at me and called me a arragant git!" He added.

Lily shook her head, "Well I could be wrong about one thing once in my life can't I?" Lily laughed.

"Oi! Lovebirds! Can you wait till we are back at KingsCross Station before you become all lovey dovey! PLEASE!" Sirius yelled as he walked over with his trunk, Sara closely behind.

"Oh leave them alone, their betrothed!" Sara laughed.

Lily and James laughed, "We won't be the only ones soon." James whispered in Lily's ear, eyeing Sara and Sirius who were sucking their faces off.

"You think so?" Lily laughed, picking up her trunk and headed towards the carriage. James opened the door, and allowed Lily to enter, "Wanna make a wager then?" He asked as Lily passed him.

Lily sat down, and waited for James to sit down next to her. She eyed their best friends, and sighed. "Nope." She muttered, "And you were complaining about us!" She yelled out to Sirius and Sara who broke apart.

Sara was laughing and entered the carriage slowly followed by Sirius, "She's right you know!" She commented.

Sirius rolled his eyes, as the carriage moved forward. "Well there wasn't quite a year." He commented as he looked out the window starring up at the old castle for one last time.

"It was interesting." Sara replied.

Lily smiled at her friend, "I guess I got what wanted!" Lily laughed to herself.

"But did it turn out as what you expected?" James asked, wrapping his arm around her shoulders.

Lily thought for a minute as she leaned against James. She thought back to the wager that her and her friends had made. She thought back to how she started to learn more about James. She thought back to their first date. She thought back to the winter dance. She thought back to everything that happened that year, and smiled, "No it didn't turn out to the year that I expected. It turned out to be much better. Then again it was out 7th year, Full of Posibilities!" She answered.

James smiled down at her, and rested his head on hers.

They exited off the train, and crossed the barrier to where their parents were waiting! "Lily!" Mrs. Evans yelled and waved. Lily smiled and rushed over and went into her mothers welcoming arms. James slowly walking over with his hands in his pocket. Mrs. Evans smiled at James. "Hello! How are you James?" She asked.

"Fine Mrs. Evans." James responded.

"Lily owled us, telling us your great news." Mr. Evans commented.

James was taken back for a second, then smiled. "Yeah, it's great." James commented.

"James!" A tall woman with Jet black hair waved, walking over with her husband to where Lily and her family was.

"Hey mum, dad!" James called.

Mr. and Mrs. Potter walked over. "Ah mum, dad... I would like you to meet Lily, my new fiance!" James added.

Lily smiled up at James parents, and shook their hands. "We have heard so much about! You look exactly like James discribed you!" Mrs. Potter commented.

Lily smiled, "Hopefully it was all good!" She whispered.

"Nothing but the best!" Mr. Potter replied.

"Well it's nice to meet you! I'm Lily's mother." Mrs. Evans held out her hand. Mrs. Potter shook it and smiled.

"I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other now will we! But We do have to go. We should have tea sometime. James where's Sirius, we have to go!" Mrs. Potter commented.

"He's over there with Sara and her grandmother." James answered, and pointing across the platform. Lily laughed, seeing the sight.

"The wager is still up there for the taking!" James asked.

Lily shooked her head. "Ah your still my date for petunia's wedding right?" Lily asked.

James nodded, he waved at Sirius, who gave Sara a kiss goodbye. James and Sirius waved goodbye to Lily as they followed Mr and Mrs. Potter off the station. Lily's father picked up her trunk and led the way to their car. Lily sat iin the same spot she did when she came to KingsCross. She looked out the window and smiled. She laughed to herself, "7th year, full of Posibilities!"
