I would love to be either Fred or George. They know so much about Hogwarts and Hogsmeade from the Marauders Map, and I can't think of one person (besides probably all the Slytherins) that hate them. And to top it all off they're the funniest characters in the whole book! I hope they use Harry's money wisely!!

Ginny maybe,I can identify with her to a degree (I know what it's like to have an unrequited crush)and I think she isn't as much of a ninny as she seems on first glance:I really admire her for refusing to divulge the identity of Hermione's date to the Yule Ball,and her stiff upper lip is coming along quite well too.Or maybe one of the girls on the Gryffindor Quidditch team.But I think I'm actually more like Hermione than anyone else in the story,so my book counterpart would probably be her;I'm studious,a library nut,I used to be an extreme priss and NEVER broke any rules till I was thirteen,and the strongest swear word I ever used till then was "idiot".

Much as I think of my self as Bellatrix, if it were for real I would never be able to overcome my conscience enough to be her. Bill Weasley would be cool too. (Isn't "cool" the only word Harry could think of to describe him?) I've always liked him, even though he's quite minor. I'd have to say he's my favorite of the three oldest Weasley kids. I wish we could have seen more of him and Charlie in OotP, but that's for another thread...

As a girl, I'd say Luna. She's important, but not too important. The sort of character I'd like to be. I love her poise and calmness, and her attitude towards people who think she's a loony.

I would definitely want to be Hermione. The character of Hermione is very similar to me. We both love to read, top marks in school, brown hair, good close friends, etc. When I was in school, fear of failure was my biggest fear, so I can relate to her experience with the boggart. Honestly, if Hermione was in a wheelchair than the character would just be too similar to myself.
