No worries - but I can't take any credit, CellaDoor is the star who found it! I hope they get back to you - make sure you post on here if/when they reply. It will be interesting to see how that process works and how quickly they respond.

Looks like I'm finally online during the time a clue comes up, but I keep getting a message that says:

"Due to overwhelming demand, you cannot access Pottermore right now. Please be patient whilst we try to reconnect you."

It's a conspiracy, I tell you.
Thinking more and more I'll have to check out Pottermore in October...

Just keep that page up...I got that too a couple minutes ago and after a few refreshes the page came up with the clue.

You've got to catch it, then the ad has to load a bit and when it does it says start your adventure here on the right hand side of the add.

The ad atop the Scholastic page was running slowly for me. It took quite a while for the transitions from "The magic quill is here," "Try to catch it," "Congratulations," "Pottermore by J.K. Rowling," "Now begin your journey," and then the rest cycle.

Catching the quill was much like the first day, except the window size was much larger on the Sony page than the Scholastic!

I also enjoy that they included the Harry Potter Scholastic website for one of the magical quill sites. This webpage has somewhat recently been revamped in part to make it more appealing to newcomers to the series. As Pottermore is concerned with introducing the younger generations to the series, I like how they incorporated the Scholastic website.

so, i haven't read these threads in a while and it appears like i haven't posted since they've all been deleted, but is anyone getting the feeling that early pottermore isn't really that exclusive? pretty much everyone i know is in early...and i thought i was special...
