Little Hangleton - Halloween

I absolutely love Halloween. Ok, I know that Halloween has already come and gone, and the next one is over 300 days away. But I'm trying to improve what I've got and I need some help while I have the time to make changes.

For Halloween, I decorate the yard up to be Little Hangleton Cemetary, giving me an HP-themed graveyard. I took several ideas from GoF and put them in there. I have the Riddle family plot, Frank Bryce, Cecilia, Dot, and even Bertha Jorkins, as well as several plain R.I.P. stones. I also added the Tomb of Lord Voldemort (which didn't work out so well). It looks like a decent graveyard scene with some lighting and Special effects issues.

Next time though, I'm going to tell a story instead of just decorating.

"Scare them along" is the key. So I'm setting it up kinda like an attraction. A Harry Potter attraction, desgined and built by me. Sweet!
There's an opening and a finale with several scenes leading from beginning to end. Here's what I've got so far.

Intro/Main Gate: The same gate, except a caretaker will lead them through to the Riddle House.

Scene 1/Riddle Family Plot: The Riddle Family Plot will be on display with the grim reaper standing over them. The guide will give a brief history about the Riddles and their mysterious deaths in the Riddle House. While the guide faces the guests, the grim reaper (a puppet) will attempt to kill the guide. The guide unknowingly avoids death by proceeding to the next scene.

Scene 2/Frank Bryce's Grave: The group will come across the grave of Frank Bryce, which displays a gravestone, an old cane leaning on the stone, and a lantern lit between Frank's grave and a fresh one being made nearby. As the guide talks about Frank's death and his devotion to the Riddle House, the lantern will slowly rise into the air and float around the house.

Scene 3/?: Drawing a blank on this one.

Scene 4/The Vault of Lord Voldemort: Basically, scratching the Tomb I currently have to make a vault similar to those used in New Orleans. As the guide talks about this new addition, which has the name Ton Marvolo Riddle on it, a light will come from within the vault, and the words "I am Lord Voldemort" will burn through the vault door.

Scene 5/The Porch: Having bravely made their way through the graveyard, they are greeted at the porch of the Riddle House by a member of the Order (this year it was McGonagall), and rewarded. The Order member warns them of dark wizards in the area, when suddenly, the lights go out.

Finale/Death Eaters Attack: This is the "You've got your candy now get the hell out" moment. At least two Death Eaters appear through the fog, and persue the guests. One DE comes out of the Vault. The other comes from Scene 3. No physical contact of course, but flash paper is quite useful here.

I need a Scene 3. Or I can move Voldemort up to Scene 3 and have something else as Scene 4. Just know that Scenes 1 and 2 are across from each other, as are Scenes 3 and 4. Scene 5 is at the end. The Finale was all over several yards (one guy was scared so bad he picked up his little daughter, who was laughing the whole time, and ran several houses away).

Photo time, so you can see what I've go to work with visually.
Here's the Main Gate:

Any helpful ideas or suggestions are welcome. If you have a working knowledge of theatrical lighting design, then your advice would be most welcome.
