In my (alright, yes, younger) radical days of writing scorching letters to various editors, senators, and miscellaneous establishment heads, I heard that for every 1000 people with an opinion, only 1 would express that opinion in print.

I guess that means about 36,000 of us read and love TMQ. ;-)

I'm really happy that the Quill will continue! I am looking forward to the next great adventure and I will do my best to contribute my ideas to the survey and contest. I hope everybody else out there who has never contributed will start sending in some ideas-it doesn't matter that you think we might think that the idea is 'no good', as Robbie said-some small insignificant idea can start off a whole new adventure! So, don't be afraid to send in your ideas.

I was very glad to see that many people expressed the same opinion as me related to TMQ. I was unable to check Mugglenet for the last few weeks and did not know that this was all going on. I would have been sad to return to Mugglenet and find that my favorite column was gone. I have not really contributed much in the past, but I will try to vote in the surveys from now one. Keep up the good work Robbie!

Wow... Robbie you sure did a brillant job to have most of us readers to want you to continue Magic Quill or at least finsh it properly... and i have to really admit that the plot is extemely gripping and exciting but what makes it an even more fun fanfic to read is the weekly Challenge that readers can participate and have a chance to influence the next ever so compelling chapter. I will definetely never cease to give ideas as it's just so fun attempting to come up with creative answers for the challenge...

I haven´t had time to properly express in this forum how glad I am that TQM continues.
Robbie, you´ve certeinly done an amazing job... and the amount of responses from your readers is a prove of that. Ithink I speak (or write) for everyone when I say (type) that we´ll miss TQM if it was no longer published. the things we would have missed the most are, no doubt about it, the contest and survey at the end every exiting chapter... personaly... I read that first, before reading the actual Quill, and try to give the craziest answer I can come up with... I love the fact that, undirectly, colunms like this one, are making young people to love reading, and even to write in this creative (but only apt for hard workers) genre.
