Re: The U-Bend #44 -- The Long Goodbye and Hello
I'm glad Andrew's back writing 'The U-Bend' - I had truly missed their witty editorials (withdrawal had begun to set in). And farewell, Robert: we will miss your contributions, but I'm sure Andrew will continue bravely on with the humorous tradition you helped establish.

Re: The U-Bend #44 -- The Long Goodbye and Hello
Well, I'm not exactly a regular here (yay, third post!) but I just wanted to say that I once read something from the U-Bend just because I was checking out the MN Editorial section and thought that this name was the funniest one.
I don't remember what it was though, just that it was really good.Anyhow, I'd really like to review editorials on a regular basis. Since I've finally started to rss stuff I might actually succed in doing that. I think it's great that you keep going even though I've only ever read one of the U-Bend editorials before and I don't even remember it... But my point is that ANYONE who keeps up whatever they're doing post DH is a hero in this fandom! Cookies for you! So, this is great and hopefully you'll see me around. I intend to be around. If I'm not, blame it on my internet or something and keep writing. |

Yeah! I've missed the U-bend. It's nice to know when you're not the only post-DH obsessive fan left...

Re: The U-Bend #44 -- The Long Goodbye and Hello
Thank goodness someone out there is still going to write editorials. The fact that it is in my favourite thread makes me even happier. I count myself one of the five who read your column! You always brought a wry or slapstick view to whatever topic you both selected to write on. I'm sorry Robert is not interested anymore but I'm confident you'll manage admirably.
You write it and I'll read it and even comment on it. Once a month is better than nothing. |

I've missed you. I haven't been to the feedback section of the Editorials in soooo long. I can understand the problem, but like Tweak says: "once a month is better than nothing".
I look forward to anything you "flush" to us. |

Re: The U-Bend #44 -- The Long Goodbye and Hello
I haven't logged on to Chamber of Secrets forever, but I had to say I'm so glad the editorial is back. I was so impressed with the Mars Bar Article, (although so many thought it was senseless). But it was intriguing, expanding on a random detail that proved so revealing and sentimental. Glad you're bad
