My favorite lines from the books:

1.) In GoF, when some kid asks Ron how he and Harry managed to get two of the prettiest girls at Hogwarts to go to the Yule Ball with them, and Ron shrugs and says absently, "Animal magnetism."

2.) When, in GoF, Ron and Harry are listening to Hermione say how she doesn't care what Rita Skeeter prints, and Ron bursts out "But she's painting you as some kind of scarlet woman!" and she looks at him and says "Scarlet woman?" and he blushes and says, "That's what my mom calls them."

Ron's a funny guy. Actually, most of the Weasley's are comical. I LOVE Fred and George---they crack me up.

My favorites were 1. Lockharts "This is an odd sort of place... do you live here?" That was classic 2. I didn't know you could read!" 3. The exchange between Harry and Tom in the Chamber is so intense. Some great stuff there from both sides. Anything that comes out of Lockhart's mouth is hilarious. On the flip side, Lucius is oozing with evil every time he speaks.

I just love Ron's voice in the second movie. It cracks at the perfect times! It's so funny! Ha ha, thats exactly what it was like at my school! The way that part is so unneccesarily dramatic is great. Whenever anyone found the need to say it at school, it would be hands out in front of them and 'Sherbet Lemon!'. I used it excessivily to wish people good luck at our end of year tests...

Oh dear. I really need to stop doing things like that and get a life.

THe look of utter embaressment on Snape's face is simply classic, thatscene perfectly show-cased Snape being intimidated by Dumbledore. Also I liked "I know...I mean...I ACCIDENTLY set a python on my cousin Dudley at the zoo ounce" and he says it like it was nothing what so ever, the look on Ron's face bassicly says "Does this guy I have a clue about how bad this is?"

The establishing of Snape in SS demanded my attention. When other character's entrances seemed lighthearted, Snape seemed wise, serious, true-to-life, a man of mystery, a man with real problems, and a character that got me interested in the series. After that, anything that Snape said, although brief, compelled me to watch more. Snape pretty much made the Harry Potter series more authentic and dynamic.

Dumbledore's speech was perfect at the end of CoS where he says to Harry, "...it is our choices." There, Dumbledore proved to me how wise he was. He looked like a man who lived and learned through the good and the bad.

Oh and when Ron says, "My wand! I broke my wand!" Harry says, "You're lucky it wasn't your neck." Harry made a joke! What a spiffy chap!
