Yes, Mrs Weasley cut Charlie's hair in DH.

DH, The Will of Albus DumbledoreIt provided a distratcion, watching Mrs Weasley force Charlie into a chair, raise her wand threateningly and announce that he was about to get a proper haircut.

Re: Little Questions Answered v.17

But if wizards' hair grow that fast why don't all the students at Hogwarts look like hippies or rock stars? Who give them a haircut during a year at Hogwarts? Dumbledore? He said that Harry needed a shave in the HBP film. Are they doing it with magic? Hairdomento?

Well, yeah, just like Muggles do, I suppose. I remember that when I was little, my mum used to cut my hair...anyway...too much information...But I guess wizards have hairdressers too, they might be some professional in hair-cutting wizards and witches...

They don't always grow hair that fast. What we need to remember is that harry's overnight-hair-growth was just one of those things that happens when wizards & witches are first developing their powers. He hated the haircut, and that's why he grew his hair back. Other than that, wizards grow hair just like muggles.

And, as for who cuts their hair at Hogwarts, I assume that they could do it themselves, with a few waves of their wands.

I think wizards can control how quickly their hair grows. We only hear of exceptionally fast hair growing (without a wand) once:
SS, Ch. 2, The Vanishing Glass, Page 24, American, HBOnce, Aunt Petunia, tired of Harry coming back from the barbers looking as though he hadn't been at all, had taken a pair of kitchen scissors and cut his hair so short he was almost bald except for his bangs, which she left "to hide that horrible scar." Dudley laughed himself silly at Harry, who spent a sleepless night imagining school the next day, where he was already laughed at for his baggy clothes and taped glasses. Next morning, however, he had gotten up to find his hair exactly as it had been before Aunt Petunia had sheared it off. He had been given a week in his cupboard for this, even though he had tried to explain that he couldn't explain how it had grown back so quickly.

I think this is one of the cases of early outbursts of magic that occur when an underage wizard is "scared or angry." However, it does show that wizards can grow their hair at faster speeds than normal.

We also know there is a Hair-Thickening Charm:
OotP, Ch. 19, The Lion and the Serpent, Page 400, American, HBWhen Alicia Spinnet turned up in the hospital wing with her eyebrows growing so thick and fast that they obscured her vision and obstructed her mouth, Snape insisted that she must have attempted a Hair-Thickening Charm on herself...

As for cutting hair, I think wizards and witches can do this magically, rather than manually with scissors:
GoF, Ch. 5, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, Page 62, American, HB"And your hair's getting silly, dear," said Mrs. Weasley, fingering her wand lovingly. "I wish you'd let me give it a trim..."

I take Mrs. Weasley "fingering her wand lovingly" as evidence that magic can be used to trim hair.

Also, we know wizards do/will use razors (albeit enchanted):
DH, Ch. 7, The Will of Albus Dumbledore, Page 114, American, HBThe other packages contained an enchanted razor from Bill and Fleur ("Ah yes, zis will give you ze smoothest shave you will ever 'ave," Monsieur Delacour assured him, "but you must tell it clearly what you want...ozzerwise you might find you 'ave a leetle less hair zan you would like...")...

I don't think it was ever mentioned in the books. I can only guess that there is a special spell for cutting hair. According to Hermione there are potions and spells used to lengthen and straighten hair (GoF). So I assume there are spells for cutting hair.

A question of my own. Was it ever mentioned that Voldemort eats or sleeps ?

Not that I can recall. Although, as he had a physical body I imagine he must have had to. Hmmm... now I'm trying to imagine what would be Voldemort's favourite meal.

In SS, after the sorting ceremony, Harry glances at Snape and his scar burns. Snape had already crossed over to the Order side at this point, so what was the connection to Voldemort?

Harry's scar didn't hurt because he was looking at Snape. Harry's scar hurts because Quirrell was talking to Snape at the time. And, as I'm sure you know, Quirrell had Voldemort on the back of his head.

It wasn't Snape that caused Harry's scar to burn, it was Voldemort who was at the time in the back of Quirrell's head .

Ps/SS, The Sorting Hat Harry, who was staring to fell warm and sleepy, looked up at the High Table again. Hagrid was drinking from his goblet. Professor Quirrell, in his absurd turban, wastalking to a teacher with greasy black hair, a hooked nose an sallow skin. It happened very sudddenly. The hooked-nosed teacher looked past Quirrell's turban straight into Harry's eyes - and a sharp, hot pain shot across the scar on Harry's forehead.

So it was just a coincidence that Snape looked at Harry at that particular time that Quirrell had the back of his head facing Harry.

Re: Little Questions Answered v.17

It was mentioned that near Snape was sitting Quirrel. And remember, Quirrel was under Volemort's control so the pain was coming from him.

Ugh. Everytime I think my post will come first, when I click post several other posts come before it comes first. (Ok, that didn't make sense. O.o )

Harry's scar hurts because Quirrell (Voldemort was underneath the turbin) was sitting next to Snape at the time, like the others have said. Also, J.K. Rowling has explained that the pain in Harry's scar is caused by the piece of Voldemort's soul trying to leave through the wound in order to rejoin the master soul.

The same way Harry got it - from the Sorting Hat - for a deserving, brave Gryffindor. He was wearing the "burning" hat at the time.
