I'd rather be a Professor at Hogwarts, even though I might not last very long. I would have a little problem submitting to authority and following the rules, which I tend to think never apply to me, just all those other people.

Fly without a broom! As long as I didn't have to worry too much about Muggles seeing me. I guess it's not the world's most useful skill, but it would be really cool nonetheless.

Never a Death Eater, forced to do horrible things and associate with Voldemort and other Death Eaters!...I'd rather be a Muggleborn, staying in very secure hiding place with my family. We'd get into hiding as soon as possible, get all the food and everything we need, and just keep multiplying it before it's used up (that's possible, right?)...Cast all the defensive spells around where we're staying...and just try and stay under the radar for a long time, maybe helping the Resistance in small but not too dangerous ways (I'm not that brave).

Go up the Astronomy Tower and throw water balloons at Draco...but put on an invisibility cloak/Disillusionment charm, and hide carefully later, so that Crabbe and Goyle can't get me for it.
