Hi Everyone,

So it's been a bit quiet for you all recently on the timings of CoS closing. I've not been online for about two months now, for a host of reasons. Lots of things are happening at the moment that have prevented me from being on CoS for some time and may continue you do so for the foreseeable future.

The good news (if it is such) is that CoS won't be closing when I had planned (end of July). I've far too much going on in my life to dedicate time to it, so for now I am going to pencil in the Autumn months to explore feasibility.

Continue to talk about the closure here and just carry on for now and watch this space. I'll update when I have some firm dates on when things can change.

1. If you could spend a day with any Harry Potter character who would you choose and why?

Severus Snape. I'd love to just sit and talk with him. There's gotta be SOMEthing out there in common we could talk about.

2. Which Deathly Hallow would you choose?

None of them. Too much temptation to misuse them.

3. Which magical pet would you bring with you to Hogwarts?

Um. Okay, very typical here, but, a cat. One just like my pet Bear, I'd hope.

4. What would be your favorite subject at Hogwarts?

That's a really hard choice! Potions or Herbology. Potions because I like cooking, and think about it, it's kind of the same attitude when you get experimental in the kitchen. Herbology because I love plants.

5. If you could ask J.K. Rowling to write one thing what would it be?

I think I'd actually like to see James and Lily's story from THEIR point of view.

6. Would you play Quidditch? If so which position?

I'd have to give it a try to see if I liked it. If I did, Keeper, definitely! (I played catcher in high school)

7. Which magical career would you choose?

Apprentice to Mr. Ollivander, learning to make wands.

8. What would your patronus be?

A barn owl.

9. Which magical place would you most like to visit?

BESIDES Hogwarts?

10. Pick one house you would prefer not to be in. (Optional)

I'd prefer not to be a Ravenclaw (nothing against them, but even with my love of books and reading I can't see that being my be-all and end-all)

Indeed - Ravenclaw would have suited you, but I will go with Hufflepuff - I'm sure you will fit in there!

Are you sure you won't reconsider? Ravenclaw isn't just about books and I think you'd be a good fit there.

If not, then I guess it has to be HUFFLEPUFF.
