Hi Everyone,

So it's been a bit quiet for you all recently on the timings of CoS closing. I've not been online for about two months now, for a host of reasons. Lots of things are happening at the moment that have prevented me from being on CoS for some time and may continue you do so for the foreseeable future.

The good news (if it is such) is that CoS won't be closing when I had planned (end of July). I've far too much going on in my life to dedicate time to it, so for now I am going to pencil in the Autumn months to explore feasibility.

Continue to talk about the closure here and just carry on for now and watch this space. I'll update when I have some firm dates on when things can change.

I'm probably just missing something but I think I've looked everywhere I can for an answer. I have already been sorted into Slytherin and got an invitation to join the Slytherin common room, but when I click on it through the invite it says I have to be a member. I'm logged in, look everywhere and can't find what to do. Am I just blind?

***ETA: Yes, i was blind, I did find the "join now". Sheesh! LOL ***

Oh, and also why is my post count still at zero? **scratches head**
I hate feeling so out of sorts as a newbie, sorry!

Probably because you're posting in non-qualifying areas. If you post in e.g. the Stone, the Cloak and the Department of International Magical Cooperation you should see your post count shoot up.

You can create a thread in the Sorting Hat forums in which you answer our sorting questions. All information on how to do that can be found here

Be aware that you may not choose your own house though.
