Your quotes = one of my favourite Ron quotes ever. Of course, I may not be that objective since basically everything Ron says or does is my favourite thing, but still - a truly lovely choice.

There are so many favourite Ron quotes... Let's pick a random two for starters.

"What's the point?" said Ron. "You know it by heart, we can just ask you."

"Well, we were always going to fail that one," said Ron gloomily as they ascended the marble staircase. He had just made Harry feel rather better by telling him how he told the examiner in detail about the ugly man with a wart on his nose in the crystal ball, only to look up and realize he had been describing the examiner's reflection. (so typical of Ron )

Yes. That's one I didn't find yesterday. One of my favourites as well.

But i just realized that the thread asks for favourite Ron quotes and not just the funny ones (although Ron had myriads of them). So, one of my favourite quotes, maybe the favourite serious quote would have to be:

“That makes me sound a lot cooler than I was." --I had this in my signature for so long. I adore this (and that entire chapter!).

"All's fair in love and war, and this is a bit of both." (or something) --I forgot about that, but I like it...

I feel like I'm cheating by taking your quotes... It seems like there were a lot more funny Ron quotes in DH than the others. Maybe I'll come back with quotes of my own in awhile.

I don't think this is a direct quote, but I love what happened during Ron's O.W.L. for Divination.

It's not hilarious but one of my favourites was: "If you want to kill Harry, you'll have to kill me first" ~ paraphrased because I can't remember the quote.

Almost every word Ron utters is a favourite Ron quote so I'll have to wait until I have my books on hand to put the full list together. Right now, the one I mentioned is the one that immediately jumps to mind.

I know what you mean! All the ones I can think of off hand have been posted, but pretty much anything Ron says could go in here.
