In my opinion copernicus was one of the greater thinkers in history. his theory on the sun being the center of the universe revolutionized the way people were thinking back then. any1 else think the way i do?

I have to agree that he's a pretty exceptional person, especially to have a theory that went against the original of the Earth being at the centre that had held firm for 2000 years, especially since the Church believed in it. But in my opinion i would have to say that he's only third on my list, with Einstein being first followed by Gallelio. I'm doing relativity in physics now and some of the stuff that he came up with is just mind boggling. I also love Gallelio cause he solved so much stuff AND he did it with only the power of his mind as he didn't have any technology to aid his experiments.

My fav Einstein quote: When your out with a nice girl, an hour seems like a minute, when you walk on coals, a minute seems like an hour. That's relativity!

Well for his time he would have to be the greatest mind, but in the whole of history you can't go past Einstein IMO ;)
