Oh my goodness. Smallville. I forgot this show still existed! Gosh... for those of you who are wondering, I gave up on it after that season where Lois was introduced. It just became too cheesy for me. But since it seems to have survived a couple more yearsworth of being renewed, can anyone bother to fill me in on what's happening in the show lately? I might have a renewed interest in it.. however, I'm still a much bigger fan of Supernatural.

So I was on a certain video site and was poking around and thought I'd try out Smallville and I was able to watch the last 2 episodes that I missed! With no commercials!!
So from the last ep, Fallout, I grew up right next to Oakland! I thought that was funny. And then with Clark wanting to start his training, I can see that this really could possibly be the last season. I can see them stretching it out for one more, maybe to show his training, but then after that, it's history.
And now we also see how good people slowly go bad as with Lana. She really is going to end up a shell of a person and now that it's happening, I find it sad, as much as I don't like her. But TV Guide has a huge spoiler in it and there's going to be a month or so long hiatus.
I'm really liking this season so far though. There's been a lot of twists and turns and not just the freak of the week stuff.

I missed this week's episode of Smallville, but a friend of mine told me about what happened in it... they said

that Lionel Luther was going out with Clark's mom [I had a suspicious feeling that something like this was going to happen ]... there's something going on there in my opinion...

Actually, they're not going out. Martha asked Lionel to have thanksgiving with them and he refused at and left also saying that she means a lot to him. And then she goes to his office and tells him that she's not sure what's between them and that she's not ready to find out but that she values him.
But Lana is pregnant! And she looks like she wants to shoot herself. She doesn't want to know any more about what Lex does either. You play with fire and you'll get burned. Duh. And to think that I had sympathy for her last week. What a loser.

Man! i was hoping for a fatal brain tumor or something, but pregnant!!! From wat i saw on the sceans from next episode,looks like Lex will make a nursery... he'll be all caring, happy, and supportive, then he'll crack and he'll want nothing to do with Lana and the baby. I think the happiness will last half an episode. wat yall think? on the flip side, anyone know if it is in the original superman story line bout if Martha and linole become something?

Unfortunately over in Australia we won't get season six for quite a while. I was just wondering, to those that have seen the first part of the season how's the quality? I would look myself but would prefer not to read spoilers.

I totally saw a preggers Lana coming. Ever since the beginning of the season. WHen she was being all broody and stuff I was like "SHE'S PREGNANT." I got ten bucks out of it!

OOh! This will be fun...I'm going to say that she keeps the baby, but seperates from Lex who then pays for everything for the rest of thier lives.

What I'm wondering is how they are going to work this out with Clark. In the 2nd movie, he doesn't know about Lana's kid. SO I wonder if they are going to keep him in the dark.

Well people in the Superman universe aren't exactly bright are they? I mean, they can't see through Clarks grand disguise of ugly glasses and a stupid haircut.
Not to mention the re-occuring blue and red in Smallville.... sheesh.

That's funny. I was just thinking as I watched the promo for the upcoming episode, that I am SO SICK of the red jacket and blue t-shirt that Clark always wears. When I first started watching the series, I thought it was cool that he was always in some form of blue and red, but now it seems that he's stuck in that red jacket and blue shirt. There used to be a variety and now it seems like it's more of a uniform.....hmm.....maybe it's a prep for the future....

Seeing the oreo on the ground this last episode filled me with such joy I was actually able to tolerate the stupidity of the Lex/Lana storyline

the oreo eating guy is Martian Manhunter. I really don't know anything about him other than that he likes oreos, can fly and is in the justice league. Oh and I think he's green or something. I hope that we see more of him and not just glimpses again. I'll put this in a spoiler, just in case.
