Snape must have seen that there were two brooms up there, he is not stupid. So he know that Harry was around there somewhere. Assuming that Snape is good, Dumbledore could have been asking him to make sure Harry was going to be ok, not to betray that he knew he was there somewhere. Just a thought I found quite cool.

1. What are the Deathly Hallows?
I believe the Deathly Hallows are a combination of ideas relating to People, Places and Things. The people are the founding wizards of Hogwarts, i.e. Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff. The places are where the founders are buried, the Graveyard at Hogwarts a lost and hidden location, and potentially places of power for the founders (i.e. Slytherin’s Chamber of Secrets, Ravenclaw’s Room of Requirement ? ). The things are the artifacts of the founders that Lord Voldemort has used to create horcruxes (i.e. Slytherin’s Locket, Hufflepuff’s Cup, Ravenclaw’s tiara ? ). Thus the intertwining of the founders, artifacts, horcruxes, and where they are located as a wonderfully complex title. Of course it could be that JKR just came up with a fancy way to say Lord Voldemorts Horcruxes.
2. What are the remaining horcruxes? Is Harry or his scar a horcrux?
We only have 6 total, with 2 being destroyed already; the diary and the ring. This leaves us with 4 left, one of which we know for sure is Slytherin’s Locket though we do not know where it is at the moment (we can speculate on several options, but that is not the question). I believe Dumbledore was correct in his speculations, so the remaining 3 are the Hufflepuff Cup, Nagini (LV’s pet snake), and something of Ravenclaw’s most likely a tiara. Neither Harry nor his scar is a horcrux.

Sure, eventually we all die. I do not believe he will die as a plot element in the story, but JKR might have his death be the reason for the epilogue

Because he saw Snape had true remorse for having told Voldemort about the Prophecy, especially after he found out that Voldemort intended to kill the Potters.

Since the horcrux storyline never interested me much I haven't given them much thought. So I'll just go along with what many others have previously stated and say they'll turn out to be something from Ravenclaw and Slytherin, etc

Seriously guys she won't. Jo's a woman (don't mean to sound sexist but fact is she is stereotypical and conservative in certain aspects of the story, such as romance and maternity), she's a mother, and she's a person with a big heart and a lot of sensitivity. She's stated that Harry's like a son to her so I very much doubt she'll kill of a "child" of hers. I just can't see her coming to do that.

4. Without considering Harry, who else will die?
again, no clue. There are obvious candidates, like Voldemort and Pettigrew (actually, Pettigrew's death is the only death I'm certain of). I'll also wager one of the Weasleys die. come on, there are just too many of them and the family is way too perfect and happy. And I've long acknowledged that there is a very huge possibility Snape could die.

5. Who will redeem himself? Certain Slytherin students (Nott, Parkinson, Zabini, etc) when they finally decide to join the white hats and fight against Voldy. I think Draco will be partially redeemed but won't necessarily join the Order.

Dumbledore impersonated a trustworthy Serverus Snape in Spinner's End by use of either Polyjuice Potion or Transfiguration.
Snape and Lily were never in love, but they did become study-buddies for potions. Wanting to keep this secret, they would meet over the summer holiday at Lily's house and that is who Petunia meant when she mentioned "that awful boy". Since they were way ahead, Snape borrowed his mom's NEWT level potion book and they kept notes in that, which is why Hermione says the handwriting in the Half Blood Prince's book looks like a girl's.
After Hagrid found out about Sirius getting landed in Azkaban, he gave the flying motorcycle to Arther Weasley. Mr. Weasley then took it apart and put its engine into his Ford Angila, which we first met in CoS.
Neville will become the Herbology Teacher after the war.

Harry will play professional Quiddich.
Hermione will continue her work with SPEW and other charitable organizations.
