Send an Owl to one of the mods if you have an idea. It will be awhile before we set something up. And we like to keep details secret.

As that's the case, are representatives of the Houses allowed to get together and run their own inter-House contest on the forum? If so, would one Mod be willing to help run it?

The Houses can run their own inter-House contest. They just need to plan it out and run it by one of the mods for approval.
