Fallout: New Vegas

Does anyone have this game? I think its the best in the Fallout series but it is crippled badly by bugs. Does anyone know where I can get a patch for it without the annoyances of Steam? (It can be fan-made).

This feature allows you to modify your gun modding by adding things like scopes and extended magazines, etc. I was able to get a weapon with no more than 3 and the amendment attached to it. Will be adjusted and permanently attached to the weapon. There will be a unique weapon (as introduced in the fallout 3), and this will have some unique materials and patterns possibly unique, although not unique weapons can be modified.
