Ok hello everyone. This is a fan fic I though of and its about two people that are in the same year and Harry Potter and company. There are only a few differences in the plot than in Harry Potter plot but there is nothing major that changes. I have to admit this is my very 1st fan fic but I hope ya’ll like it. Most likely ya’ll will like the idea but not my writing. Part of it will be from the point of view of Tommy Fortner and the other will be from the part of view from Casey Caradine. It will take place over the 7 years also and maybe a little passed the end of the Harry Potter books.

Disclaimer: Any names you recognize from Harry Potter are owned by J.K Rowling. There will be names that will be my own creations though.

Chapter 1- A Little Boy
This boy at the age of eleven stumbled out of his room in the morning to find some breakfast. He was very skinny and small for his age but hoped to God he would grow out of it. He always kept his hair buzzed and wore glasses. He had a Southern drawl that kids joked about. Instantly his foster parents see the boy has been crying again and his foster mother asks “I know you’re still very hurt from losing your mom but we have some good news for you for once. You have gotten a letter from a school called Hogwarts. We haven’t opened it yet because its addressed to you.” The young boy was originally from a small town called Camden, Tennessee which was in America. He really didn’t care about the letter so he tried to eat but couldn’t find his appetite. He really hasn’t eaten much since his mom died from no apparent reason last month and he was sent to Britain to live with some far off family members. He has lived with his new family for a month now and still found no good news and he hoped this would be it His dad has been died since he ever remembered and his mom and new parents didn’t answer any questions about his dad but he knew his name was Johnny Fortner.

So he went over and picked up the letter and it said it was from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Tommy thought it was a very big joke but he opened the letter and read

Dear Mr. Fortner,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

He thought it was a stupid joke and threw it against the wall angry that someone would try and pull some stupid joke like this. He cursed at whoever would try that till he foster dad strolled over and said it wasn’t a joke and that his parents were wizards and very good ones. Tommy was very reluctant to believe them till he thought it over and he realized he has always been able to do weird things. This finally lifted his spirits up a little for the 1st time since his parents died. So he finally went over and picked up the letter and read the rest of it

1 cauldron (pewter, standard size 2)
1 set glass or crystal phials
1 telescope
1 set brass scales
Students may also bring an owl OR a cat OR a toad

PARENTS ARE REMINDED THAT FIRST YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED THEIR OWN BROOMSTICKS

On a smaller piece of paper it said a teacher from Hogwarts will be assisting him to Diagon Ally to get all of hi school things. He was so excited. His foster mom then said “ We didn’t know whether you were one or not but your parents would be very proud for you.” Him thinking his mom and dad being proud of him made him even happier. So on August 31 he was up once the Sun came up and got ready just in time to see a elderly women come in the house and introduce herself as Professor McGonagalll and said she would be your Transfiguration teacher. He then asked where we would be going to get all this stuff and how we will be paying for it.
She replied “ Your guardians will give me muggle money and I will transfer in into Wizardry money. Now if your ready we will began our short walk to Diagon Ally. “ He wondered what Diagon Ally was but decided against questioning the professor. So they went on a walk lasting about 30 minutes and came to a place called the Leaky Cauldron. There was something odd about this place and he got a strange feeling about it. So he walked in and the place was very noisy and everyone muttering something about a kid named Harry Potter and he wondered why he was so popular. Then a middle-aged man named Quirrel came to Professor McGonagall and stuttered something about Harry Potter being here. He didn’t listen much but started completely when Professor McGonagall hit a place in the wall and a archway came into view. It showed many shops and she said “Tommy, Welcome to Diagon Ally”

ok probably not the best thing you ever read( and certainly not the longest) but i hoped ya'll somewhat liked it and i think it will get alot better as the story progressed so please try and follow it. I will probably post chapters 2 and maybe 3 later on tonight.
