none of them, they have all been poorly done, but i will see PoA when it comes out only because they got rid of that director aka: the worst thing to happen to hp.

I'm really looking forward to seeing all the rest of the books in the series made into movies. (Even books, 5, 6, and 7 if they're going to be made!)
Between PoA and GoF, I'm most looking forward to GoF, because of the Triwizard Tournament! We'll see cool special effects with the dragons and the underwater task! It will also be great if the Quidditch World Cup is included!:)

I desperately want to see PoA, as it's my favourite of the HP books, but I can't wait to see GoF either. Mainly, as my friend and I joke, to see Ron in a dress. ;) But also because I'm curious to see how they'll adapt GoF, ie one movie or two, and how much of the story line is preserved.

while PoA was my favorite BOOK, I think GoF will turn out to be the better movie. So to answer the question: GoF.

Well, considering we only get a choice of two (PoA or GoF), I suppose I'll go with PoA. I'm one of those people who hopes they don't make GoF -- I'm sure no matter how hard they try GoF will be a bit of a mess. I'm definitely looking forward to PoA, though. With Cuaron on board, this film should be significantly better than its predecessors. :)

Actually I think PoA is going to make a better film than GoF. I find PoA's storyline more exciting and the characters (Sirius, Lupin, etc) are very charismatic. It is a mystery movie more than an adventure one. Also, it is mostly based on the performances (thought the final sequences will surely rock with its special effects).
GoF is quite different, it will turn out to be a complete special effects movie, with the Quidditch Cup and the dragons. It will surely be exciting and impressive, but not with the sense of mystery and adventure that PoA. At least I think so, but let's wait and see on how they manipulate the books...

I am most looking forward for GoF! Its my fave out of all the books therefore i know its gonna be brilliant. but Llopin does make a good point about GoF being more of a speical effects movie. and as much as it is my favorite book i really doubt the movie will be nearly as good. so maybe PoA would be better. guess ill just have to wait and see.

Arrr! *twitch* Can't wait for PoA.
I'm anxious to see how (or if?) the movies improve with Cuaron. I haven't seen any of his films, so I can't say I know anything about his directing. I'm a little undecided about GoF, though it's my favorite of the series, because I have a pretty strong feeling that no matter how talented the filmmakers are, it really isn't the kind of book that should be transferred to the screen.

GOF. id like to see how they do certain seens. but ive heard that they are making the whole thing into one film!!!! that will be totally spoiling it!!!! they will be cutting loads of things out!!! they will hack away one of the best books in the HP series!!!!

PoA. It was by far my favorite of the books so far, so, naturally I can't wait to see Sirius's long shaggy hair on the big screen.

My favourite book is POA but I can get my fix of it by reading since it is more of an emotional story. Of course I'm looking forward to the film to see how the acting goes, especially the Shrieking Shack scene - MUST have good acting - but GOF (if they make it) will be great because of the exciting bits that are harder to visualise from the text, especially the dragons and the lake task.

Goblet of Fire, definatly....It has the opportunity to be very "Gone with the Wind" like, epic action, grand scope, and character development.. Its also IMO the most cinematic of the books....Just a list of scenes i'm dying to see:
The Merpeople
Hermione all dressed up, and the look on Ron's face
The Goblet of Fire itself
Voldemort reborn
Barty Crouch Jr. Confessing
The Pensive

I'm looking forward to PoA... I think they'll probably do a good job.

I hate putting a damper on one book over the other. PoA and GoF are equally good, however the only thing that concerns me with GoF is the length and pacing of the book and how that will translate onto screen. One scene that I'm particulary pointing to is the scene where they use the Veritaserum on Barty Crouch Jr. as this scene absolutely takes forever to get going and once it does, Crouch just goes on and on and so forth for about five pages. This is just one example of the slowness of the book, which might prove difficult for the filmmakers to give a decent and progressive translation.
On that other hand, the question is as to which film I'm looking forward to the most. Well, I'm a bit of a continuity-Nazi so I'll just go with PoA. Why? Because if they don't make GoF, then we'll still have a nice little trilogy of films.

Well, I want to see all of the movies. I think they all have something interesting about them. Well everything about them is interesting I should say. But I think that either GoF or OoP will be the best. None the less, I still cant wait to see PoA.:p

I'd say PoA, because I can't wait to see how they take the series to new places. I'll be annoyed if it's no better than the first two.
I also can't wait to see OotP, because it's a chance to get some really good acting in.

PoA...definitely. I'm not looking as forward to Goblet of Fire since I've heard it's only going to be a two-and-a-half-hour movie. They'll have to cut out exactly how much to fit this limited time space?

I find it hard myself to separate PoA and GoF and which would be better.
My fav book is PoA; so, of course, I'm looking forward to that a lot. But GoF was a very exciting book, IMO. From that mysterious egg, to the students from schools all over Europe, man I'm really excited!
For some reason, I'm not really keen about OotP being made into a movie. It's such a dark book with a lot of psycology involved, I will feel sorry for that director. Hopefully he knows how to handle dark, sort of depressing story matters because this book has a lot of it. Plus, I hope he can handle the humor cleverly, not to overdo or belittle it.

I can't wait until PoA comes out, or GoF. I really DON'T want OotP to come out, because I really don't want to see Sirius go through the veil. When they make an OotP movie, I may not go to see it, because I won't be able to watch it without crying.

Ok, my favorite books are PoA and OotP so I'm definately anticipating those. For some reason, I really don't want them to make GoF. To me, that book is better off if moviemakers don't fool with it. Seriously, I just don't want them to ruin a classic like that. I just can't picture that book visually as a movie. PoA definately is a great cinematic book that would look great onscreen. OotP is also a great book that I believe is adaptable unlike GoF. I really really hope that Cuaron gets rehired to do OotP. I just don't know what to think if they hired someone else. I don't care about spectacular action or visual effects. I care a lot more about the acting and a director who values that more. A movie wouldn't be as convincing if the acting isn't up to standards. I'd rather a movie with bad effects and good acting than the opposite.

I really would like to see GoF and OotP. It is hard to choose just one there. I really want to see the Triwizard Tournament, Voldemort coming back. In OotP there will be some good scenes with all the emotions flying. I can't wait to see Mcgonagall rip on Umbridge. There are so many interesting things to come in that movie.

I would have to say i am looking forward to OotP. Although it will MOST DEFINITELY be the saddest HP movie, we'll get to see how the actors can act in very dramatic scenes and we can cry our eyes out for Sirius! But i think that unless they cut the time, it will be the best HP movie.

I would love to read book seven and let alone see the movie. I also can't waite to read HBP and see movie. Anyway, so far I'd love to see the GoF movie as that was my favourite book so far. OotP would be nice to see too with all the new characters (Tonks, Luna and Sirius with short hair). Anyway, I can't waite to see LV's rebirth party as a lot of information is in that scene and it would be cool to see LV's old victims as well, same goes for the Pensieve scenes...

I shudder to think how horrible they are going to dismantle GoF, I hear they cut out rita skeeter completly. Maybe warner brothers will become so greedy they will just cut out the triwizard tournament or better yet to maximize profits they can just show the graveyard scene with a disclaimer that states-
"Just read the book we arent going to even bother to try showing the entire plot line so just read the book"

It's my favorite book so far too. I'm really looking forward to seeing the movie.
I think OOTP is going to be a nice little challenge for Dan in that he will be doing most of the work relying mainly on his acting abilities because there are not as many action sequences in it. It will give all the actors a lot more screen time too. Given that, hopefully, it won't take as long to shoot.

well i WAS really REALLY looking forward to PoA (because GoF and PoA are my two fave books) but then they kinda ruined it (sooo rushed, and i think they made some bad casting decisions :sigh: ) BUT now GoF is looking promising...i also look at it this way>there are certain parts of book 5 that i am hoping SOO much that they don't screw up! for example, snape's worst memory, i LOVE that chapter SOO much!! it's soooo interesting and if they do it right, it will be the BEST thing ever! :tu: another thing i hope they don't screw up in OotP is luna, i hope they cast her right because i will be MAD :grumble: she should be pretty, but not "look at me, i'm sooo pretty!" like subtle pretty would be good :tu:

Yeah, I hope they get Luna right too. There are two scenes I'm really looking forward to in OOTP. 1) where the Weasley twins try to "float" the stew to the table and Harry and Sirius have to dive out of the way and 2) the Umbridge detentions

I'm looking forward to the fight between Voldamort and Dumbledore, which should be great in the fifth movie anyways. The fourth movie, oh boy where to begin, I'm looking forward to the grave yard scene along with the whole death eaters being introduced, also the first task, second task and third task. I'm also looking forward to the whole ball thing. Oh did I mention I'm also looking forward to Gorge and Fred’s jokes on Umbrige that should be great, lol.

Then there is also young Lily, James, Sirius, Lupin and not to forget Snape, I can't wait to see that and who can't forget Fred and George with there little games, the portable swamp for one thing.
