ha what a weird concept! i guess duddly would be ok, and maybe aunt petunia, because it wasnt that she didnt like magic, it was just that she was jealous. she might even be proud that since she didnt get it, her grandchild did. vernon would probably flip, but would accept it eventually. its kind of weird because i just listened to the first few chapters of the seventh book, and you realize how accepting duddly is of magic.

He probably would be in Glyffindor as well. Didn't Big D got a little bit connect with Harry in DH? Maybe that would bring the 2 cousins closer together. As for Petunia and Vernon? I think they would be fine. They had stand Harry for all those years already anyway.

Half of what you said is right Duddley and Harry did get closer and if he did have a wizarding child that would no doubt bring them closer together. But Petunia and Vernon might be a different story consider Petunia to be a bit more understanding, i have a feeling Vernon would go absolutely crazy.

i cant speculate about which house a magical child of dudleys would wind up in but i will say that the news would do vernon and petunia in. if either of them survived the initial heart attack, they would most likely disown the baby. maybe even dudley depending on whether he married a witch. i dont think he would sire a wizard child if he married another muggle. remember, the definition of a muggle is a person with "not a drop of magical blood in their veins." i suppose you could argue that if that were true their would be no muggle-borns. you would be right but i still just cant see dudley marrying a muggle and having magical kids. as for harry and dudleys reactions to the discovery, harry would think that was the most ironic, funniest thing ever. dudley would probably be stunned but would accept it.
