When Harry won't let go of Cedric's body
When Amos is crying over Cedric, and all that "MY BOY!"

I think my least favorite part in GoF, was when Filch was run/limping across the Great Hall. It was just....un-Filch.

That scene with Filch was just so unnecessary, i mean, i was like *** were they thinking, filch doesn't even run in the book. Just stupidl.

I began to sob when Harry and Voldemort connected, and then Harry saw his parents. I've always found the scenes with Lily and James in the movies to be extremely moving, and to give us a more in-depth look into Harry's true feelings. If his parents had been alive to this day, then he'd be a completely different person. The look of vulnerability in his eyes just makes me cry. It always does. I love Harry.

Filch's only scenes this time were comical. There was him running around, then there was him dancing with the cat. He was as out of character as Dumbledore.
The other thing I didn't get was Fake Moody. What was he trying to do with the ceiling? (His grand entrance) I lost that whole thing.

It was artsy in a way how they shot the kind of moving scenes, but yeah, the graveyard, torture scene and cedrics death really gave me a big shock at how emotional they were, including how Neville was with Moody.
I liked how they showed the students in the stands just in shock, standing totally still, at Cedric's dead body laying there, and you didn't hear anything but Amos yelling.

Cedric's lifeless face, eyes wide open, was chilling.

for me the most moving part was when harry and cedric were back after facing voldemort. harry was crying because he felt like it was his fault cedric died while he was embracing the dead body of cedric and cedric's eyes were still open..awwwww..it was really touching.

The scene outside of the owlery with Harry and Cho got to me because Harry was so embarassed and you could really see that Cho felt bad...and I agree with everyone else about Fleur's scream and Cedric and his father. I also LOVED Viktor and Hermione dancing.

‘And now – piertotum locomotor!’ cried Professor McGonagall. And all along the corridor the statues and suits of armour jumped down from their plinths, and from the echoing crashes from the floors above and below, Harry knew that their fellows throughout the castle had done the same.
‘Hogwarts is threatened!’ shouted Professor McGonagall. ‘Man the boundaries, protect us, do your duty to our school!’
Clattering and yelling, the horde of moving statues stampeded past Harry: some of them smaller, others larger than life. There were animals too, and the clanking suits of armour brandished swords and spiked balls on chains.

Laugh: Neville's 'I killed Harry Potter!'

Gasp: The first time the hedges start to collapse. Someone hit the back of my chair right at that moment and i nearly screamed.

Most moving: Neville and Hermione in moody's class. That was really sad. I was mad at Moody for a second.

Though I enjoyed the entire movie, there were a few parts that really got to me

Scared - I agree with LadyMarauder - the maze scared the popcorn out of me!
Emotional - pretty much from the point Harry and Cedric get transported to the graveyard until the end of the movie. I can't just pick a point -- the whole chunk will have to do.

The saddest part was definitely the part when Harry returned to Hogwarts with Cedric's body amidst cheering and clapping. Amos is hugging someone. And then Fleur screams. Hagrid stops in mid clad. Dumbledore rises. Harry's crying...there's a hush. Amos arrives..."thats my boy"...yeah, definitely a tear jerker.

Fred and George were hilarious as usual. Some of Ron's reactions were priceless.

Oh, I forgot the "well now im really depressed" line off Ron, I thought that was funny, and then Hermione's emotional outburst saying that someone had invited her to the ball and she said yes. I thought that was good...Ive been there, when someone I liked asked me to a dance only after he tried everybody else, but I too was already taken....men!

When Harry returns from the graveyard and falls on top of Cedric and starts crying. I almost cried myself.

Oh my gosh. I knew there was something up with that scene but I actually couldn't put my finger on what it was!! Wow. That was very moving.

Amos Diggory's hysterics over his son's body, and the moments preceeding this. So sad.
Also, the scene after Cho declines Harry's offer. Harry is sitting all depressed, clutching the egg. It was funny and sad at the same time.
That's about all I can remember currently.

These are from the movie...
Can't remember specific details from the book. Have to re-read it soon.
