I've just started playing Year 1-4 and am up to Year 2 so far. Enjoying it very much at the moment but I'm cringing at the fact at all the stuff I will have to go back and do to get 100% because for me a game isn't over till it's 100%! Looking forward to Years 5-7 when I get around to buying it.

I agree about the regular ones...I was extremely disappointed with DH1 and I haven't even finished it or started DH2...Lego is hands down the best HP games followed by Quidditch

So remember I said my brother had downloaded a ps3 demo from LEGO Years 5-7? And that it was Lovegood's level? Well I bought DH2 yesterday (it came out only then) and I didn't get the chance to have a look at it until today and I was totally expecting the demo to be the same one but, wait for it, IT WASN'T!! IT'S THE GRAVEYARD LEVEL!! Where they look for clues in the tombstones!!! And there are more characters in this one! YAYYYYY!
ANd btw the part with the old woman, well I actually didn't know LEGO could be that scary and I'm sirius about that.
So yeah! I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!D

Hey, guys. Can you help me? I'm playing Lego HP 1-4 on iOS and am running into a problem.

I'm in the Forbidden Forrest and I need help activating pet zone to get the potion. I try to click on the owl when it's blinking, but nothing happens. The owl just disappears. Can you suggest anything? Thanks.

The Graveyard was also the playable demo at Comic-Con San Diego; I wasn't expecting Lovegood's House at all. Also, you're "sirius"? Pun intended or a bad habit?

Is the game on iOS different from the one on PS3? Because I have no idea what do you mean with pet zone or what owl are you talking about...

I think the iOS version is similar or the same to the DS and PSP versions - try googling for info on those versions

Oh my gosh I want these games! I saw the trailer for it with Voldemort standing in front of the mirror pulling faces, and I kept getting flashbacks of it while in work today and giggling for no apparent reason. I've played Star Wars lego before, that was kinda cool.

Does anyone know how to grab the Slytherin Crest in "Magic is Might" on 5-7? everytime I try I fail to grab it in time...

Santa brought me Years 5-7! YAY! It's SO AMAZING I COULD EXPLODE! I mean, I've only finished one level and I'm already waaaaaaay TOO excited! Hahaha I'm truly LOVING it!

Sadly no. I tried like three times. Every time, i get pushed out of there because of dementors.

5-7 is awesome. The hub is much bigger and i love how they handled the whole camping sequences. They even managed to make The Prince's Tale bit interesting in lego pantomimed cutscene form. Its both hilarious and sad...tragically ludicrous. They pull that off pretty well with the other death scenes. Like Sirius (which is really funny! How they managed that...i dunno...) and Dumbledore. I was like "wow....LOL awww..."

Also Slughorn randomly being able to turn into a chair generated loads of lols from me.

It was the levels and how clever they were that got me. Like, the Occlumency level/Snapes Memory, The Grimmauld Place level (you can see Buckbeak in one of the rooms!), the Slughorn levels, etc. I was all "wow this is great!" (look really closely in the Lovegood level in 7 part 1. You can see in Luna's room the portraits of Harry and friends on the ceiling! I love little nods like that!) Also that Tale of 3 Brothers part. Niiiiiice. (sad you cant unlock them...)

Gripes:
Its really glitchy...i think its glitchier than the last one.
You cant go in the other common rooms other than Gryffindor anymore.
Not a whole lot of cool Dark Magic users outside Voldy, Scabior, and Bellatrix.
Year 7 part 2 doesnt have a lot of story events outside the levels.
Dueling is cool but gets tedious after awhile.

I discovered this the other day and got so disappointed.. I suppose at least I can play 1-4 for that if I really want to...

Has anyone else had problems getting the gold brick in the dorm corridor? I've blasted all the tapestries I can see, but I don't even get a "1/8" counter - just lots of coins...

I got LEGO Years 5-7 for Christmas, and I love it. Smashing things with Reducto is more fun than should be allowed, and the puzzles in many levels (Designed to make the games fun & longer-lasting) range from simple to clever to infuriatingly difficult. But I can deal with the difficulty.

Still, it suffers from the same problem every other LEGO game has ever had: The camera. That camera is possessed by Death Eaters, I swear. In rooms/areas that are long and narrow, the camera chooses to show you the room/area from one of the narrow sides. Which is extremely annoying, as it tends to block important and/or useful stuff for the level from view, especially if said room is very cluttered. In very large rooms, it will zoom out so far that you can barely see your character, namely, in the Ministry of Magic main hall and outside the vault at Gringott's (Once you get on the dragon). Took me 5 minutes just to figure out where the goblins you were supposed to shoot at were, because they were so tiny.

I finally got 100% on Year 5-7! Now I've 100%'d both 1-4 and 5-7 and it feels so good! Kinda sad there's not going to be another game though

Is years 5-7 out on IOS yet? I want to play but have never been able to find it in the app store!

Potter_fan, you just need to run like there's no tomorrow Just keep to the left and tuck behind that statue when it arrives. It took me a few times which was fustrating because I had to start the level all over again

crookshanks1177, I don't know if it is... I know the version for Mac's not until Feburary, though, and it came out a bit later for 1-4.
