It's Ziggy the dragon!
I draw it myself with regular black pencil, and scanned it and edited it with Paint Shop Pro X. I put it on negative (the original lines were black and the background white), added the texture for the mountain and played around with saturation, contrast, etc. The stars are from a brush I did myself, too.
I know I won't win, but I had fun doing it
