Is this Andrew sims person tweeting? Where is his twitter?
Remember, Quality over quantity! The reports are saying that it is just at 2 hours, I think that is plenty of time to cover what needs to be covered.

Didn't they say the film was exactly two hours? I doubt the credits are in, so I'd imagine it'll be OotP-ish in length...

He's a non-reader who teared up a few times and said:

I'm so happy to hear this. I was so afraid we'd get anpther quick cut montage like SWM.

Sounds extremely promising so far! It doesn't sound like the OotP sequence with Snape's Worst Memory which, IMO, was rushed.

Well quality over but it still seems like people are disappointed on how short the film is and i felt that way with Part 1 which was longer so i will probably feel that way with Part 2. It isn't going to make the film suck but i do wish they would give things more time. Especially the battling.

I'm not going to complain about the length of the movie until I see it. If I see it and it feels rushed or incomplete, then I will be mad that they cut it to two hours. But until then, the movie could very well be perfect at 2 hours. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky since this is the last Potter film that when the DVD comes out we'll get a longer director's cut. That would be really cool!

god, that scene was beautiful! And Ron and Hermione's was good. They stopped looked around and mauled each other.
From Dylan Spartz Twitter in reference to the horcrux scene and the kiss.

Sounds great so far!

Exclusive report from Oclumencia! It's been translated, so it's a tad cryptic.

TEST-SCREENING OF HARRY POTTER AND THE RELICS OF DEATH: PART 2
REPORT # 1 - Andrea Brockman

I thought the death scene of Harry very well done, not to mention the appearance of their parents. Sirius and Lupin was really well done and exciting.

Hagrid holds it ... yes they added more characters' reaction when he votla the castle.

Kings Cross was simple, nothing too fantastic ... a typical scene of conversation between Harry and Dumbledore that happens in every movie.

Gringotts was fantastic, not too big ... not all the special effects were made, but by what they had, it will be spectacular.

Snape's death was very creepy .. I was really shocked, but the scene of her memories was so exciting ... I cried twice, well done to the level of emotion, and includes everything the moment they need to set the tone.

The phrase "My daughter does not, you *****!" By Julie Walter was flawless. Everyone was excited. Special Effects Bellatrix's death were not ready yet, but it was a great scene!

Neville had his moment of truth! I loved all his moments on stage, but the death of Nagini was very solid. I think they cut a lot of these scenes in the finished film.

The kiss of Ron / Hermione .... they were with everything ... it was not Harry, but the moment they decide to reveal their relationship to all a little later was very cute and appropriate.

The epilogue was not very good ... ... A vigorous and a very good final end of the series. É aquele momento que todos morno e acolhedor want.
They said the Epilogue was not very good, yet they said it was a great sendoff, so I'm wondering if there's a translation mistake somewhere in there...

Yeah, I hope it's a translation mistake

But otherwise, everything I've read so far - I'm very excited and have not yet been disappointed!

That sounds great. I'm worried about the Epilogue, this is the VERY final scene of the whole series.

Me too - hopefully it's done right and does this series justice.

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part Two [incl. SPOILERS] v.3

MuggleNet's posted their spoiler-free review:

http://www.mugglenet.com/dhreview.shtml

Aha:

Quote:
The film was exactly two hours in length. The plot line followed the book plot line better than the other films had. While you may think that two hours is short (especially compared to the other films), we actually found it to be a very satisfying length.
This part worries me...

Quote:
You'll find that the filmmakers attempted to insert humor into the plot at some points. While the book doesn't strive for those laughs, the film does. It's understandable that the filmmakers did this as it's what makes a good movie. There are a couple of times where the laughs - in at least one of our opinions - was not needed. This part of the story is obviously very serious and the large amount of action makes up for the need for a laugh or two.
This part is good! Excellent, really.

Quote:
An interview with X suggested that Aberforth Dumbledore's role in this movie was a "blink and you'll miss it appearance". This is not the case. You see Aberforth for a good bit of time, but there are adjustments from what's in the book.
I'm curious as to what this is:

Quote:
Harry's decision to go to Voldemort is easily one of the best moments of the film. You're pulled into his realization and execution and it will make you emotional.
This review was rather vague... I was hoping for more; they say they'll post something more later on.
