There is a movie that just came out a horror movie called "Saw" That is what they are talking about, as for other threads on it I'm not really sure.

Yeah, there is a new scary movie out titled "Saw." I don't plan on seeing it, I'm not big on violence myself.

I love horror movies. I saw a teaser to this, and it just didn't really interest me. I'm not really sure if I want to see it or not.

I saw the movie. It has a great twist at the end. I think it was an okay popcorn horror movie. The star of the movie "Saw" is Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride) and co-starring Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon).

I agree that "The Princess Bride" is an amazing movie. There has been people criticizing his acting in this movie. Sometimes it's too..."over-dramatic" they say. Others say that horror doesn't suit him well. Anywyas, you have been warned.
I for one, didn't mind his acting. If you like thriller movies, suspense..well, maybe you will like it. It was okay.

Yea I love The Princess Bride and Robin Hood Men in Tights. Cary Elwes was also in Twister and Kiss the Girls. Kiss the Girls was more of a suspense thriller. It was good. The book was much better though. He was a jerk in Twister. But I like him. It's just hard for me imagining him in a horror type movie. Danny Glover is hard for me to picture in a horror movie too. I would always think of the Lethal Weapon series. Was Danny Glover in the Predator. It's been years since I seen that movie, but now that I think about it, I think that was him.

Yes, Danny Glover was in "Predator" too. In "Saw" he plays, yet again, a police officer. But it wasn't funny at all...I guess "Saw" is the hate-it-or-love-it kind of movie.

That movie looks pretty scary.

I went to the website for it once late at night and it freaked me out. It asks you to type in your name and then it asks you to pick your fear(it gives a list) and then goes through some disturbing stuff. It just freaked me out and I ran up to bed after seeing it. o_o

So I really don't think I'll be going and seeing it. Certainly not in the theatre.

:scared: *runs and hides* Help....me. *shakes*

 Well, now I have to enter their site and play the game. The movie has some grusome scenes, but frankly, I thought they were going to be worse. Maybe I'm used to see horror movies. ;) I would be a good rental though.

I went to see this and thought it was quite good, especially the twist at then end...the only thing that put me off was Cary Elwes' acting it was seriously on the bad side, I sometimes couldn't watch it for laughing at how bad he was. (No offence intended to anyone who likes him of course)

But I would definately recommend it.
