Things you didn't spot until the umpteenth time in the HP films v.2

The scene with Crabbe is just funny xD
I realized it the first time watching, though, and I immediatly had to laugh at him for jumping at Krum's back. I am pretty sure it is Krum, but in the next scene, Krum is with Hermione...mysterious.

But something I didn't see until I rewatched POA a few days ago with a friend of mine was a scene with Draco -
When they have Care of Magical Creatures and Harry is bowing to Buckbeak, Buckbeak makes a sound and Hermione grabs Ron's hand. In the background, Draco points his finger at Harry and laughs and seems to have a really good time xD

Well, the students from Durmstrang do sit with the Slytherins when they come into the Great Hall for meals, right? So while it doesn't make sense, maybe it does a little that Crabbe and Krum might have become friends a little bit. But not really.

Wow I absoloutely love this one I found just now! Only small but it made me smile!

In Deathly Hallows Pt 2, when Harry, Ron and Hermione are trying to get down to the boathouse, they're running down the Marble Staircase and Harry fires an 'Incarcerous' spell that binds a Death Eater up in chains! It's right before he blocks a spell from a DE on the lower stairs.

Not a spell we see often in there, I'm glad they kept spells like that from the books and incoporated it into the films.

I've just watched OotP again and can't believe I missed the elf heads in the glass cases at Grimmauld Place.

When I watched OoTP, I saw Harry, Ron, Hermione, Fred and George looking over the balcony in Grimmauld Place, listening with the Expendable Ear. I didn't see Ginny join the group at first, but I did see her go down the stairs with others. Finally, the last time ABCFamily had the HP marathon, I saw when Ginny joined the group.

When Harry looks in the mirror shard in the Forest of Dean, he sees the windows of the Hogshead pub and I've only just noticed that.

This might of been obvious, but in CoS, the Weasley's were clean before going to Diagon Alley, but when they arrived, they were all dirty. Same with Harry. But with Harry, I put it down to the fire was abandoned. But, then, in OotP, at the Ministry, all the people were exceptionally clean. I wondered how that could be. But, then I realized that the Weasley fire was only used 1 time a year, but the Ministry fires were used so constantly, so there was no time to collect dust.

In the Epilogue scene I noticed Al had a ferret in that cage. What, the owl, cat, or toad rule doesn't apply anymore? I saw a lot of different animals in that scene, which I find interesting.

The last time I watched the OotP was the first time I realized that Cho revealed the DA's location because she had drunk that truth-telling potion not because she had become evil.

I didn't notice at first, but the last time i watched DH2, i noticed that in the fiendfyre scene, Crabbe is played by a tall black boy, not the usual actor. I just found it odd that they would recast that part for the final film, especially with an actor that looks so little like the original Crabbe!

The actor who played Crabbe had drug problems so he was no longer available and wasn't replaced. That was Blaise Zabini in the RoR.

I am not too sure here but in the Ron/Hermione/Nagini scene at the end of DH2 it looks like Ron casts a non-verbal killing spell moments before Neville chops the head off.

I assume you're basing that on the curse being green? As far as I know the movies haven't made green exclusively the color for the killing curse. Could be wrong.

Not something I really spotted, but what I heard. I'm watching Deathly Hallows: Part 1 right now, and it was only because I had the Spanish subtitles on that I noticed that when Harry's sitting in the Forest of Dean, you can very faintly hear Dumbledore say, "Trust me." I just wish they'd made it a bit louder

I watched PoA, for probably my 100th time, and noticed the Ministry of Magic symbol on the executioners axe as he was sharpening it.

Also, Uncle Vernon was eating corn flakes or something when the first of Harry's letters arrived in PS. It's silly, but when you've watch these movies so many times you end up looking at the surroundings more.

I just noticed for the first time today while watching HBP that the owl on Dumbledore's podium moved around and opened its wings prior to his speech. I'm surprised I didn't notice it before.

Actually, I think that's Snape saying "trust me" when he casts the patronus for Harry to follow. We know from the books that messages can be sent with the patronus....plus, Dumbledore isn't alive at that point.
