where would you go? What would you do? Who would you try to meet?
Let's say you could Apparate to where ever you wanted to go next, that way you wouldn't have to worry about catching the train or anything unless you wanted to.

I would go straight to Hogwart's Library. I have some burning questions and I know I could find the answers there. First book I would look at Hogwarts, A History. I think I could easily spend all six hours in the Library. If I had any time left, I would love to catch a quidditch game and maybe even a potions class.

This is the first thread I started! :o

Only 6 hours! :'( :sigh:
Ok, my choices would be:
Diagon Alley - I will visit every single shop and cafe
Hogwarts(how did you guess?;)) - I will spend the rest of my time there and then I'll borrow some extra hours (or days, or months, or... ) to explore every inch of it.:D
I can't think of any other places right now.:)

BTW, your first thread is very good :tu:

First I'd Apparate to kings cross and go through the barrier to platform 9 3/4 but i no thats thats funny because when i went to kings cross i found that to get into 9 3/4 then youd have to run through an ATM machine LOL. The n I'd apparate straight to hogwarts to Have Breakfast at the Gryffindor table next to the trio. i would make friends with them. then i would probably ask each of them who they have a crush on sepratly. then i'd beat up cho and make it look like an accident i killed her. then i would comfort harry. then i'd tell him how much i love him. then i would tell ron to get a move on and tell hermione he likes her. Then I'd ride Harrys Firebolt all over the quidditch field and pratice catching the snitch. then i'd Meet colin creevy and Ginny weasley and start the "official" HP fan club. and probably by then i'd probably have a half hour left and i'd go to Hogsmeade with the trio and buy tons of sweets from honydukes and tons of jokes from zonkos and finish it of with a butter beer at the three broom sticks and then say good bye and leave. And of course i would take a camera with me then i would all ways have it !

Hmm go shopping in Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Visit Hogwarts and then meet Oliver Wood.:smooch::p
The shopping itself could take hours though..;)

Forget Hogwarts! I'd go to Diagon Alley, buy a wand (maybe also one that doesn't fit me, so that I can breakthings more easily- my destruction wand. ) Then I'd run to Flourish and Blott's and buy as many spell books as I could. I'd run to Gringotts and meet a goblin, run to Eeylops and buy an Owl, run to Quidditch supplies and buy a Firebolt, run to wherever you can get an invisibility cloak and buy one. Then, I'd leave Diagon Alley for Hogsmeade (get there quickly on the Firebolt. I don't care if Muggles see me. It's not my problem). I'd stop at Three Broomsticks to have a butterbeer (to go, I'm not wasting any time). I'd fill up on everything from Honeyduke's and Zonko's... Anything else? I can't think of it...

i would meet voldermort and ask him why he tried to kill harry, and i would meet Harry potter, and eat Every flavored beens, and go on the train and thats about it.

Firstly, I would get a time-turner. That being done, and giving me extra time, I would probably try and get Veritaserum, and try to meet Dumbledore. He could tell me everything that I really wonder about, and then I'd go get a copy of Hogwarts, a History, and read it. I'd get a room at the Leaky Cauldron, and take a few days to visit Diagon Alley. Maybe try to find some dragons, and such.

Ooh. Sorting Hat wins, IMO. That's ingenious, the time turner. I wouldn't ask Dumbledore to divulge all the secrets about Harry Potter. Rather, I'd just ask questions about the stuff that we s=talk about here (What happens when a muggle child refuses to go to Hogwarts? etc.) Maybe that's what you mean, tSH...

Anywhere Hermione goes.:o What? I'm serious. I'd ask her to be my tour-guide, and being the dashing young man I am, she'll agree (oh, the vanity!:elaugh: ).

Anyway.
I'd like to see Hogwarts, specifically the Dark Forest and the Quidditch pitch (perhaps I can talk them into having an exhibiton game). Gryffindor Tower as well.

Then, I want a ride on the Knight Bus to Diagon Alley. I'll window shop but I won't buy anything, you never know what you buy may do, but I do think I'd buy some books. I'd pop into Knockturn Alley, just for the fun of it.

Then, Azkaban as well. That is a structure I'd love to see - dark and foreboding.

And lastly - Hogsmeade. I've got to see the joke and sweet shops, and I want to try a Butterbeer.

And that would be my trip. But I'd get Hermione to create a magical gateway so that I can go back at any time.

I like TSH's idea about the time-turner. Six hours is just not enough time to explore Harry's world. That said, I would visit Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade (I have GOT to get into Honeydukes:drool:) and I'd love to try some Butterbeer. Last I would go to Hogwarts. I'd probably spend most of my time in the library reading. I'd want to go on a feast day though. All that food sounds just sooooo good.

Go to the Ministry of Magic and steal a Time-Turner ;) .
Then go to Hogwarts Library and read all the books by using the time-turner.
Go to Gryffindor Common Room.

If you all tried to steal the time turner the ministry would get some trained hit-wizards to blow you away. lol That would stink.

August 5th, 2002, 10:38 pm
I would have to go to diagon alley and get everything I needed. Then I would head to hogwarts and explore the library for a spell to let me stay. Then after casting I would have to find harry, ron, and hermione and become friends with them. Then I would have to go to potions and make fun of snape behind his back. Finally after a big feast I would take my firebolt for a spin around the quiddich field and if im filling lucky I would challange harry to a game.:)

I'd want to hang out with Hermione for a while and with Dumbledore too, because they're awesome. Of course I'd want to meet Gilderoy Lockhard as well  He was so funny after he lost his memory.

I think that if I actually was in Harry's world I would be in so much shock that I wouldn't be able to move. But...by the off chance that I found a way to control the physical movement of my legs I would go to Diagon Alley and buy all of my stuff: wand, owl, robe, spell books... I would of chores have lots of money because if it's possible for me to be in Daigon Alley, then it's possible for me to have loads of Galleons. After I spent an hours buying my all my stuff (I am a speed shopper) I would spend the rest of my time talking to people. I would want to talk to Harry, Ron, and Hermione (Duh!) and I would also want to talk to Dumbledore and ask him why Voldemort wanted to kill harry in the first place, I would find out about Snape' past, and I would want to talk to Lupin and sirius (Because they are my favorite characters) To me the most import thing would be seeing people not places. Well...I would want to see hogwarts...and hogsmeade...and Hagrid's Hut...and Azkaban...and privite drive...and the burrow, ok I would probabl just steal Harry's invisability cloak and hide somewhere so I would never have to leave. Things are so much better in Harry's world.

I agree with what a lot of people are saying: i'd go mental at the thought im actually going to be roving in the non-Muggle world. I'd probably sit and drool and babble incoherently for 5.5 hours, then freak out so much that i didnt do anything, that i wouldnt have time do actually do anything about it.

Other than that...i think i'd get into Hogwarts, dump the sorting hat on my head and have a chat with it. I would love to be there at the beginning of term so i could hear the sining of the school song..that would be memorable, eh?

Then i would find Snape's chambers, drool over his potions books before finding a powerful love potion under his pillow. I would then dump the whole lot into a cask of Elderflower wine and sit him down and make him drink it.

If that didnt work, i would bash him over the head, prehistoric style, and drag him home with me and lock him up in my shed. ;D
And i'd nick some robes, wands etc...Oh and Harry's firebolt.
And if i had time, i'd snog Sirius, Remus and Dumbledore (just to tell everyone i'd kissed a man about 7 times my age).

Hmmm... i thinks thats about it

First, I would try to figure out a way to make it 12, not 6 hours.
Then I would go into Hogwarts and enroll (yeah I know, you're 14..but whatever..) then, walk through all the hallways and grounds.
Go to the library for about an hour and a half or so and do some "light reading"
Go with harry and the Weasley's (somehow I meet them) and play Quidditch at the Quidditch Pitch and then go to Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade to do some shopping.

August 7th, 2002, 5:51 pm
I would do something bad. I would find some way to magically alter myself so that I looked 'magical-ish' then I would act like I was trying to get back to the muggle world but I would get caught and I would look too magical for them to let me but I wouldn't be banned enough to go to Azkaban or anything. So you see, they would have to keep me in the Magical world.

Okay okay, so there's some major flaws in my idea but it could work. It's the thought that counts anyway.

Lady V
August 7th, 2002, 6:35 pm
Ha Ha Ha. There are really some good ideas here. I would love to get my hands on a time-turner.:bigtu: If I had more time I would go shopping. Lots and Lots of shopping. :wow:

If I had six hours in the wizarding world, I definitely go to Diagon Alley first.:D I'd buy myself a wand, a broomstick, some Hogwarts robes, and an owl. Then I'd apparate to Hogsmeade (since you can't apparate into Hogwarts:'( ) and stock up on candy at Honeydukes, get a whole bunch of stuff from Zonko's and send postcards to my friends from the postoffice (via owls). I'd walk to Hogwarts and meet EVERYONE (including the professors). Then for the rest of the time I'd play Quidditch with the Gryffindor team. ;D

August 8th, 2002, 10:03 pm
Ok, I'd also go get me one of those gnomes from The Burrow. That would get the neighbours talking. Then I'd possibly buy a broomstick or maybe go busk in Diagon Alley. I'd still want to find Voldemort and whoop him good

August 8th, 2002, 11:06 pm
i'd go on a shopping spree in diagon alley to buy books, wands, candy, robes, broomsticks, animals and such. then round up a bunch of students like Harry and Oliver and play the ultimate game of quittach before I had to go.

Does no one want to ride the Hogwarts Express? Perhaps not for all 6 hours, but it looks wonderful and I do love a train ride.

August 22nd, 2002, 3:42 am
I'd definitley head straight for Hogwarts. Then I would find Dumbeldore and convince him that it would be advantageous to have a liason to the muggle world and let me retain my memory of the wizard world. Then I would become the muggle member of the old crowd.

Well, let's see...I'll assume this is during the schoolyear.

-First, I'd go to Gringotts and exchange every penny I own for Galleons, Sickles and Knuts.

-Then, I'd spend an hour shopping around Diagon Alley, buying interesting things I couldn't find in any muggle shops (that model of the solar system always sounded awesome, I'd probably get that). I'd also stop by Flourish and Blotts for about fifteen minutes and buy "Hogwarts: a History", a book that discusses the events of Voldie's downfall, and a few reccomendations by the manager.

-Then, I'd pop over to Hogsmeade for an hour, and check out the shops there as well, making sure to pick up joke stuff from Zonkos, treats from Honeydukes, and a couple of bottled Butterbeers from the Three Broomsticks (as well as the recipe, if possible!)

-Then, I'd stop by Hogwarts to meet Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Dumbledore, etc. I'd ask Harry for a quick flying lesson and tour of the more interesting parts of the castle, and (if a match was going on) I'd watch some Quidditch. All this would take about three hours, I'm guessing.

-Finally, I'd spend the remaining hour just flying around. I can imagine that being the best part. :)

I think I will want to take a look around Diagon Alley .... all those magical shops ..... definitely want to get a wand of my own!!!! Then ... hogsmeade .. to get a nice cup of butterbeer ... and zoom around Zonko's joke shop .... and of course the sweet shop!!!!!!!... those sugar quills sounds really divine ... The last but not least .. HOGWARTS the greatest school of witchcraft and wizardry ... But I don't think 6 hours are enough to do all that .... just hogwarts itself ... need more than 600 hours!!!! hmm .. Dumbledore's office should be interesting ... of course .. Fawkes .. is a must see ...... ARR .. of course .. SNAPE's POTION DUNGEON!!!!!!!!! Last stop!!!!!

well, if i had six hours in Harry's world, i would first go to diagon Alley and buy myself a firebolt(how original) and a snowy owl. i would then apparate to Hogsmeade and go straight to Honeydukes and fill up my large backpack with delicious candies and chocolates and go straight ahead to the Hogwarts Library to do some reading. there i would spend 2 hours and after that i would go play quidditch with the Quidditch team.

Hmmmm, i would first borrow someones time turner, no point stealing another one. then i would head to diagon alley and go shopping for a wand and in the book store and all the other shops especially for owls. then i would go to florean fortescues for an icecream and a chat. then i would stop off at the MoM and say hi to mr weasley. then i would go on the hogwarts express which would be extra fast of course so i dont lose time and stop off at Hogsmeade. i would stock up on sweets from boneydukes, jokes from zonkos, butter beer from three broomsticks and send a letter to all my friends. then i would visit the shrieking shack. after that i would go to hogwarts. i would borrow a heap of books to read and then go for a tour into the kitchens to see dobby. of course the trio would come down as well and we would become friends. they would give me a tour and i would meet everyone. after that i would go into the forest and see aragog. just as he was about to eat me i would be taken back to this world.

What wouldn't I do? If the school train was leaving I'd hop on it and meet up with Snape. My six hours would be wasted trying to get him to talk to me.

Otherwise I'd go to Hogsmeade and make myself sick eating candy.

Flying a broomstick would be cool but five hours and 59 minutes would be spent in hospital.

Well first I'd visit Florish and Blotts and buy what ever sounds intresting to me. Then I'd go and buy an Owl and a broomstick, hopefully a Firebolt. Then I'd go to Knockturn ally to see what's lurking around, and buy anything cool (Hand of Glory  ).

Then back into Diagon Alley and buy the odd Wizarding equipment, especially a wand. Then off to Hogwarts and kidnap Hermione :crush:. Then use my intellectual and Slytherin charms on her. Then we both go off and join Voldemort and become a Death Eater   .

I'd hit Diagon Alley, and I'd look at EVERYTHING. I'd spend as much time in each shop as I possibly could with only six hours, I'd try on all sorts of robes and stuff, I'd see if Ollivander would let me test some wands, I'd eat all sorts of wizard ice cream, I'd try butter beer at the Leaky Cauldron, I'd haunt Flourish and Blotts for a while... you know. All that good stuff.

I would stealthily acquire a time-turner (i.e. steal) so that anything I didn't get to do in the first six hours, I can do when I redo the past six hours.

And, then, anything I didn't get to do during the re-doing of the past six hours I would do when I re-redo the past six hours.

And so on.
And so on.

But it would take a lot of planning so that I only hit up one place at a time so as to prevent myself from seeing myself. THAT would be confusing. ;D

Let's see...six hours....
Well first I'd go to Diagon Alley - shopping spree baby! :D
Then I'd head off to Hogwarts for lunch, cruise around and hit the highlights (like the Griffindor Common Room) and hopefully catch a Quidditch match. Of course sometime during the day I'd like to meet Harry, Ron, and Hermione. I'd also like to meet Dumbledore and Hagrid. :) Then I would "accidently" get lost and not find my way back so I had to stay there forever. Darn it anyway! ;)

Tour Hogwarts for awhile, then watch the final match between Slytherin and Gryiffindor (from PoA), and then try and break into Honeydukes for the rest of the time period.

Not very exciting, but I would be driven mad with it.

I was sure I'd posted here before. . .

I'd meander around Diagon Alley, buy Hogwarts, A History, eat ice-cream at Florean Fortesque's, and look in random shops. Then I'd go to Hogwarts to see DDore's office, the Common Rooms, and the Library. I'd spend a few hours at Hogsmeade and use whatever remaining time I had to take a ride in the Flying Car.

First of all, I'd get a ready made polyjuice potion, then some of hermione's hair and then...

Turn every girl in Hogwarts into a hermione look alike and confuse Harry and Ron. :p

This is a very gd thread! 6 hours??!! Aaww...can i have at least the whole day??! Oh please! Oh please please with vanilla ice-cream with chocolate sauce on top??!! Okay this pleading will probably work on Daniel....ah well....

I would go to Diagon Alley and get loads of money from Gringotts to buy some wizard stuff. Wands, books, robes(souvenir), maybe a broomstick...whatever that will catch my eye that day. Then i'll rush to platform 9 3/4 to take the train that would take me to Hogwarts. Then i will meet the students there esp Harry, Ron, Hermione, Oliver, Cho, Fred and George, Neville and of course, the marvelous teachers. Hopefully i have time to have a mini tour of Hogwarts led by the cool threesome and maybe Fred and George to find out the secret passages! If i still have time...i will rush down to Hogmeade and buy stuff from Honeydukes as a souvenir, with the accompany from the threesome! And then we'll chill at the Three Broomsticks, have some butterbeer before i go. Hopefully i'll meet Sirius too!

Of course, i will bring my camera along. ;) I would DIE if i actually forgot to bring my camera...

I didnt want to cheat and get a time-turner, but there is so much that I have to do that I will need it!

Firstly got to go to Diagon Alley and shop!!! I need a wand, robes, books, an owl, food, ice-cream oh and money too! As soon as I was done there I would apparate to Hogsmede and make my way to Hogwarts. I want to be there for a feast, maybe the opening. Sit at the Gryfindor table and pick Harry's brain a bit and ask him why the hell doesn't he ask more questions about his parents!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I want to try on the Sorting Hat and find out where he thinks I belong. Then I have to try Quidditch! I was made for a keeper I was. I'll use Harry's firebolt and belt around the pitch for a bit and get some of the others to take shots on me.

Next it would be off down to Hagrids for a cup of tea and a few rock cakes. Then I think me and Hermione could hang out for awhile in the library, where I could easily spend a few years! I think that just about covers it all

Although i would like to say i would do something really profound. Perhaps study the secrets of the castle, talk to Dumbledore or consult the numerous other Professors on magic. Or even learn more about the wizarding world, learn about the wizarding greats.

I would most honestly use my time to grab a broomstick and some people and enjoy a game of Quidditch. Just to fly through the air and play such an excillerating sport. If i had any time left i would just spend it learning. Walking through the castle talking to ghost, reading in the Library, finding out everything i could about magic.

I'd first go to Diagon Alley, buy all teh wizarding equipment such as a wand and all that, an invisibility cloak, a firebolt and probably all the stuff I can get. Then, I'll get spell books so I can practice magic when I'm out of the world. And also look for Time Turner to extend my 6 hours. Go Hogsmeade and buy lots of supplies from Honeydukes and butterbeers from The Three Broomsticks. Go Hogwarts and fool around and feast in the great hall. Buy as many magical animals as I can carry, try killing Voldemort and ending his reign of Terror. Meet Dumbledore and Hagrid and all the famous people. Go Library and study magic. And force Dumbledore to send me a letter emitting me to Hogwarts after my 6 hours are over. And of course, I'll duel and play quidditch.

If I had six hours in Harry Potter land those would be the best six hours of my life!

First I'd go to Hogsmeade and buy a bunch of chocolate and butterbeer. :elaugh: Muahahahaha!

Then I'd stroll down Diagon Alley. I wouldn't necessarily buy anything, but you never know! Maybe some robes, and a wand, and...

I'd go meet the fabulous trio and get wizard pictures taken with them and tell them how cool they are. :yup:

I'd tell Draco off and give him, Crabbe, and Goyle swirlies. You know, stick their heads in the toilet and flush!

Then I'd ask Dumbledore if I could be accepted into Hogwarts. He'd say yes, of course. This automatically cancels the 6 hour limit on my time in Harry Potter world. Though I may be the Heir of Slytherin, I'd still be in Gryffindor. :stuckin: That's just the way it is, Ok?

I'd go to Hogwarts, learn a ton of cool stuff, and become friends with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. We'd be called the fabulous four and I'd play Quidditch almost as good as Harry.

Eventually I'd become a Hogwarts professor. Preferably DADA.

Ok, I'm done.

I'd probably go to Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade. I'd love to have a peak in all the wizard shops. It'd be fascinating. I can even pop into the wand shop (can't remember it's name) just in case my hogwarts letter got lost and I'm really a witch. :D

There's not much I'd want to see at Hogwarts. Nothing that compares to Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade anyway.

Well, aside from what everyone else said, ( don't get me wrong, i still want to go there) I would like to visit the QWC stadium where Ireland and Bulgaria played. The book described the place as being huge so i wanna see it.

oh, not to mention the Burrow, that'd be so cool

Well Diagon Alley first of course! But I could never just pick one, I want the whole experience of it all! You know...that might make a great vacation theme park!

I am going to merge this thread ("If you could spend a day in the magical world, where would you go and why?") with a previous topic titled "If you had 6 hours in Harry's world", which follows the same strain of discussion. Please always be sure to search (http://www.cosforums.com/a/search.php) the forums before posting, to lessen the risk of starting a duplicate thread. Thanks. :)

:welcome: to CoS, FirefightingMuggle! I hope you enjoy yourself here.

I would play Quidditch!! And then go straight to Hogsmeade and get some butterbeer. And probably try a few spells or something.

Are you sure it can only be 6 hours? Can't it be more like...forever?! ;)

There are so many things I would do...

Well I'd like to go to Hogsmead and explore there...I bet they have everything Diagon Ally has and then some...actually if I had to go to Diagon Alley, I'd spend my time wondering down Knocturn Alley. As for the rest of my time I'd explore Hogwarts and stalk Snape the whole time I'm there ^^
Then before my time was up I'd go to MoM office or whatever, and steal myself a time tuner ^.~

First I'd like to go to Hogwarts and have a talk with Dumbledore. Then since I'm at Hogwarts I'd go to Snape's office and acquire (steal) some truth potion. This to be used when I return in JKR's tea so that I could ask her some the questions that she avoids in interviews.

But before I return I like to see a Quiddich match or I suppose a Quodpot match as this is the more popular sport in my country.

Cheers!

First i'd go to the Burrow for an hour (this is durring the summer when all the Weasley's are there including Clarlie and Bill and Harry and Hermione) Its just happens to be one hour before they have to leave for school. so i go with the trio, Ginny, and the twins on the train. I buy sweets for eveyone(and flirt like mad with Ron :eyebrows: ) and i'd go and harass Draco and his buddies:evil:. thats a one hour trip (right?)

at the arrival at hogwarts i'd go to the feast and watch the sorting (while playing footsie with Ron and ignoring Herms glares at me ;)) ok 4 hours down.

then when we get to the Griff tower i ask to borrow Harrys ivisibility cloak and visit haggrids place and meet haggrid. that should take only 30 minutes.

and for the next hour and 15 minutes i'd sneak off to hogmeade and go to all the shops (i assume the places are still open at night) buy myself the latest broom, couple robes, Hogwarts; a history, lots of quills, lots of sweets, an owl(to keep in touch with Ron of course;)), taste some butterbeer, buy some stuff from the joke shop, and the last thing i'd buy would be a wizard camera.

on my way back to hogwarts, i'd give Harry back his cloak then go see dumbledore (because of course he knows that im a muggle and i was only aloud to stay for six hours) he lets me stay a little longer (30 minutes) and we chat, drink tea, and pet fawkes. then its time for me to go so i say goodbye, hug DD and floo back home...

that would be the best 6 and a half hours of my live :crush: *dreamy sigh* ah..a girl can dream cant she.....Mmmmm Ron

June 11th, 2003, 9:34 pm
This is such a hard choice.

Diagon Alley: purchase a wand, broom, robes & go to Flourish & Blotts

Hogwarts: get sorted by the hat, definitely see a Quidditch match, eat in the Great Hall, go to the library, tour around the grounds & meet students & staff. I would also love to sit in a Charms or Transfiguration class. And I would have to get "lost" and go into Moaning Myrtle's bathroom. I'd love to meet DD and see the twinkle in his eye. Also, I would love to meet Dobby!

I doubt I'd have time to do all that, but the musts: Diagon Alley & Hogwarts & Quidditch!

June 13th, 2003, 4:00 am
I think, first, I'd go to Diagon Alley and try to open it with the bricks :) Hoping that doesn't take too long (like how I use to have bad luck with my locker combo when I was in school). I'd visit every store there... buy a firebolt...apparate to the quidditch pitch and play quidditch against Slytherin as a guest beater(because I'm good at softball, I think I would be good at that) on Gryffindor. Then, I would meander through the school and find myself in the dungeons..and I would be super nice to Sverus Snape because i really thin that would bug him the most (more than anything)...then I'd grab Harry, Ron and Hermione and head off to Hogsmeade for an awesome day. 6 hours really isn't enough! :(

Alcina
November 28th, 2003, 6:25 pm
Assuming that the answer 'Spend all six hours :censored: with the character of your choice' isn't a valid one, I'd simply buy a whole load of books from Diagon Alley (I wonder if there's a bookshop in Knockturn Alley...if so I'll go there too). Since I wouldn't be able to do magic once the six hours were up, I'd buy mostly history books, which would remain useful/interesting in the muggle world.

Unless I could choose the time as well as the place, of course, in which case I would either 1) hide behind a tree and Accio the Triwizard Cup away while everyone was concentrating on the Dark Lord (thus preventing Harry's escape and fulfilling the prophecy) 2) nick and destroy harry's wand pre-Triwizard, so the Priori Incantatem effect wouldn't be a problem or 3) go back to the time before the Dark Lord first fell and try to warn him of the full contents of the Prophecy. Take your pick.

I'd probably go straight to Hogsmede (Honeydukes, is that what it's called) and buy tons of candy. THen I'd go to Hogwarts and catch a quidditch game. If I had a few more minutes I'd explore the inside of Hogwart's castle.

That is a good question...I never thought about that.Hm.......Well if I was in OotP first I would first spend some time and meet Harry and tell him that I have faith in him about the Voldy thing that the Daily Prophet thingy. Then I would go to the Daily Prophet and kick their @$$ for telling LIES!Then I would bother Umbridge for the rest of the time.

I would go to diagon alley and buy like 20 books. Then I would check out the leaky caldron and quality quidditch supplies. Then I would ride on the knight bus(I would make sure to give huge tips to Stan and Ern so I would be the first to get off) and meet Stan!! I would take it to hogsmeade go to the Three broomsticks and grab a butterbeer to go. I then would go to Zonko's and grab some prank stuff. Then I would run up to hogwarts and vist The great hall, the library,Hagrids hut,The lake,Gryffindor tower, and the room of requirement. I then would ride the stair cases as they moved(Fun!) then I would run up and down the halls looking for my favorite charactors and get there autgraphs and photos. I then would run with Ron or harry up to gryffindor tower and make him go up the girls staircase and take a picture as they slid down(all these pictures would be wizard pictures of course). Then I would find trevor for neville,go up to the owlery and send a message using hedwig and pig. Then I'd pet crookshanks and fang, take a picture of the whomping willow, grab a firebolt and play a 10 minute quidditch game. Then I would watch a 10 mintue quidditch game. If I had any time left(which I wouldn't) I would run to the kitcheans and meet dobby. Then I would run outside the gates of hogwarts run to Honeydukes, grap a heck of alot of candy(Ice mice,Betie botts, caldren cakes, tons of chocolate frogs,etc....) then apparate to Grimmauld place, meet Moony and morn with him over sirius. Then I would take all my pakages and disapparte cuz I would probley already be outside the time limit.........but if I wasn't out side the time limit I would go back to diagon alley get a wand and prance around with it. Then go to fred and georges store and buy the whole store then I would go to Gringotts and read the inscription and meet goblians then apparate to the MoM and meet arther weasley and perkins....oh and tonks and kingsley........and Fudge but only if I had too...I would laugh at his limegreen bowler hat....then I would go to St. Mungo's and visit Lockhart and Mr. and Mrs. Longbottom. Then I would go back to Diagon alley and buy a copy of the quibbler and the daily prophet. Then I'd go back to Grimmauld place and pet buckbeak.(And find fluffy and play him some music annd pet him on the head........) Then I would go to Platform 9 and 3/4 and ride the train......and then I'd dissappear cuz I would have spent atleast 6 hrs............

The first thing I'd do would be: go buy some Butterbeer, with the intention of bringing it home, running tests on it and finally answering that age-old, hotly-contended question: "Butterbeer - is it alcoholic or not?"

Then I'd quite like to get a broom and a wand and robes and things like that.. although I wonder if you could get a wand if you've not got magic in your blood? Might be a small obstacle, that.. Then I'd have a bit of a shifty down Knockturn Alley, just because.

And after all that, I'd try and get myself a Time-Turner so I could prolong my time in the Wizarding World :)

I'd start off at Diagon Alley where I'll buy books, then I'd go down Knock-turn Alley where I'd look (but not touch, lol). Then it's off to Hogsmeade where I'd buy every type of candy they ever made, and get some gags from the Joke Store.

I would go to Diagon Alley, buy a wand, broomstick, pet cat and robes (actually i would take my own cat with me if that was allowed).
I would then go to Hogwarts, find Hermionie and see if she could teach me loadsa spells, so i could do some like "wingardium leviosa" on my own.
Next I would be sorted in2 sytherin, then i would go and find Draco and give him a massive snog!!! lol! Ask him if he would go out with me, go out on a date with him to Hogsmeade, buy some butterbeer..go back to Hogwarts, do some flying about on my broom. Go to the yule ball, if its on, then go home!

Six hours is not much time so first of all I would get a time turner and use it. I would do all sorts of things like play quidditch, tease Hermonie, do a wizard's dual, play wizard chess, sneak into the forbidden forest at night when no one is looking in an invisibility cloak. Then I would turn back the time turner and do all those things over again. I would aslo do things I did not get to do and I would keep using the time turner until I got bored then I would go back to my regular life.

I would also like to go on the train and get sorted in one of the four houses. I would play tricks with Fred and George. I would read some cool wizarding books. I would wear an invisibility cloak and listen in on private conversations that no one wants me to hear.

I would ise the Accio curse to get anything that I want fast without getting up.

All this may take more than six hours so I would need my time turner.

Third: Play Quidditch! It looks like such awesome fun! I'd defenately want a try at Keeper or being a beater! WHACK!

I'd probably lurk around Diagon Alley, consuming as much ice cream as possible from Florean Fortescue. I might also attempt to obtain some money from Gringotts and buy various supplies from Flourish & Blotts, Ollivander's and the Magical Menagerie.

I'd also attempt to get my hands on a wand and a broomstick, although I'm not sure how successful I would be at using them.

Anyway.

I'd follow Dumbledore around and ask him every question I've ever wanted to know about the wizarding world. Wow, that would be great. And then I'd ask Hermione, "Do you like Ron or not, darn it! Cut us some slack here!" Then I'd take photographs to develop them in that special potion to make them move. Then I'd go on a shopping spree and buy every book imaginable as well as some candy, robes, broomsticks and wands. I would explore all of Hogwarts and find out what all the common rooms look like. I would ask the Bloody Baron why he's covered in blood and ask Nick why he nearly got beheaded. Then I'd kick Voldemort's skinny little butt.

Yep, all that in six hours.

So much mischief, such little time...

I'd take a crash-course in Kwikspell (I'm a fast learner when I have the need) so I can perform magic. That should take me about two hours, plus another two to learn how to Apparate/Disapparate. Then I'll hop along to Fred and George's store in Diagon Alley and stock up on some fireworks, then buy some Floo powder. With the final hour I'll hunt down ol' Voldie and make him recruit me as a Death Eater. Whlie he's not looking I'll stick a few of the fireworks where the sun doesn't shine. With that, the six hours will be up and I can safely disapparate back to Gondor where he can't kill me.

Good question. I would first go to Hogsmeade and visit all the shops and buy lots of sweets and jokes from Zonko's Joke Shop. Then I would Apparate to Diagon Alley and look around, and of course visit the bookshop (what's it called again?) and buy a copy of my most desired book - Hogwarts: A History. If there's still time after me visiting all the shops in both wizarding streets, I would take a stroll around Hogwarts School. I would like to explore the Astronomy Tower, the Great Hall, the Quidditch Pitch and if I was allowed, I would love to take a look at the Prefects' Bathroom and the teachers' dormitory. Not forgetting Prof. Dumbledore's office but I doubt I'll be allowed in. :eyebrows:

First I would go to Diagon Alley and wander around there for a little bit in awe. I'd do to Flourish and Blotts and buy every book I could find, from Hogwarts, a History to Charm Your Own Cheese. Next I would go over to Hogwarts and get a private guided tour from Harry, Ron, Hermione, and whoever else would like to accompany us :). After that I would go to the Quidditch Pitch and try riding a on a broomstick, but I'm pretty sure I'd fall off and spend the remaining part of my six hours getting mended by Madame Pomfrey .

If I had 6 hours in Harrys world, I'd have to go to Diagon Alley and have a wander around (buy some stuff too, obviously) then I would have to go to a Quidditch match! I love Quidditch! LOL If there was any time after that, I'd like to attend a Potions lesson......

Why? Well Diagon Alley is probably the second-coolest place in the Harry Potter world, there would be so much to see and do, not to mention buy (esp. from Weasleys Wizard Wheezes), that it wouldn't know where to go first! I would have to watch a Quidditch match because, quite simply, I love Quidditch, I couldn't spend time in the magical world without going to see one! It would be criminal! As for attending a potions lesson, well I would assume that as a Muggle any time spent in Transfiguration, charms or DAtDA would be a bit pointless, but I could participate in a Potions lesson, Oh and I love Snape! He's my favourite character!

Oh, and get a wand at Ollivanders and find out that the core of my wand is the same as Umbridge's...tongue of frog and wing of fly (LOL J/k)
After that, I would go and hang with Fred and George at WWW's. (and fall in love with both. Oh dear.)

In six hours.

First hour: Go into Hogwarts and walk through corridors and halls. Walk by the lake and bewitch the giant squid to swim in circles. Walk in front of Harry with Fred and George shouting at the top of my voice, "Make way for the heir of Slytherin. Seriously Evil Wizard coming through." Introduce Fang to Mrs. Norris. Enter classes, greet ghost and go to Moaning Myrtle's toilet. Join Hermione's Spew. Go to the Griffindor Tower and annoy the fat lady.

second hour: On Harry's Firebolt at the Quidditch pitch. Try to catch the snitch. If can't catch it well... just watch Harry catch it. Sing "Weasley is our King" in the megaphone. Play for half an hour. The other half... go Voldy-hunt and scares him by bewitching self to look like Dumbledore.

third hour: In Hogsmeade, buying butterbeer and eating Honeydukes chocolate. Try the firewhisky and aggrvatate the bartender. Visit the Shrieking Shack and if possible enter the Shrieking Shack. Go to the Post office and scare the owls. Buy some dungbombs at Zonko's joke shop. Visit every part of Hogsmeade and taunt Mdm. Puddifoot.

fourth hour: In Diagon Alley visiting interesting place. Go into Florish and Blotts or Madam Malkin's robes for all occasion. Take a dip at Florean Fortescue or checking Olivanders. Give Weasley's Wizard Wheezes a visit and say hi to the Weasley twins and buy a couple of Extandable Ears, Skiving Snackboxes and Canary Creams. Go into Gringotts for fun and sing the Sorting Hats song at the top of my voice and get chased out of the bank. Walk into Knockturn alley. Get greeted by weird people.

Fifth hour: At the Ministry of Magic making those who appear from the fireplace scared out of their wits by jumping from behind the dust bin. Take a peak in Department of Mysteries. Irritating the minister. Say "Eat Dung!" at the top of my voice to Umbridge and put Nifflers in her office. Visit Arthur Weasleys office and play with his plug collection. Say Hello to Amelia Susan Bones and say she has a nice niece.

Sixth hour: Probably worn out. Stay in Hogwarts and follow Peeves. Pull rugs from under students feets and bewitch Cho Chang to rap dance. Drop Dungbombs in the corridors and bewitch the armors to tap dance. Annoy Snape and Filch. Stroke Mrs. Norris and kidnap her to keep as a pet. Help Peeves throw stink Pellets on Malfoy's head. Nick Harry's Invisibility cloak and go around throwing mud on Slytheirns head. When tired, go to the library and read "Hogwarts: A history" at the top of my voice just to get kicked out by Madam Pince. Transfigure McGonagall's chair into an Ostrich. Go into the kitchen with Peeves and scare the house elf. Levitate poor Professor Flitwick and predict Professor Trelawney's future. "Sybill... you will be sacked by the new Ministry of Magic... in seven days. (Trelawney cries hysterically.)

Sounds like I'm a poltergist like Peeves actually. That would be a fun day. :tu: Hehehe :p A really fun day. :rotfl:

I'm to good (snickers) to do all this stuff. (snorts)

Knowing me, I'd probably report the Dursleys for child abuse and try to get them charged for it. I'd want to do all the other stuff mentioned, too, visiting Hogwarts and Diagon Alley, etc.

Borrow Invisibility Cloak. Visit Quidditch locker rooms :p
Kidding.

Seriously, I'd probably run up and down Diagon Alley for an hour trying to see everything, then Apparate to Hogwarts. I'd have lunch with the Slytherins, flirt madly with Oliver Wood, run around for another hour getting lost in the castle, take a Potions class and an Astronomy one, then ask Dumbledore to explain the origin of the universe.

Ah, this is a really good topic.

6 hours...okay...

For the first hour I would spend just roaming around the school, exploring the different classrooms. I would definitely check out the Prefect's bathroom and the Gryffindor common room.

The second and third hours I would spend talking with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. I would play wizard's chess with Ron, ride brooms with Harry, and have some kind of discussion with Hermione about muggles, finding out what her opinion of the things they do is, especially since she's lived in both worlds.

The fourth hour I would spend in Hogsmeade.

The fifth hour I would I would travel to Diagon Alley, and make sure I check out Fred and George's shop

and the sixth hour I would spend with the Weasleys at The Burrow. I've always wanted to see that clock in person!.

I'd pants Snape. Oh wait he doesn't wear any. Ok then I'd charm the backs of his robes so they floated up.

:rotfl: Just don't let him catch you... I imagine it could become very painful.

Hm... 6 hours, eh? I'd prolly try and fit in all the classes I could and then spend all my leftover time in the library. For four hours anyway. And then, for the rest of my time, I might visit Hagrid and have him tell me about all the different sorts of magical creatures that existed, and eat some rock hard treacle fudge! :D

I think that I would go to Hogwarts as a first.... meet Oliver Wood (I suppose I'd go before he left, then)... perhaps Cedric as well (before he's gone, of course:D). Then I'd probably look around a lot -- maybe ride the stairs for awhile:D. Then, I would steal the time-turner Hermione had in PoA and turn time to go to Diagon Alley. Lol.

June 30th, 2004, 5:14 am
I'd fly a broom, visit hogsmeade and diagon alley, explore hogwarts. I think I'd sneak a kiss in with Harry too... of course I'd be his age at the time... hehehe...

June 30th, 2004, 5:30 am
First on my list...go to Diagon Alley...buy a time-turner! Yay now I have forever in Harry's world! Okay so that's cheating...now if I couldn't do that...Diagon Alley buy some books, a wand, and an owl. Oh and whatever else I felt I needed.

Then King's Cross...train okay cool 5 minutes on the train now to Hogwarts go exploring....cool cool...next is Hogsmeade get a Butterbeer and then Honeydukes and Zonko's. Then back to Hogwarts...watch some Quidditch, catch a DADA lesson (if Lupin were there), Transfiguration, and Potions, maybe Charms and CoMC too. I don't know...go to the Prefects bathroom and DD office...

If I got bored at Hogwarts go to the MoM and DoM and find out what really happens with that viel and try to save Sirius...oh and yeah anything else I felt like doing...

I would also go to 12 Grimmauld Place and visit the Order that I was now accepted into and then see Buckbeak and say hi to everyone that was there...the Weasley's and I would yell at Sirius' mom and say hi to Lupin.

Of course I couldn't do that all in 6 hours but I would try to. Maybe I wouldn't spend a lot of time at anyone place, but as long as I was there I don't think I would care. A little jumbled but I felt like I had to type fast to get into the mood of 6 hours...hehe

June 30th, 2004, 6:23 am
I'd start out in Diagon Alley, visit all the shops (including Fred and George's), stock up on wizard candy, buy a wand, and try out a few spells. I'd then go to Hogwarts and borrow someone's broomstick and fly around the grounds. I'd send owls to all my friends. If I had time, I would nip into the library and browse (I'd especially like to read "Hogwarts: A History.") I'd also stop in the 3 Broomsticks in Hogsmeade and try a Butterbeer. Hmm... or maybe I'd just find a way to obtain a time turner so I could keep going back and reliving my 6 hours (in a different place every time, of course, wouldn't wanna run into myself!)

June 30th, 2004, 6:23 am
First of all, you have to assume that in my fantasy I have a never ending stash of cash, a magic bag that dumps all of the stuff I buy directly into my room once i put the stuff in the bag so I don't have to carry it, that I have a magical camera and the potion to make the pictures move, that I already know magic equal to that of a 7th year (meaning I can apparate and disapparate), and I am close enough to Hermione to steal her time turner without her noticing. So i guess that means that I'm in my 7th year when Harry, Hermione and Ron are in their third even though, being 15, I'm really their age. Ok so lets get started on this fantasy.

It is September 1st but the train isn't leaving until 2:00 today because this is my fantasy and I have to get my shopping done. First, I apparate at Diagon Alley to buy a wand, cauldron, potion ingredients, an owl, cat, toad, and rat, robes, all the books in Flourish and Blotts (take pics) (1 copy each), buy something from Florean Fortescue and take pictures, all the jokes from the joke shop(take more pics), and finally a firebolt racing broom at Quality Quidditch Supplies (take loads of pictures)as well as a Quidditch set (pocket-sized unfoldable field included of course) and Quidditch robes.
Then I would apparate to Hogsmeade and I would buy 10 of everything in Honeydukes including the lifetime supply of candy card. This card would basically mean that even if I turned muggle again they would still send me 5 peices of every kind of candy i signed up for each month (only 5 pieces becasue I don't need that much sugar) as long as I kept paying the bill for the rest of my life. Handy candy card indeed. I would buy every joke in Zonkos, take multiple pictures of the Shrieking Shack (and everyone I saw in the magical world, ever), go to the cute coffe shop that Cho took Harry to and look around, go to the owlery and send a letter to myself explaining everything I done and wished myself a Happy day so even if they erased my memory, I would remember. I would go to the Hogs Head and take pictures as well in the Three Broomstacks where I would waste no time and get a butterbeer to go. I would apparate to Kings cross from there and walk through the platform and settle myself on the train with Harry, Ron ,Hermione, Ginny, Fred, George, Lee Jordan, and Neville exchanging chocolate frog cards and having a good time. Then I would take the time turner and turn ahead a couple of hurs so I was at Hogwarts' feast. I would get sorted into my house because I'm a new student and end up in either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw and no one would think it odd that i have the knowledge of a 7th year but I'm just getting sorted. I would head to the library from there in the invisibility cloak that I borrowed from Harry after the feast. I would turn back the entire day and spend it in the Hogwarts library undisturbed while my other self spent the day shopping. Then, when night came again, I would pay a few kids to let me do as many spells as I wanted on them as long as they weren't the Unforgivable curses. From there I would go to my common room with my new "family" and wake up in my own bed a muggle with alot of magical stuff. I would be a totally happy girl and live the rest of my life contentedly knowing that magic truly exists. Which I have no doubt of that anyways.

OK, first off I'd stop in at Gingott's and convert all of the money I have into wizard money. Then I'd buy a wand, books, a broom, and some robes. Next I'd take a time out and change into the robes (don't wanna be mistaken for a muggle, of course). Then I'd use the floo network (and hope that I don't get caught) to ge to Hogwarts. Once there I would talk to Dumbldore about taking up a more permenant residence in the wizarding world. Then, I'd track down the trio and hang out with them for a lil bit (something exciting is bound to happen even if it's only a few minutes). Lastly, I'd tell Hermione to forget Ron and go out with me and if that didn't work I'd run down the list of girls (hey, every guy would like a magical girlfriend), and if that didn't work then I'd just spend the rest of my time with the trio... Mostly trying to get Hermione to go out with me...

First, I would go to Gringotts and get a whole lot of cash to be spent on Honeydukes sweets. Then I'd spend some time at Hogwarts school to try to learn some magic. I'd probably hang around the trio there (especially Hermione). I think then I'd spend the remaining time visiting with some of my favorite characters: Dumbledore, Mad-Eye Moody, and Lupin. Lastly, I'd fly a broomstick back to my house.

Only 6 Hours I don't think thats enough time. But I would make the Most of it.

First I would go to Diagon Alley and visit all the stores and shops.

Then I would go to Hogwarts to find the trio and Hang Out with them of firnd the twins and hang out with them.
I would love to see the kitchen and say hi to Dobby.
I want to go to DD's office and see all those gizmos and gadgets he has. And Say hi to Phineas and give him my sympathy on Sirius
If there is time go to Honeydukes and visit the Joke Shop and then the Three broomsticks for a butterbeer.

Also I would want to go to 12 Grimauld Place and give Kreacher a what for for betraying Sirius.
I want to see the Burrow as well but its seems that I ran out of time

Six hours is not nearly long enough, but here's what I'd try to do:

Visit Hogwarts first to eat in the Great Hall, visit Gryffindor common room, and do some exploring. I'd definately want to tour the grounds as well as the castle.

Hogsmeade next to go to the Three Broomsticks for a butterbeer or two (they just sound really delicious) and of course Honeydukes to load up on candy. I'd try to get to as many shops as I could.

Last, I'd go to Diagon Alley and visit the pet shop and get some ice cream at the place Harry would study at. I'd want to go everywhere!

Hopefully I'd run into Harry, Ron, Hermione, etc. along the way!

Well, If I could get inside of Harry's world, then I would have loads of money and also the timeturner (6 hours is just not enough). I would definately want to talk with Professor McGonagall and get her to teach all she knows about transforming into a cat!
Of course, no trip to the magical world would be complete without meeting the trio, Hagrid, Dumbledore, and even Snape. I'd like to know what he really feels about Harry. He's always sneering at him, yet he saves him from physical harm. Me thinks he's got a bit of a heart hidden there. Don't tell anyone. We don't want to ruin his reputation!
Next, I HAVE to go to Hogsmeade and taste the Butterbeer! Oh, and we must not forget the candies and chocolates! I'd go to Zonko"s after that. Then I'd go to Flourish and Blotts--got to pick up those books! I also want to try out the moving staircase and talk to the pictures on the wall. Then I'd sneak into the restricted section of the library to read the forbidden texts in there. Oh no! Filch is coming! Time to apparate out of here!

I will study all the spell books and buy a wand and then I will make some spells to muggles.

June 30th, 2004, 9:47 pm
First I’d head to Diagon Alley to purchase plenty of books from Flourish & Blotts (and have them delivered). Perhaps I’d make time for a quick run into the Apothecary for a few of the more "difficult to find" items or I’d take a turn down Knockturn Alley for books of a more delicate nature. I can’t decide whether or not I’d buy a broom. While it would be inestimably cool to have one, I wouldn’t have the first idea of how to actually FLY the thing. Same goes with the wand. Although, I suppose it would amount to a nice ornament after I returned home. Then off to Hogsmeade and a stop at Madam Rosmerta’s wonderful establishment. After a quick nip, I'd go to Hogwarts and just walk about the corridors taking in the castle’s atmosphere, asking questions of passing students, professors and ghosts, and trying my best not to tread on Professor Snape’s cloak-tails before narrowly avoiding a nasty anti-fangirl hex. I definitely wouldn’t mind a Lupin-spotting and I’d take special care to avoid Peeves considering my constitution is much less formidable than that of your “normal” witch or wizard. The last hour I'd spend in the forest on the grounds. It's "forbidden" - who could ask for something more tempting? Hopefully, I'd make it out without a hoof print in the middle of my forehead.

As for seeing any other main characters, I think it would just be nice to be in that world for a little while. Being able to bring back a bit of the feeling of that place would be magic enough.

I would start off by doing a nice fly around the grounds and forbidden forest on a broom or hippogriff, whichever is avaliable. I would say hi to all the major characters. Then I would give Snape a hug, because lord knows he needs one after his childhood. I would tell Harry to invest in an anger management class. For the rest of the time, I would talk to dumbledore about the history of the world and whatever plot points he could give me for the next two books. I dunno, sounds like a fine 6 hours to me.

I would spend a good deal of time on a broomstick, flying around the Hogwarts grounds! Hopefully Hagrid would let me pet a niffler(after I had removed all jewelry) and give me a tour of his house and offer me a rock cake so I could see if they really are horrible. I would also visit the Weasley house and have a cup of tea with Molly while she teaches me how to charm my knitting needles. Finally, I would be sure to catch a meal in the great hall, just so I wouldn't have to worry about washing up when the meal was done!

The Three Broomsticks

The Hog's Head
Honeydukes
Hogwarts, of course (the Great Hall, the Quidditch grounds, the common room, the library, the kitchens, the Room of Requirement, Hagrid's hut)

All the while in my school robes (Gryffindor) and taking photographs.:D I'd probably irritate Harry, Ron and Hermione by following them around as well; and I'd make friends with Luna Lovegood. :rotfl:

oh well. ok here's what I would do:
I would find Harry, Hermione and Ron and spend 2 hours of my time just talking to them about everything I can think of.
Than I would try and drag them along to where ever I want to go... but I don't know if they would come...
I would go all around Hogwart: Library, classes, dormantories, The Forbbiden Forest, swim in the lake, the greenhouses, visit Hagrid's Hut, and kick Malfoy as hard as i can where it hurts.
I would steel something like a quill from a classroom, or a rock from the grounds, as a souveneer.
If I had time left, I would go to the Shrieking Shak (did I spell that right?) and the sweetshop at Hogsmead. Yeah, that's about all i would be able to fit into six hours. If I had more time I would most defenetly go to all the shops in Hogsmead and Diagon Ally, and also go to the Ministry of Magic and ST. Mongo's.
So basicaly, I would go everywhere... I mean to say, who wouldn't?

Id go straight to Hogwarts-Find Dumbledore and give him a big hug, find Snape-just to meet him and see what he's really like. Id then explore Hogwarts, which would probably take months, so Id just look at the main bits-Id love to see the great hall. Id then go to Diagon alley to go to the twins joke shop, and then Id try and find Lupin to give him a big hug (unless it was full moon-then I would run as fast as I could from him!)

Stealing the time turner from Hermione is a very good idea-I never thought of that!

Why, I'd weasle a time-turner out of the Ministry of Magic so that I could spend more time in the Magic Kingdom of Harry! And when I had thoroughly enough time to spend, I would

-somehow meet Dumbledore

-somehow meet Harry Potter and tell him I have believed him 100% his whole life and that he should kick Voldie's you-know-what

-run loose in the Forbidden forest trying to find unicorns and centaurs

-PLAY QUIDDITCH ON A FIREBOLT

-go to Hogsmeade to go shopping everywhere

-go to the MoM to look around the DoM

-go back and meet all the professors at Hogwarts (including Dumbledore)

-go back and meet Harry Potter & co. again

After this, I'd go back in time a whole lot until I had enough magic in me to last a lifetime. But I would keep the time-turner in case I wanted to go back later to visit. And then I would fall down and die of shock.

I would get ahold of a time turner and then I would...go to classes at Hogwarts (yes, I want to go to classes, even potions), try Quidditch out, and quickly go to Diagon Alley.
Then I'd use the time turner over and over to go back and do it again. XD
I wish...

I would steal a time-turner.
I would Hug the following: Sirus, Snape, Lupin, Ron, Harry and Neville. (snape to see what he does if hugged).
I would Wash snape's hair.
Buy a bunch of magical stuff
go to hogwarts and get sorted.
Spend the rest of the time talking to people.
Oh yeah, show everyone there this site and their fan treads.

I would definitely play quidditch. Then I would challenge Hermione to a game of Jeopardy....
If I could take anything with me, it would certainly be a Phoenix and a Pensieve. I would definitely ask Dumbledore for some words to wisdom - he knows all!

I would play quidditch, buy things from Honeydukes and Zonkos, play tricks and make fun of Malfoy, hang out with Fred and George and cause some trouble, and finally, get with Oliver Wood. ;)

Try to find a way to make a lasting impression in the castle, as well as at least make my name known to one of the girls... :D

Well first off I'd wonder

a) how I got to England
b) where my magical powers came from
c) how I got all this money
and then after realizing I just wasted 5 minutes....

First I'd go to Diagon Alley and visit the shops, in particularly Fred and George's Weasley's Wizard Weezies. After hanging out with Fred and George... *cough* I'd apparate to Hogsmede and try a Butterbeer. I'd somehow get into Hogwarts and spend a little time with all my favorite people there, like the Trio. Hopefully I could ride the Firebolt... THEN I'd find Dumbledore and ask where I could find Lupin.

I would spend the rest of my time with Lupin, and hopefully get a nice moving picture with me and him so I could remember it forever. *giggles*

Ya I'd steal a time-turner so I can spend as much time as I need.

>Firstly I'd go to Diagon Alley and just buy everything there as much as I can possible carry

>then I'd meet Fred and George and we'd have a great time in Hogwarts going through secret passages and *nearly* getting caught.

>I'd also say hi to Ron.

>Then I'd steal George and Fred and a couple broomsticks and take them to Hogsmead for a few firewhiskies..

>lol if not then some butterbeer.

>Then I'd visit the room of requirement repeatedly with different things in mind. ( a giant trampoline, etc.

>Then I'd go talk to dumbledore about J K Rowling and how he's a figment of her imagination. that will confuse him all right!

>Then I'd say hi to Fawkes and ask him to come give me a wake up call every morning at 6 am by singing. :)

>Then I'd convince Harry to give me Hedwig so I can keep talking to the whole gang

>And then I'd leave! :upset:

I really like the Time Turner idea! Of course I'd use that!

Bust into Dumbledoore's office
(I'd find a list of every sweet known in the wizarding world and read them off one by one..till his office unlocks)
to look at all of his cool gadgets and see Fawkes

Borrow Harry's firebolt and go flying around the quidditch pitch

Get a note from a professor to go explore the restricted section of the library

Grab Fred and George Weasley and have them sneek me into Honeydukes...then go off and have some awesome adventures with them...weeee!

Go find Lupin and have a cup of tea and chocolate with him! :eyebrows:

Find Umbridge and kick her in the shins....

Be back in time for an awesome feast with the Gryffindors in the great hall!

What wouldn't I do? If the school train was leaving I'd hop on it and meet up with Snape. My six hours would be wasted trying to get him to talk to me.

:rotfl:
I am right there with you!! I'd probably spent all my time annoying the heck outa him if he refused to talk with me :p

I would go to Diagon Ally, go to everyshop, every ally, trying to memorize the place completely. Beg for some galleons and but stuff!!!!! ^-^

Also go exploring Howarts, interogating every teacher about what its like to live there  Hack, I would beg for a Time Turner and do everything I can, and then do it again :tu: (You know you would too ) <--Of course explaining my situation with Dumbledore as to why I need it, and hopefully get his sympathy so he'll let me use it :)
