John Cleese as Nearly Headless Nick

I consider this to be, in my mind, a brilliant piece of casting because John Cleese was how I visualized the appearance of Nearly Headless Nick when I was first reading the books. It's a shame that such a fine British actor was so criminally underused, disappearing entirely after CoS in a role that was shortened (in an early draft of the second film's script, he had more scenes, including singing a ballad about his decapitation), but he stole the scenes that he was in before his departure.
