Deleted scenes without a doubt.

Re: The Deathly Hallows DVD

My dream dvd (and therefore highly unlikely):

- An extended edition option including all deleted scenes. Failing that, deleted scenes with commentary option so we know why the scenes were chopped.

- Bloopers

- Commentaries, one by Yates, Kloves and Heyman (and possible JK Rowling for good measure). Another by the trio.

- Decent featurettes on sfx, set design, costuming and music. Giving us a genuine behind the scenes look at these aspects.

- Interviews including secondary characters (Snape, Bellatrix, Voldemort, Dumbledore's Army etc) as well as the trio

- Trailers and tv spots

- An in-depth look at the transition from book to screen and the scriptwriting process

Yeah, that's my dream

This is just for France, I think. At least, it is not for USA. Because the 16th is a Saturday, and DVDs come out in the USA on Tuesday.

Yeah, but it gives us a nice estimate

Re: The Deathly Hallows DVD

Just did a bit of research. The HBP DVD came out on December 8th in the US, but it came out in France on November 18th.

It could be different this time around (I hope, at least).

Re: The Deathly Hallows DVD

I saw one part of the Harry Potter story that is spread across the newest version of the old movies... and recorded it twice instead of the other part that was on. But, since I already bought the special trunk edition of the first 5 movies, I can't buy another set. So, what I'd really like to see is these special videos together on the final DVD.

And, yes, deleted scenes, blooper, commentaries. Maybe a final interview with the actors, producer, and director would be good.

Re: The Deathly Hallows DVD

Deleted scenes would be high up there on my list, especially having seen some of the pictures of stuff that was definitely filmed and then cut. I'd like to see some behind the scenes of the filming of the Seven Potters filming as well. And some kind of preview or trailer for part 2 would be pretty awesome

Outtakes. Without a doubt outtakes. And funny ones where the actors fall over or swear and they're bleeped over but it'll most likely never happen since we've never had any on the DVDs so far

Outtakes of Rupert laughing so hard at Dan and Emma kissing that he got kicked out!

Re: The Deathly Hallows DVD

-Deleted scenes, no doubt they'll be in though, they normally are.
-Bloopers and outtakes, I've wanted these on every DVD so far
-Interviews with the cast, and not just the quick ones that were on the HBP DVD - I want proper Q&A sessions with at least the trio, like they had with PoA
-Audio commentary with the trio would be awesome, but I don't think we'll get it. It would be good with some of the other actors as well though, and maybe the director and a producer.

Re: Discussion: Deathly Hallows Part One v.2

OFFICIAL details on the DVD and Bluray:

http://www.snitchseeker.com/harry-po...-2011-a-79519/

April 15 is the date! Seems a little too late IMO At least the promotion for Part 2 will intertwine with the Part 1 release.

I think the Bluray cover looks so much better than the DVD cover The trio look like they're falling over!!!

‘Hogwarts is threatened!’ shouted Professor McGonagall. ‘Man the boundaries, protect us, do your duty to our school!’
Clattering and yelling, the horde of moving statues stampeded past Harry: some of them smaller, others larger than life. There were animals too, and the clanking suits of armour brandished swords and spiked balls on chains.

Re: Discussion: Deathly Hallows Part One v.2

I'm a little concerned: The press release says that the DVD will only include the deleted scenes?! And also I noticed that the cover doesn't say its 2 disc!!

Maybe this is just for the US since Bluray is more popular there - I hope so anyway. Didn't the BFFC say that the UK DVD at least was getting more things?

All my DVDs are 2 Disc and I don't have a Bluray player - I am hoping that WB release 2 Disc version for both Dh1 and DH2 just so I have the set!
