1. If you could spend a day with any Harry Potter character who would you choose and why?

Ooh, I like this question, even though it would probably be a tough decision for me. In all honesty, I think I would most ideally spend a day with either Harry Potter or Remus Lupin (I'm indecisive like that).

Harry Potter, age seventeen, I feel, would make for interesting company because despite his upbringing, he's managed to mature into an amiable lad who loves his friends and would be willing to die for them; I find that to be very admirable. He's not perfect by any means, but he's also just a teenager who has had his fair share of teenage angst and then some, and therefore he's easy to sympathize with. I think the trials he's had to overcome through out his life would make for a interesting conversation, and it would be amazing to be able to see his collection of magical items that he's compiled over the years. Also, as stated in this lovely piece of art/commentary, he's quite the cool guy.

On the other hand, Remus Lupin (preferably before his death, since I'm not too fond of the idea of using the Resurrection Stone for something like this) is more because of personal bias than anything else. However, I still concede that he's a nice guy (my favorite kind of guy), a caring teacher, and capable of making an intellectual conversation from which we both can gain something.

2. Which Deathly Hallow would you choose?

The invisibility cloak, without a second thought. I don't really have any foes I'd want to eliminate, or, fortunately, any deceased whom I'd wish to rendezvous with for another time. However, I would want to go on clandestine adventures, as I am quite the curious one and would rather be able to hide myself from our Potions Master rather than Stun him and risk getting "killed, or worse expelled." It'd be helpful in a pinch, too, and the mischievous side of me would probably delight in shocking the occasional bully with my ghostly antics.

3. Which magical pet would you bring with you to Hogwarts?

While I do like animals, I'm not very good at keeping them as pets. However, there's a part of me that wouldn't be able to resist being able to keep a cat with me, as I find them not only to be adorable, but also unobtrusive companions most of the time. On the other hand, I would appreciate the convenience of an owl, being able to send messages to others with my very own carrier, but I think a cat (a Scottish Fold, to be more precise) would be my pet of choice.

4. What would be your favorite subject at Hogwarts?

Transfiguration, I suppose. The idea of changing an object into another object fascinates me, and the possibilities are overwhelming. Even if it's difficult, I think it would be a stimulating class that would rarely get boring. Also, Professor McGonagall is awesome. Second favorite would probably be Defense Against the Dark Arts, but the idea of having a different teacher for it every year saddens be a tad bit (that is, unless a teacher is rotten a la Umbridge).

5. If you could ask J.K. Rowling to write one thing what would it be?

Honestly, I'm pretty satisfied with the Harry Potter franchise as it is, and I'm sure Pottermore can satisfy any other thirsts for knowledge I may possess about the Potterverse and its characters. Hmm... I'm really not sure what else I'd want. Another story about the Marauders would be nice, though.

6. Would you play Quidditch? If so which position?

I can't really see myself playing a sport other than badminton (I'd much rather be in the bleachers - or whatever they're called in Hogwarts - cheering for my House's team), but if I demonstrated proficiency in flying on a broom, I'd probably want to be either a Keeper or a Beater, since in the team sports that I've unsuccessfully attempted to play, my instinct was usually to go on the defensive. Being a Seeker would be cool, though, but it all really comes down to whether or not my complete lack of balance on the ground transfers to the air.

7. Which magical career would you choose?

Magical therapist. Because the Potterverse needs them. Hmm, this is a toughie. I guess an Auror would be my career of choice. I like protecting people, and having it as my occupation is a nice thought. If possible, I'd probably volunteer at St. Mungo's every once and a while, though.

8. What would your patronus be?

A bird of some type, most definitely. Birds are some of my favorite animals, and I always love whenever a one perches itself in a tree near my house. Corvids (magpies in particular) are especially favorable, so I guess one of those.

9. Which magical place would you most like to visit?

Besides Hogwarts, Diagon Alley would probably be one of the most fun places to visit, what with all the memories that could be made there, like getting a wand, or making a magical friend... Ice cream's one of my favorite treats, and Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes is located there, too! Hogsmeade is an extremely close second, though.

Ravenclaw

Hands down! If not for anything else, than for this line alone:

"Magical therapist. Because the Potterverse needs them."

Size edit and all!! I love it.

Re: Eleutheramina

When I read your descriptions Gryffindor came to mind. But I think I agree with Garwain about the therapist job.

Re: Eleutheramina

There's quite a bit of Gryffindor in there but the heart is all blue and bronze.
