Re: Favorite Fragrances

My favs are Ralph Lauren's Romance and the classic Chanel No. 5. It's been a long time since I've used them but I also like Prescriptive's Calyx and Estee Lauder's Linen.

It lasts all day then? That's the problem I have with perfumes - they smell wonderful... for about two hours.

I used to use Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger and then switched to Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker which ended up being a great scent but it lasted just long enough for me to spray it on and walk out the door and then it wore off. It also stopped being sold at Macy's which is where I tend to buy my perfumes so I had to switch to something that was easier to find.

My current obsession is with Alien by Thierry Mugler - it's got a great smell, sort of fruity-flower but also kind of spicy... His Angel is supposed to be popular but it's too musky for me. Alien is a great alternative to Angel, plus it comes in a really cool purple bottle =^D It also seems to last a long longer on me than many other perfumes, sometimes I can almost still smell it by lunchtime! (Not a great achievement but considering my past experiences with perfumes... )

Oh I used to Love Solar, I was sad when they stopped making that, Charlie Sunshine was similar but they stopped making it too.

At the moment my favourite is Vera Wang's Rock Princess- mainly because I managed to get a bottle after they stopped making it. I'm buying some Lust from Lush soon though so that's sure to overtake it!
