Yep I agree. This was our generation's 'Star Wars' moment. Even thinking about it now gives me a warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach!

Other scenes that really stand out for me include:

The drug deal scene in Boogie Nights.
Renton's overdose scene in Trainspotting.
The race against the train in Stand By Me.
The car chase in the mini in The Bourne Identity.
