Personality Types and Harry Potter

Hello everyone!

We were having a discussion about the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and the Harry Potter characters over in the Deconstructing The Marauders V.8 thread in the History of Magic. The MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) is a personality test that places people into 16 categories based on introverted/extroverted, sensing/intuiting, feeling/thinking, and perceivng/judging. Here is my post with explanations of these personality types. We were discussing whether or not the personality types people have would go along with liking certain characters more than others. The discussion first starts here and, after discussing many other things, we've started discussing the Harry Potter Personalities (based on the Pirate Monkey Harry Potter Personality Quiz) again here.

This thread is intended to test the idea that your personality type will go along with the characters you like best. To do this, you would take a shortened version of the MBTI test and post your results (it works fine to copy and paste) along with your 2 favorite Harry Potter characters.
