SFWA also has a list.

I'm a poet, not a novelist, so the process is probably not entirely the same. At the moment I'm working through the publishing strategy suggested on the Bristol Poetry Can website. I'm nowhere near ready to contemplate publishing a collection yet, but I've had a handful of poems accepted by reputable small magazines and websites and I'm going to try to continue to build up a body of published work that way.

Sounds like a workable plan. Congrats on being accepted in magazines. Even small mags give you writing credits.

Good luck with it. Poetry is a hard sell.

And a good reminder from an editor on my Twitter feed on the importance of following guidelines.
