They haven't aired the featurette the description said about Draco vs. Harry. So I think we'll get at least another DH part 2 clip.

I remember hearing about four clips: Harry/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, The Final Shot, and the Sneak Peek. I believe the Sneak Peek included the promised glimpses of Draco, the dragon, and the final battle - and that these won't appear as separate featurettes.

And as of now, we've seen all four featurettes.

Loved the sneak peek and enjoyed watching SS for the umpteenth time. It was so intense. It is also a bit sad knowing it is all coming to an end soon.

We've seen more than four:

DH2 Featurette, Marauder's Map, Final Shot (final day of shooting), Romance, BTS of Harry and Hermione dancing in DH Part 1.

Besides the DH Featurette, the other four were Max Movie Mode sequences, and nothing like the featurettes we've gotten before. I don't think we've seen all of them.

It's been too long since I have watched OOTP, but what was Neville's line about Harry killing a Basilisk with the sword? Did he mention that the sword came from the sorting hat? If so ,I could see why him knowing the sorting hat could be useful in times of need would make sense. So if he did find it (which someone suggested earlier) that would make sense why he would have held on to it of all things found in the ruins.

I saw several of those while watching CoS tonight, but missed the ending. I definitely saw the dragon tonight, but the first part of the promo was just like last night (saw Snape at Godric's Hollow again).

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.2

Well, both HarryPotterFilm (WB's Harry Potter Twitter account) and ABC Family's Description both said DH2 Sneak Peeks... as in plural, more than one. That gives me faith we'll get more.

HarryPotterFilm's Twitter said this:
Quote:
This weekend's #HarryPotter marathon on @ABCFamily will include exclusive sneak peeks of #DeathlyHallows - Part 2!
A reminder what the description we were given said:

Quote:
"The never-before-seen footage that will be airing throughout the weekend includes a look back at Harry and Ginny’s relationship, director David Yates’ take on Harry and Hermione’s relationship, the origins of The Marauder’s Map and a look into the very last shot of principal photography of the film franchise with producer David Baron. ABC Family will also be airing exclusive sneak peeks at some of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2,” most exciting moments, including Harry & Draco’s fight in the Room of Requirement, the hair-raising dragon sequences and the final courtyard battle between good and evil."
Bold emphasis is mine.

Both mention we are getting more than one DH2 featurettes.... plural. So we can expect at least one more.

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.2

acording to oclumencia the teaser trailer for part 2 is coming in the second half of april

and about the abc weekend
a tweet from yesterday:
SnitchSeeker SnitchSeeker.com
A million apologies for this in advance, but ABC Family said they'd have around 4 Harry Potter videos out this weekend, not all DH2. Sorry!

so this means we are not having more new footage.

Does anyone else think that the picture of Harry "waking up" all of a sudden in that bts video could be him waking up after being "dead"?

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.2

OH MY GOD !!

Finally some DH2 footage! It's acctually really hard for me to find anything to say right now, but i'll just tell my first reaction now and then try to join the discussions

Snape outside the Potter-house was awsome. I think its a flashback, probably from the night Lilly is killed. I have great hopes for this scene, might be amazing.

It also seems like Ginny gets more screentime, which is great to. Maybee they manage to work out the Harry/Ginny relationship after all

Pretty disapointed that the "why do you live"-scene is in the sneak peak. I was hoping they were going to drop that scene... But after all, this is the last movie and it's going to be amazing so untill i see the movie i will hope that the new scenes are good!

Can't wait for July now

The part with the extreme close up on his face? I think it's him waking up on the forest floor, peeking at Voldemort to see what's happening. Do you notice that his face looks bruised? Remember the book said the place where the Killing Curse hit him felt like he'd been punched with an iron fist? Maybe that's where the Killing Curse hit him.

Here is the latest clip for those that missed it on Family...

HD Version of Final Battle Dragon Snape Voldemort Etc. Click Here

I think the 3D will be awesome in Gringotts & anything flying & maybe King's Cross too?

Any ideas what 3D will do best? Is this using Avatar technology?

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.2

Why was my last post deleted?

I think another reason Snape looks so young in that clip is because of his facial expression. He looks rather innocent and scared, and not at all like how he usually looks.

By the way, I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but Mugglenet has posted a link to the clip from ABC Family of the trio filming their last shot. It isn't much but it's cool to see some behind-the-scenes stuff.

Yes it must be that. It can't be the part where he is waking up in King's Cross because he has dirt on his face.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Did you like the split?

I'm not sure whether this has been discussed already, but I'll move on.

Regarding the last Harry Potter movie (sob sob ), did you like how they split it? I liked it because I wouldn't really want to sit for 5 hours in a movie theater. But it seems really awkward for me as well because, there are 7 books, and to have 8 movies just seems kind of...wrong and weird, i guess.

Am I the only one who feels like this, or are there other people too?

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.2

I was watching Chamber of Secrets for a tiny bit on ABC family today with my son who is 9, and when the preview for DH 2 played and V asks Harry why he lives part came on, my son said "I really like that". I asked what part he liked, and he said that after V asks Harry why he lives, Harry answers "Because I have something worth living for", and that it he thinks it makes Harry sound really grown up and like he's ready to fight Voldemort.

I mention it because I find it funny that the line stands out to me in a negative way, since I wish they wouldn't have Harry say that but rather something else, and yet the line stood out to my son in a positive way. I guess the movie people succeeded in having a climatic moment that has an impact on the audience in that moment, since it stood out to both my son and I.

I really liked the preview! I wasn't really excited about the Gringotts scene, but after watching the clip I definitely am! The dragon looks amazing and theres gold everywhere and the waterfall and everything, its going to be fantastic!

I like Harry's response. It shows the contrast between Voldemort and Harry. I think it gets to the book idea that love can defeat Voldemort.

It isn't avatar technology. It is converted into 3D not filmed in 3D.

There seems to be a lot of people on here who like Harry's response, so you're definitely not alone! In fact, I think I'm the only one on here who doesn't like the line. I wanted him to answer with a different line. I just found it funny that the line stuck out to me, and then when my son saw it, it stuck out for him too, just in a different way.

I have a question. They include scenes in the films when they show it on ABC family that aren't on the regular dvds and weren't in the theater version. Is the only place to see these movies with those scenes added in on ABC family, or are there other versions of the DVD's out there that also have it?
