Help needed for new Forum!

I made my own forum right after I made my own website lol! I need alot of help on both, for example I need proffesors, a head boy and girl, and prefects for my forum, anyone interested? Well if you are go to http://www.1-2-free-forums.com/mf/?mforum=lunastar yup I know a long name but I cant seem to find a way to make it shorter....so if anyone has any suggestions that may help please please please owl me!
