Russell Howard's Good News

Does anyone watch this? I love this show, I love the way that Russell looks at the news and gives his own take on it. I love the mystery guest, although it looks like they're going into another series where the mystery guest beats him up every week. I also love "It's not all doom and gloom" where he shows a really nice news story, and sometimes follows up on them with better news- like the girl he showed last series who has cystic fibrosis, and was only given two years to live, he followed that one up with the news that she'd got a lung transplant and was doing really well.

All in all, in my opinion, an excellent show

Did anyone see last night's episode? Russell broke his hand trying to do a pressup on a stunt stool, and it collapsed. He carried on with the stunt though

I watched this last night and felt sorry for Russ with that hand and he's amazing live too as i saw him live in Belfast back in March..

I saw him in Cardiff in February- it was brilliant!

The only problem with this show is that I inevitably end up crying at "It's Not All Doom and Gloom" because he shows some amazing people

I love it too - especially the exceptional people he features. There was a girl with severe ME/CFS who set up a charity called Postpals which gets people to send mail to seriously ill children.
