I think this is such a fun video. Rupert is really excellent in it. He's become such an amazing and subtle actor. He just nails it well.

I really like this video At first I was thinking to myself "Okay, so they're having Rupert play Ed in the video because he's ginger and he looks a bit like Ed so it'll be a bit of a joke."

Then the video started to take a sinister turn and I was like . And it's so funny at the end when he actually sees Ed. But yeah, the rest of it, especially with the makeshift Ed doll, is quite disturbing.

But yeah, this video is proof that Rupert is an amazing actor.

I admit, being from the States, I had never heard of Ed Sheeran until I read Rupert was going to be in one of his videos. I have not been able to stop listening to this song or any of his other stuff. Alas, I have to keep listening on YouTube because I can't buy it on iTunes (stupid iTunes UK!)

As for the video, I think it's quite clever! I love how it keeps you guessing the first time you watch it and the big reveal when you see Ed in the picture and he gets hauled off stage. I was really impressed with Rupert's acting (and I'll be a total fangirl and say I think he looks great in it too). I could not help but see jealous Ron Weasley at 2:00 though!

Does anyone have any way I could get a digital download of his stuff from here in the States? I've done nothing but listen to his music since I got off work and am officially in love.

And I find this video both creepy and sad- it's creepy because of the whole stalkery thing, but it's sad because Rupert's character is so deluded

I agree. I watched the Behind the Scenes video that Snitchseeker posted and Rupert is scary good at doing deranged.

Funny thing was, when I watched the video the first time, there's the instant where his expression goes from 'in love-like' to slightly crazy and I thought, "oh, that's too bad--Rupert is having trouble pulling off this doe-eyed in love thing" and then I realized it was intentional and was subsequently Next up for Rupert, hopefully: a role where he place a stalker/madman type! He would be brilliant at it.
