I agree about Nikki though, it does seem like they set her up to die.

I know Hiro has been central to the plot, but some reason I still think he may go...

I also think the fact that we got the information about how to kill someone with the Healing Power is to cut off their head, it made me feel like we would see that in action. So that leaves Adam, Peter, and Claire.

I don't mind if Nikki or Nathan die, I'm not font of either of them. However I don't think that a so main character dies. I rather expect someone like Elle or Monica. And when Sylar dies...

Now that the show’s in its second season, and wildly popular, it’s going to be very hard to kill off a main character. That’s why I wasn’t too worried when HRG got shot a few episodes ago. Even in season one no main characters were killed. (Isaac was the closest.)

Only one death is supposed to be clear and final though. This means that only one character dies for sure while the other two still have a chance to return.

I'll put a bet on Mamma Petrelli to bite the big one as a female. Her role has weakened considerably and sometimes goes around in circles. Her role as "secret-keeper" can't last too long at this rate, and her power is also diminished over circumstances.

I agree with those who feel Nikki will be killed. Actually, I've kind of been expecting her to die all season. I've just been getting the feeling that there's a reason they were setting Micah up with that new family, like that he was going to be with them long-term.

Also, it wouldn't surprise me if Nikki were the one whose death was a sure thing. She's not really a fan favorite, I don't think, and she's never been as vital to the show. Also, there aren't a whole lot of major female characters from the original cast who could die. Aside from Mama Petrelli, there's really just Claire, and I don't think they'd kill her.

Me too! Hiro is so cute and sweet... they won't kill him off, all of the people I talk to that watch the show agree that Hiro, along with Claire and Peter, are the best characters. If any one of them got killed off, I'd stop watching. For who'll die, I'm guessing Nathan, Angela or, as heaps of people have said, Nikki. I really wouldn't care if any of them snuffed it either... their plots just aren't as interesting as the others.

Just to join in the idiot race discussion, I'm putting Maya at second, only because I haven't seen the episode where Alejandro dies. I could have reached into the TV screen and strangled Mohinder when he shot Noah... the only thing Noah wanted to do was get his daughter back safely. I mean, Mohinder knew that Bob is evil, or is he too dense to comprehend that, even after everything he's experienced? Noah isn't exactly a saint either but he's clearly the lesser evil... I suppose Mohinder DID save him, though, but he's still permanently out of my favourites list... A little side note, I loved the method Noah used for restraining Elle... Stings like a ***** doesn't it? That whole daughter swap thing was a cool idea... and I love West, he's awesome.

I think he will get his powers back. I can't see them cutting him from the show. Maybe he will die and have a rebirth? .

Yay its on in like 12 1/2 hours . It is sad that this is the last one this season. It will be a long gap in between. As for the people dieing, I feel like it would be someone that we least thought, like one of the favorites. Peter and Nathan both "died" at the end of last season, so maybe something like that will happen again, but with different characters.

He's an awesome villain. Plus, I don't think Tenshi would be too happy if her husband died...

Nikki seems to be a favourite on this thread to die. I agree, they've set up Micah's alternate family pretty well, and it's seeming more likely that Micah will stay with them. I'm not sure whether it will be a definite death, though. I think they might keep it in suspense until the next season

I really don't want Adam to die! He's such an amazingly cool villain (better than Sylar IMO) and he seems so calculating. I'd really love to see him live and to come back for another season. And I'd also like to see what happened to him after he met Hiro and how he became involved in the whole situation.

As far as I know Sanders hinted that he'll be on the show a while longer. The spoilers I read are along the same lines. It would not make sense to kill him off now because they put a lot of effort in building up his character. I agree with you, he is an awesome villain.

I think Mohinder might die. They've downplayed his role and he's been acting like an idiot. Nikki will probably bite it because Micah has a new home. And Angela is superfluous at this point.

I've got to get off the computer now since real spoilers will be cropping up and I'm on the west coast and won't see the show for 2 1/2 hours.

Okay I just watched the Finale...I am posting this in spoiler tags because I know some have not watched it yet...

So Nikki and Nathan both died. Can't say those weren't seen comming. I feel like Nathan may be back though, I mean he just needs Peter's blood right? I am hoping that Peter will put the two together...

Okay Angelia is seriously messed up! I can not believe the woman. I think there is so much more that we have yet to learn about The Founders and The Company. Having Matt, Peter, and Nathan see that secret room may be of some siginicance.

Loved the ending with Sylar. His character is starting to grow on me. I am glad that he will be back if there is a next season, which I am pretty sure there will be.

Loving Elle's character, I am pretty sure she is my favorite. I am glad she didn't die and that she started to question what happened to her. I hope she turns her back on her father. I think someone said awhile back that they would like to see Elle and Noah team up and I agree that would be cool.

Overall the episode was pretty good, the way Nikki died was so not original or surprising. It was kind of drab. But I thought the episode had good pace and answered a lot of questions.

How dare they kill my boy nathan. I'm sad, but they'll hopefully bring him back with clair and mohinder's blood. That actor has good chemistry with everyone on the show. What the heck is wrong Angela. That woman is evil. Hiro should have killed adam because we all know he is going to get out of that grave. Poor micah. Losing both of his parents. I will miss nikki. Why did they bring back maya. I don't see the point in her character. Next volume is going to be full of bad guys. Sylar, adam and the freaking company. No wonder why they call it vallians.

Overall decent episode. I hope next volume (if the strike is over) will be way better than this one.

I completely agree about Hiro putting Adam in that coffin. That was actually kind of funny because it is so obvivous he is going to get out. I wonder if they thought having Hiro kill him would look "bad" on Hiro's character.

I don't really see any point in Maya's character either, except that she will probaby be after Sylar and has a pretty powerful power to kill him.

Gosh I wish we didn't have to wait so long!
