Watching Ella Enchanted and Ella sang Somebody to Love with the giants. Not that it was bad, but after the Glee version ... well, you know what I mean.
How are they going to get through a scene w/o laughing. Can you imagine all the ad libbing between Jane and Molly that will probably happen.

Re: Glee

You know you're obsessed with Glee when:

You catch your 5 year old signing "You Can't Always Get What You Want" into her hairbrush. You know you've played the soundtrack one too many times.

Re: Glee

I think my dvd player is beginning to get tired of the show. I put in disc 3 (Road to Sectionals) and it suddenly said that it would not play the disc due to the parental control settings on the dvd. But, I didn't put any parental controls on there and that disc had worked fine a few hours ago and my other discs' worked fine...maybe it was just tired of those episodes?

That just means you're being a good parent by exposing your child to good music.

My eleven year-old threw himself between the car seats and changed to his favorite radio station. We had a 30 second finger fight over the radio controls. I lost <sigh>

Don't put up with that nonsense from your DVD player. Threaten it with the garbage dump.

I got a larger TV today (19" up from 13") mostly for Glee watching. Hooked up the DVD player, and it doesn't work. So now I'm watching it on my 7" portable (Will and April singing Alone right now).

Have to call the cable company to hook everything back up again. Thank goodness for my portable.

I don't know if I'll threaten it with the garbage dump just yet as my mom said she'll try to fix it when she gets a chance. But if it doesn't continue to work, it may be facing a garbage dump soon.

Seems like we're both having troubles with dvd players right now. What's going on?

"I Can't Fight This Feeling" came on when I was in the car with my nieces(9) and I turned away because I assumed they didn't want to listen to it, how wrong was I:

Niece:Why did you turn it?"
Me: I didn't think you wanted to listen to it.
Niece: I want to listen to everything other one chimed in as well.
Me: You don't even know who that is singing.
Niece: That's Finn, I know his voice.

Nothing I could say to that.

Even though 11 year old hasn't really seen the DVDs, just a snippet here and there (I think they are more PG-13 than PG), he still knows who is singing on the CD's. Amazing, isn't it.

I'm really upset right now. Not only is my DVD player not working, but my portable is also have sticking issues with Glee.

Turning on the music, but what I really need to listen to is Emma singing and crying in her car. That's the way I feel without my Glee.

The problem with my portable seems to happen only when I watch more than one episode. Guess I have to turn it off to let it rest (lazy little thing) before watching another one. So I'll just turn on the music while it's having it's little nap.

YES!! Today is the 13th, so just two months.

Isn't Corey Monteith Canadian? He should have been invited to sing at the Olympics.

He went to opening night, he tweeted a pic. Maybe tomorrow I will find it and show it to you.

Wish they would announce the dates for the summer concert.

I popped over to Frankenteen (love it) and took a look. He was sitting pretty high up. I liked the jacket.

The volume was so low, I couldn't hear it. I raised the volume on the vid and my computer and it was still almost muted.

OMH, Sue with the Madonna Ice Cream Cones. Outstanding! How many days is it now, Candy? I think you're our official time-keeper.

I was just watching Sectionals (Olympics aren't on for another 10 minutes) and I just noticed something. For Don't Rain on my Parade, they are wearing blue sashes and ties. For You Can't Always Get What You Want, they are wearing red. Never noticed that before.

Maybe this one is better.
